What does a 10-star Arcanist grade formation doing in this world?

Their brain started to run around in circles as they couldn't really process what a 10-star Arcanist grade formation is.
And how co, such a valuable treasure had not been known only until today?
How powerful is it? How strong is it? What's needed to form it, to set it up?
But of course, all of the top experts imdiately cald themselves, or so, like Leona and Diana, they tried and went directly churned their brain.
The most experienced of all of them are Gaia and Ilric, they cald down as much as they can. The first thing on their agenda was to figure out how authentic this is.
If it's true, how much of it is true?
Ilric had hoped, that after conquering the southern empire, to the rest of the powers, he'll surely make his claws reach to them, after all, he had already completed 90% of his plan.
Ilric then approached Leona: "Lady Leona, if I may be so bold, can I ask where this formation ca from and how authentic it is?"
Leona was about to reject, but it seed to be that she had received so sort of communication, she nodded her head and handed one of the parchnts.
Ilric is known for two things, a formation king and a great decipher. There was a really ancient manual that he had happened upon once, he deciphered that manual and never thought that it would be a really strong art.
And with that ancient manual as its foundation, he had established the church, from the ground to its current power.
But the manual was too old, hence, the na of the book had been completely erased, and the only thing that can be seen from the owner's identity is Empyrie, hence, it was nad as such, Empyrie's Doctrine.
Sadly, even after so many years, Ilric, the founder of the church is only able to study it to 50%.
Ilric looked at the parchnt, his eyes turned into a slit as he started reading, slowly, it started to grow bigger until it turned into a frown, he couldn't understand more than 10% of the manual.
He shook slightly, he understood mostly the sa amount of information as Leona did, but that's enough to know the prowess of this formation, but that's only at the tip of it.
Ilric wanted to know, to what extent this formation can reach?
"Lady Leona, how can we help?" Ilric asked.
Leona nodded her head: "Truthfully, I need as many divine origin ranked experts to help this ti, the shire will owe everyone a great debt in return for it."
Ilric nodded his head: "Then, Lady Leona, I'll offer five of my n."
"I rely wish to owe the favor for now."
Gaia of course didn't delay any further, sadly, the Empire only has three experts, including him: "Lady Leona, I will offer two of my people and myself in this endeavor."
Although there are only three, experts from the Empire, Ilric didn't dare to look down upon them, after all, if push cos to shove, these three without a care for their life can still destroy 50% of the church's total strength, or even more.
That's just how frightening a divine origin ranked expert can be with cornered, what's more, it's a whole empire, who knows how much the church's strength will decrease?
In order to avoid it, laying traps one after another to slowly kill the Empire is their solution.
But as the two of them spoke about offering their help, they just figured out why Leona was courteous to Mo Xie. It also dawned on all of the experts around there, they looked at the three divine origin ranked experts behind him.
All of them had the sa thought: 'So that's it, Lady Leona needed to secure the help of those three divine origin ranked experts!'
Although it's really far away from the truth, that's what the most logical explanation to offer.
Ilric smiled and looked at Gaia: "To think that the Empire had dropped so low as to offer only three." He shook his head after saying that, but before he could continue, Misa interrupted.
"Lady Leona, I have eight experts willing to help."
Astalos also spoke: "We also have four to aid and help the shire, Lady Leona."
Hearing this, Gaia smiled at Ilric: "You can always try the Empire whenever you like, but at least, do so in front of ."
"Stop hiding like the coward you are."
Ilric smiled at Gaia: "Fufufu, soon enough, the Empire will be gone, why do I even need to lift a finger."
The two stayed silent after that.
The others ignored the two, after all, everyone knew the deep seethed rivalry between the Empire and the church.
Truthfully, Ilric only needed one of the two, either the Dragon Core Empire's alliance with the southern empire be destroyed or the Twin Peak Demon Group forms an alliance with them, just either one of these two would lead the southern empire's destruction, but now, it seed to be quite impossible.
And just now, because of Mo Xie's ties to the Tu Clan of the southern empire, he needed to rush the plan slightly before they form an alliance.

They were quite shocked, because, for so reason, Mo Xie didn't offer his assistance, that's extrely rude.
Everyone's interest in Mo Xie had slowly ford into sothing, so with curiosity, so with anger.
They offered their help, yet, you, a person with unknown background isn't showing any respect to the uncrowned ruler of the continent.
But of course, saying anything may form unneeded attention. Mo Xie had two wives, both are heaven-defying beauties, and behind each of them, three divine origin ranked experts at the very top of the group.
No one wants to have unwanted enemies when everything's a ss.
Astalos was the one to break the silence and asked: "Lady Leona, when will we start."
She was about to ask Mo Xie, but before she could, the latter stood up: "We'll start today."
Mo Xie smiled and walked out of the grand hall: "Everyone that's going to help, follow ."
Nobody even had the ti to react as they looked at Mo Xie's figure walking out of the grand hall followed by Lady Leona and Lady Diana.
A serious of confusion, one after another.
Lady Leona, who's always leading people... even the ruler of the factions never dared to walk side by side with her, yet, today, she's following behind soone?
Even the shire's elders and experts were shocked about this developnt.
Only the two that had witnessed Mo Xie's miraculous work weren't so shocked, at the very least, they know how much Mo Xie's status is worth.
They even started to fantasize about both Lady Leona and Lady Diana joining Mo Xie's harming, solidifying the shire's strength ten tis!
That's how much a formation saint can help the shire grow, a whole 1,000% boost in power!
