After Ryleigh heard what lissa said, her eyes were tearful. She bit her lips and asked cautiously, "Ms. Eugen, are you still mad at ?"

Before lissa could reply, the woman looked pitifully at Murray.

"Ray, I know that you are still angry with . I know that I have done sothing wrong. I should not be jealous of Ms. Eugen. And I should not have frad her and disregarded the interests of the Gibson Corporation. Before I ca here, I reflected on what I did."

Ryleigh said as she took out an amulet and placed it in front of him.

"This is the lucky charm that I’ve prepared for you. I hope you can be safe. I am not asking for your forgiveness, but I just want you to get better soon and then marry Ms. Eugen."

She said in a sincere and touching tone.

lissa quietly sat at the head of the bed, coldly watching the scene.

"What a goody-two-shoes!" lissa thought.

Murray’s dark eyes were filled with complicated emotions. He finally turned to look at Ryleigh seriously.

"What Ryleigh has done is indeed unforgivable, but she is Lily. No matter what she has done, she is the one who saved at all costs. I owe her my life", Murray thought.

"If Ryleigh truly knows that she has done sothing wrong and sincerely repented, I will give her a chance to make ands, but I will definitely never let Ryleigh hurt lissa again".

"I hope you can have a good life in the future," He said calm and indifferently. Ryleigh felt grieved to see how uncaring and alienated Murray was, but she still pretended to be surprised and said, "Thank you, Ray, for giving this opportunity."

"Can we still be friends then?" Ryleigh asked cautiously with a hint of timidity in her tone.

Murray narrowed his cold eyes at lissa. Seeing her didn’t oppose that, he finally nodded.

"I’m so happy, Ray!" the woman thanked him with her innocent eyes and said, "Well, you guys get so rest. I’ll leave you to it."

Ryleigh’s tone was lighty, and then she turned around and left at a brisk pace.

The mont she walked out of the ward, her face suddenly darkened.

"lissa!", Ryleigh thought to herself. This shaless slut!

As long as I’m around, I will never let you take Murray away!’

Nina went to Moonlight Mansion to fetch lissa’s computer for her. Just as she was about to go into the ward, she saw Ryleigh walking out of there with a gloomy face. Nina could not help but be stunned.

When Ryleigh saw Nina, a sweet smile imdiately appeared on her face. "Miss Paul, I am here to see Ray and Ms. Eugen."

Nina nodded lightly and ignored her. Then she turned and walked into the ward.

As soon as Ryleigh left, Nina ca in with the things lissa had asked her to bring.

She narrowed her eyes and put the things down when she saw the bowls in front of the couple, Nina quickly walked over to pick them up and said nervously.

"I just saw Ryleigh. Did she bring this? I’ll have it tested. What if she poisoned it?"

Nina had been in the business world for many years and had seen many disgusting things.

But she had never seen soone like Ryleigh, who was both disgusting and crazy.

Nina discovered that all the won who badgered Murray were crazy.

Hearing her words, lissa couldn’t help but laugh. "Don’t worry, there can’t be any poison in this bowl..."

After a pause, lissa glared at Murray and said, "Do you think Ryleigh will poison her beloved Ray?"

Murray went speechless.

The corners of his lips curled up and he thought lissa looked quite cute when she got jealous.

"That makes sense," Nina said, relieved.

Nina handed the computer and fabric to lissa and said, "I’ve brought the things for you, so I’ll be leaving first."

She did not want to stay there and be the third wheel.

After Nina left, noticing that Murray was carefully reading the files, lissa did not disturb him.

She took out the things that Nina had brought over. Holing a pen and a drawing book in her hands, lissa began to design her engagent dress.

When she took the initiative to propose an engagent with Murray, she already had ideas about the engagent dress in mind.

lissa was soon lost in the drawing.

When she ca back to her senses, she looked up and saw Murray sitting in a wheelchair and deeply staring at her.

"Is this the engagent dress you designed?" Murray raised his eyebrows and praised, "That’s amazing!"

lissa put down the pen in her hand and suddenly thought of sothing. Then she looked at Murray’s legs suspiciously and said, "Is... Is there really sothing wrong with your legs? How co I find that you are more flexible than normal people?"

"Are you doubting what Dr. Hanson said?" Murray lowered his eyes. The originally gentle eyes suddenly lost all light.

"If you regret it, I can let you go." He turned the wheelchair around, looking depressed.

Seeing Murray like this, lissa quickly explained, "I didn’t an that. I just wanted to say, if you have anything to say, just tell .Your leg is injured now... You’d better not move around."

"I just don’t want to be a piece of trash," Murray looks down. His long curly eyelashes gently trembled, making people feel extrely distressed.

"I..."

lissa still wanted to say sothing, but he interrupted, "I’m going out to get so fresh air."

With these words, Murray left the ward in his wheelchair.

lissa, who was on the bed, stared blankly at the drawing book in her hand, on which a strapless evening gown and a suit were already in the rudint.

She felt annoyed with herself. "Why did I suspect Murray?" lissa thought,

"What I just said must have hurt him deeply."

Murray must feel hard to accept the fact of suddenly turning from a normal person into a disabled person.Although he always pretends to be cold and indifferent, he must be devastated. What’s worse, I actually even doubted Murray just now."

lissa suddenly felt so sorry and regretful that she couldn’t even breathe.

She quickly jumped off the bed, endured the pain in her feet, and in her slippers, she went out to look for Murray.

However, lissa searched the entire inpatient building, but she could not find him.

"Could it be..." She thought.

The woman panted as she leaned against the wall and wondered where Murray had gone.

She searched every floor but still could not find him. Finally, she ca to the rooftop.

Turning her head, lissa saw an empty wheelchair by the side of the roofing.

lissa widened her eyes and instantly went blank. Then she ran over only to find an empty wheelchair and there was no one around.

She was sure that this wheelchair belonged to Murray.

Murray can’t have accidentally fallen off the rooftop, right? lissa thought.

lissa turned around and quickly looked down. But there was nothing in the darkness.

"Murray!" She shouted.
