C41 – Delicious!

“There are no seasonings or sauces.”

“Does he only know how to stir-fry mutton?”

Deng Weimao felt a little awkward. He felt that he was too impulsive when competing with Yu Huazang in cooking. He was simply embarrassing himself.

He should have roasted at that was not bad, and had just happened to give it to Sugar when she was hungry. That was why Sugar thought that his roast at was the best.

When a person was hungry, even a bowl of rice could be eaten with great enjoynt.

“The third dish, completed.”

In less than five minutes, Yu Huazang had finished cooking the three dishes and brought them to Elder Qi and Sugar.

Deng Weimao looked carefully and his face imdiately darkened.

“Stir-fry mutton, pork fried with celery, and tomato egg soup.”

“What are these dishes!”

Everyone was stunned. These three common dishes were everywhere, and they could not be compared to King of Food.

Furthermore, they were all stir-fried in a fierce fire within five minutes.

Everyone looked at each other in dismay. If they were to say that they were delicious, judging from the fragrance, it would not be too bad.

However, when compared to the top delicacies that King of Food had carefully cooked, it was like the difference between heaven and earth.

How could a common dish be compared to King of Food’s dishes?

Wasn’t he humiliating himself?

“Let

have a taste.”

Elder Qi thought nothing of it. He picked up his chopsticks without batting an eyelid.

“Wait, there is still one last ingredient.”

“Main ingredient?”

“It’s rice.”

Yu Huazang placed two bowls of rice in front of Elder Qi and Sugar with a smile on his face. He made a gesture and said, “Please enjoy.”

The two of them were stunned. Weren’t they competing in culinary skills? Why did he bring the rice over?

Furthermore, this night’s rice was not specially processed. It was the rice that Yu Huazang took out from the pot with a spoon.

Deng Weimao was a little uneasy. Yu Huazang did not show any signs of panic. He did not look like he was about to admit defeat.

However, no matter how he looked at it, he felt that there was nothing special about the three dishes.

“Not bad, delicious.”

Elder Qi picked up a piece of roasted mutton and put it into his mouth to taste. He praised it with a smile.

No one took Elder Qi’s words to heart. Just now, Elder Qi had also praised Deng Weimao’s antelope horn. He reckoned that he did not want Yu Huazang to lose too badly.

After eating a piece of pork, Qi Hani bit her chopsticks and pondered for a long ti before saying, “Yu Huazang’s dishes aren’t as delicious as last night, but why do I feel hungry?”

After saying that, she took a bite of rice, picked up a piece of mutton, and then took a sip of soup.

Elder Qi and Sugar both did the sa action. They forgot to comnt on the three dishes and directly finished the big bowl of rice.

Deng Weimao’s pupils shrank as he realized that Elder Qi had only eaten three mouthfuls of the lamb’s horns. However, he was still fond of Yu Huazang’s stir-fried lamb. He had almost finished all of it.

“Delicious!”

After Elder Qi took a big gulp of the soup, he exclaid, “My appetite has never been as good as it is today. These three dishes may not be as delicious as the lamb’s horns, but they can still make people hungry. Coupled with the fragrant rice, no one will be able to resist this delicacy.”

“Add another bowl of rice for .”

Yu Huazang did not refuse. He added another bowl of rice to Elder Qi’s bowl. Elder Qi took the bowl with a red face.

“Why didn’t you fill it up?” Elder Qi asked angrily.

Yu Huazang smiled and said, “You better not eat so full. This will help you digest the food. For an old man, seven portions is the best.”
