After hearing what Harley had to say, Sylvia said nothing but rolled her eyes.
If Sylvia spoke, it would only intensify Harley’s anger toward her. After a mont of silence, Sylvia said disapprovingly, "Are you done? Can I go?"
Harley sneered at Sylvia. He had wasted enough ti on her and turned to leave to go back to see Nina.
Asshole, Sylvia muttered.
Harley prepared to enter Nina’s room when he heard a thud behind him. He turned around to find Sylvia unconscious on the floor.
"Doctor! Doctor!"
Harley was a little stunned and didn’t know what was going on.
He hurried intoNina’s room, and the doctor imdiately stopped examining Nina when he heard that Sylvia was unconscious in the corridor.
On the sa day, the doctor advised Nina to stay in the hospital for two more days for observation. Her mood was not stable enough, and it frequently affected the fetus, which was the biggest problem at present.
As for Sylvia, she was wheeled into the ergency room by two nurses.
About an hour later, the doctor walked into Nina’s room.
But this ti he didn’t co to see the physical condition of Nina.
Seeing Harley with Nina, the doctor motioned him to take a step into the corridor to speak.
Harley stepped outside with the doctor and followed him over to the window.
The doctor lowered his voice and inford in a gentle voice, "Mr. Timothy, the woman has woken up. She is in the room next door, but..."
"But what?"
Listening to the doctor’s words, Harley didn’t care about what happened to Sylvia. She was none of his concern. He didn’t understand why the doctor was telling him this.
The doctor approached him and whispered cautiously, "While she was in the ER,, we found out that she is pregnant, and the fetus is less than seven weeks old."
Harley said nothing as he still didn’t understand why the doctor was informing him of this.
After a short pause, he sensed what the doctor was implying, and asked calmly, "Why did you tell she was pregnant? You want to inform her family?"
In fact, Harley’assud that the child in Sylvia’s belly was probably his.
But he and the doctor were not related in anyway, so naturally he can’t tell the truth.
Seeing that Harley was feigning ignorance, the doctor changed his words and suggested, "Do you want to go see her?"
Harley was hesitant to go, and he would have to speak with Sylvia on the child’s problem.
He was more worried about Nina. Harley didn’t want Nina to find out about Sylvia’s pregnancy or it would end up causing her even more stress.
"Yes, I will go check on her. Thank you," Harley said and went to Sylvia’s room.
Harley knocked softly on her door and in a weak voice. Sylvia told him he could enter. Although most n felt pity for Sylvia when she used that tone, Harley was unaffected.
Entering the room, he looked at Sylvia’s ill appearance and frowned.
"What do you want from ?" Harley asked. His words were harsh.
Sylvia wasfull of anticipation, thinking that Harley would change his attitude after hearing about the pregnancy, but instead he was even more , w indifferent than before.
Sylvia feigned a wry smile and sighed: "I didn’t expect this kind of accident to happen. I was surprised when the doctor said I was pregnant just now."
Harley was so upset right now that he wanted to negotiate with Sylvia to keep her pregnany a secret for the ti being.
Of course, the best situation is that the two of them can negotiate peacefully and she get an abortion.
But he was also afraid that Sylvia would act like she normally did and cause a scene if she didn’t get the response that she wanted, so he could only take it one step at a ti.
Just as Harley pondered, Sylvia on the hospital bed couldn’t wait.
"Harley, what should I do?"

Harley went back to Nina’s room and could see her standing by the window.
Harley rested for a few seconds at the door of Nina’s room, feeling inexplicably uncomfortable.
He opened the door and walked over to her, trying to help Nina back to the hospital bed.
"You’ve been out for a long ti."
Hearing her voice, Harley froze for a mont, thinking about what to say. He finally said,
"I went to see Sylvia and she woke up."
Harley didn’t want to lie to Nina . He didn’t want to hide anything else from her..
"Oh, no wonder."
Nina said blandly..
She turned, and walked to the hospital bed expressionlessly.
Harley saw her move, and went after her attentively and caringly to help.
Nina seed to have anticipated his move, and turned awkwardly sideways, just in ti to avoid his touch
Nina sat down, lowered her head, and said coldly, "Go away, go with her, and leave bee."
"What? No."
Harley said. It was obvious that Nina’s was becoming more and more distant with him.
Nina knew that Harley was knowingly asking, and said bluntly: "Sylvia will also be a mother soon. Shouldn’t you, the father, be with her right now?""
"It’s not what you think it is!"
Harley subconsciously defended himself.
So far, he has not been able to determine who is the child in Sylvia’s womb. He didn’t want to rule out the possibility that the baby could be his. Even if there is a slightest chance that the baby was not his, Nina would not admit to Nina that he and Sylvia had any type of romantic relationship.
"I never touched her! Never!"
Harley explained in a panic: "I swear to God I didn’t willingly touch her. I drank too much that night and I don’t rember any of it."that?"
Listening to Harley try to explain himself, Nina smiled bitterly.
She slowly raised her chin, stared at Harley’s flushed faced, and reminded him dismissively, "Don’t rember doesn’t an it didn’t happen."
"No! No!"
Harley shook his head vigorously, and he began to lose control of his emotions.
