lissa frowned. "What are you doing here?" She asked Calvin. She was not happy to see him there at all.
"I..." Calvin muttered.
His words were a little choked up. Seeing Shayna after thinking about her and missing her for such a long ti, he couldn’t control his emotions for a while.
Shayna rolled her eyes and leaned under, avoiding Calvin’s outstretched hand.
"Mr. Calvin Burton, please respect yourself." Shayna said and barely lifted her eyebrows to look at him.
Seeing Shayna’s expression so unfeeling, Calvin seed to be stabbed by thousands of knives in his heart.
"Shayna...don’t do that,’’ he muttered.
"You don’t do this!" Shayna belched angrily.
As soon as she said this, she gently went beside lissa and held her, to continue to aid her from falling because of how weak she was. "I’m going shopping with li, don’t bother us. Please, if you don’t mind,’’ Shayna abruptly dismissed Calvin.
After that, she took lissa’s hand and started to leave.
But Calvin still stopped them.
Shayna acted as if he didn’t exist. Since he wanted to be stubborn, he would only embarrass himself. She continued to walk away and did not break a muscle on her face to acknowledge Calvin..
Calvin caught up with them and stopped in front of them.
"Shayna, listen to ,’’ he started to say.
Seeing Calvin coming around, the bodyguard behind lissa was about to step forward, but lissa stopped him. She wanted to find out what Calvin was up to.
"I, I really know I was wrong last ti, I’m trying to repent, can you give another chance?" Calvin asked. He took advantage of the aura and the fact that he had forced his way into Shayna’s mind and put on a remorseful face.
"You, you let go..." Calvin whimpered.
Shayna felt a little unhappy and wanted to shake her head in rejection, but Calvin’s emotions beca more intense.
"Just give a chance, and I promise, I will definitely work hard!" Calvin said.
So passers-by around heard what Calvin was saying, but Calvin didn’t care at all, he was still pulling Shayna to ask her to forgive him.
Seeing that the situation was not right, lissa hurriedly asked the bodyguards to disperse the onlookers. If Shayna was recognized, it might damage Shayna’s career.
"Give it up, let it go." Calvin continued to say.
Several burly bodyguards stood in front of passers-by, so that the onlookers could not see Shayna’s appearance clearly.
"Calvin, get out of the way." lissa frowned and roared.
"Shayna is an entertainer. What do you an by pulling her on the street like this?" She asked.
When Calvin heard this, he restrained.
If he ruined Shayna’s star career for his own selfish desires, she would never forgive him.
Seeing that Calvin had let go of her, Shayna heaved a sigh of relief.
Soon, lissa led the way to a private room in the shopping mall, and in an instant, there was decorum around them.
Without the noise of passers-by, only the three of them were left in the room.
"You guys have a good talk, I’ll go out and wait for you." lissa said.
lissa realized that Calvin was superfluous, and was about to leave when Shayna grabbed her arm again.
"No, li, don’t go,’’ she begged.
Shayna did not allow lissa to leave. If she stayed in a room alone with Calvin, he would drive her crazy.
"But you people need to..." lissa said and pointed at the broken-up duo in front of her.
‘’Fine,’’ lissa muttered.
Calvin smiled and continued to deliberately look weak in front of Shayna.
"I’ve thought about it a lot these days. It was really my fault at the beginning, and you have been wronged so much. I’m really not a human being!" Calvin said.
Speaking of which, he slapped his face heavily.
’’What are you doing?’’Shayna asked as her eyes widened, not expecting Calvin to do such a thing.
If you don’t say you forgive , I can’t forgive myself,’’ Calvin cried. But lissa could not stand seeing Calvin like this.
Not to ntion how Calvin found them. For so many days, Calvin had been silently tracking Shayna. Her deanor, coupled with the fact that she was a celebrity made her easy to detect.
But Shayna did not support office romance, because she felt it affected discipline in the company.
"Don’t do that, Calvin,’’ Shayna said.
She bit her lip and couldn’t bear to see Calvin looking like this.
"You still feel bad for , don’t you?" Calvin asked her.
His eyes suddenly lit up in hope, grabbing Shayna’s arm, as his emotions began to get a little excited.
"What are you doing?’’ Shayna yelped.
She started to panic again, and Calvin, realizing that he had acted inappropriately, hurriedly dropped his hand.
"Sorry, I, I didn’t an to,’’ he said.
He darkened his eyes slightly, looked at Shayna in front of him and started to address her.
"I’ve been thinking about you these days, Shayna, I really miss you and I hope you’ll forgive ,’’ he said.
He used to think of Shayna so much that he was losing his mind.
"I’m always thinking about how nice it would be if I hadn’t done sothing like that,’’ he remarked.
Speaking of which, Shayna had already begun to feel emotional.
Seeing Calvin’s outlook, Shayna started to feel mushy and emotional towards him.
"Shayna, I’ve never seen Calvin like this,’’ lissa confessed.
On hearing this, Calvin widened his eyes and looked at lissa next to him.
Shayna blushed. Indeed, Calvin had never been so obsessed with an entertainer.
"Look, even lissa is moved, can you please forgive ..." Calvin begged. He was ceasing any opportunity available to beg Shayna with.
He swallowed hard, expecting an answer from Shayna.
"Yeah, you see Mr. Burton works so hard these days, how about Shayna, would you consider it?" lissa asked.
She raised her eyebrows slightly, and Shayna didn’t know what to say for a while.
"I..." Shayna muttered and looked at Calvin and lissa. "I won’t forgive you so soon!" she added, looking Calvin in the eye.
Hearing this, Calvin’s face lit up with dismay.
"But...’’ Calvin whispered.
Shayna raised her eyebrows slightly again.
"But what?" She questioned.
But Calvin’s eyes twinkled, because, at least he saw that he had a chance.
"If you can pass my postgraduate entrance examination requirents, I can consider it!" Shayna said mischievously.
Hearing this, Calvin’s hands began to tremble slightly.
"What requirents?’’ He asked.
Shayna dragged her head for a while, and finally started to explain.
"If in the next three months, you can get to know thoroughly, bring breakfast every day, know my taste, my inner character...’’ Shayna started to say.
Before Shayna could finish speaking, Calvin hurriedly agreed.
"Of course I can!" he said urgently.
Shayna smiled.
"Why are you in such a hurry? I still have requirents,’’ she said.
Seeing the two of them like this, lissa couldn’t bear but snicker.
It was obvious that Shayna really caught Calvin thoroughly.
"In the end, I will have an ultimate test. If you can pass these preliminary tests, you can trigger the answering conditions of the ultimate test!" Shayna said.
Hearing that he had hope, Calvin hurriedly agreed.
"Okay, I can definitely do it,’’ he said.
They all looked at each other and smiled, and then discussed for a bit longer. Shayna hurriedly pulled lissa away on the grounds that she couldn’t give too many hints to Calvin.
