Zhang Hao, oblivious to others, was busy grilling skewers while eating roasted oysters.

He Qianhui, on the other hand, was taking her ti with a big plate of crayfish, of which actually only a few were edible.

But she still thodically peeled the crayfish tails, one by one, piled them onto a small dish, and placed it in front of Zhang Hao.

"Co on, eat up, these crayfish taste pretty good."

However, Zhang Hao pushed the small dish of crayfish tails back toward He Qianhui.

"This is what you ordered for yourself; I don’t like it. I’m good with this."

What Zhang Hao referred to as "this" were the roasted oysters He Qianhui had ordered for him.

At that, He Qianhui couldn’t help but chuckle, thinking that, with a big plate of roasted oysters in his stomach, Zhang Hao’s energy levels were probably through the roof.

If they didn’t release so of that energy when they got back ho, surely his nose would bleed until dawn.

"Eat less of that. You’re young; you don’t need so much nourishnt."

As He Qianhui spoke, she shifted his oysters to the side.

Zhang Hao hurried to stop her, "Don’t take it away, I haven’t had enough yet. I’ll definitely eat what you ordered for ."

"Even if I didn’t eat this, I’d still find every way to satisfy you, right?"

He Qianhui felt so embarrassed by his words that she wished she could burrow into the ground.

Just at that mont, a man seated nearby looked over.

"Lucky guy, your girlfriend really cares about you," he remarked.

Hearing this, Zhang Hao chid in, "Not bad, not bad, it’s just that it takes a lot of stamina. I really don’t know if I’ll be able to handle it in a couple of years."

When He Qianhui heard this, infuriated that Zhang Hao was making fun of her with a stranger, she stomped on his foot.

Zhang Hao winced in pain but dared not show too much on his face, offering a smile uglier than crying.

"Xiaohui, are you trying to murder your loving husband?"

He Qianhui, grinding her molars, said amiably, "If you make jokes about with those people again, next ti I won’t just be stepping on your foot."

Zhang Hao instantly felt a chill in his groin, quickly withdrew his foot, and pretended as if nothing had happened. He poured He Qianhui a drink.

"Here, have a drink to cool down, cool off. Getting angry is bad for a woman’s health."

He Qianhui pushed the drink away, "I don’t want to drink it."

Seeing that the young couple was upset, the man at the next table hurriedly apologized:

"Sorry, big sister, I was just making a joke. Don’t be angry."

He Qianhui felt a mixture of emotions looking at the man.

However, in the end, she took out all her anger on Zhang Hao.

When they got back ho, He Qianhui went straight into the bedroom without a word and locked the door.

When Zhang Hao ca out of the bathroom and found he couldn’t open the door, he stood outside, knocking frantically.

"Xiaohui, let in. You can’t seriously be thinking of making sleep in the living room this late."

"You’re sleeping in the living room tonight to calm down a bit, so you think twice before making jokes about with other n next ti."

Seeing He Qianhui act so petty, Zhang Hao began to sing a sad song at the door.

Through the door, He Qianhui could hear him clearly. So, she simply covered her ears, ignoring him.

Zhang Hao stood outside the door singing for quite so ti, but seeing that He Qianhui paid him no attention, he knocked again.

His pleading tone was heartbreaking, but He Qianhui knew Zhang Hao’s character all too well.

If she didn’t teach him a tough lesson, he would never learn.

After begging for half an hour outside, not once did He Qianhui’s heart waver.

Zhang Hao heaved a deep sigh; a woman’s mood turns faster than flipping a book.

Anyway, it was sumr, and even sleeping in the living room wouldn’t be too bad.

Halfway through the night, Zhang Hao suddenly heard the sound of a door opening.

Squinting from the sofa, he looked toward the bedroom.

He saw He Qianhui stepping out in a silk nightgown.

She was yawning as she walked, first glancing toward the living room before heading straight for the bathroom.

Seizing the mont, Zhang Hao imdiately got up from the sofa.

Before He Qianhui could return, he lay down on the bed, determined that once he was in, there was no way she would be able to get him out.

Having had a couple extra drinks at dinner, He Qianhui had been woken up by the urge to pee.

After dealing with her urgent need, He Qianhui headed back to the bedroom without looking back.

As she sat on the edge of the bed, she suddenly felt sothing round and bumpy under her buttocks.

Looking down, she was startled to find Zhang Hao lying on the bed; it really gave her a fright.

She clearly rembered that when she had gotten up earlier, she had seen Zhang Hao sleeping on the sofa in the living room.

It hadn’t been that long, so how did he end up on her bed?

Zhang Hao pretended to be asleep, unresponsive to He Qianhui’s patting and tugging.

Having no other choice, He Qianhui gave up and lay down on the other side of the bed.

Before she could get comfortable, Zhang Hao’s hand crept over.

Her nightgown had a deep V-neck, and his hand slipped inside the neckline, touching and squeezing her softness.

He Qian knew for sure that he wasn’t asleep.

Nevertheless, she couldn’t be bothered to argue with him; otherwise, she would waste valuable sleep ti, which was not worth it.

They slept until dawn, and Zhang Hao got up first to go to work. He had arranged with He Qianhui to have her co to the hospital at ten o’clock.

Wanting to look dignified at the wedding today,

He Qianhui had also spent quite a bit of effort on her appearance, ensuring she neither looked too ordinary

nor overshadowed the bride. In the end, she picked out a sowhat retro-styled dress for the occasion.

The dress was woven entirely from silk thread, with embroidery done in matching thread.

The form-fitting design outlined He Qianhui’s beautiful figure.

With every movent, her slender waist swayed gracefully, exuding feminine softness.

As she did her makeup in front of the mirror, the dress itself was understated, so a heavy makeup look was not recomnded.

She simply drew on light brows, painted her lips peach red, and styled her hair neatly.

After selecting a pair of white low-heeled shoes, she was all set and headed for the hospital where Zhang Hao worked.

Upon her arrival, she imdiately attracted attention from patients and dical staff alike, as it was rare for soone to dress as beautifully as she did in a hospital.

He Qianhui didn’t mind the stares and walked steadily to the departnt of traditional Chinese dicine.

She knocked on the door before she saw Zhang Hao treating a young girl.

The girl looked to be about fourteen or fifteen with a bob cut, white and clean, very adorable.

"There’s no serious problem, she probably just played too rough with other children and dislocated sothing,"

"It’s been put back in place now. Just make sure she gets so rest when she gets ho."

The little girl’s father thanked him profusely, not forgetting to offer a few flattering words.

"I had heard about Mr. Zhang’s excellent dical skills, but I didn’t expect it to be true that the redy worked so swiftly. You don’t know how scared the child’s mother was when she couldn’t move her hand."

Zhang Hao spoke calmly, "Children playing roughly is inevitable, but adults need to pay more attention and prevent accidents before they happen."

After the patient left, Zhang Hao glanced at the ti, which was about right, and nodded to He Qianhui, who was standing at the door.

Then he got up, changed his clothes, and He Qianhui’s presence seed to confirm that Zhang Hao was no longer unattached.
