Chapter 871: Chapter 813 Vivian Swanson Coback
lissa watched the live broadcast of the press conference online. She kept herself calm and did not let her emotions take over.
Just watching the two sisters cry so sadly, they should’ve just kept lying to them, but how could they?
"Mrs. Gibson, Mr. Gibson told
to take you to the hospital for a check-up later," the assistant said.She was in her early twenties. Even though new to her job, she was very serious.
"No, I’m fine, I don’t need a dical examination." lissa refused without thinking.
"No.Mr. Gibson said you have been stimulated too much. He wants to ensure you are okay," the assistant persisted.
lissa laughed outright when she heard this. It wasn’t easy to shake off the assistant’s persistent behavior.
"Okay, okay, I’ll go," lissa said. She followed the assistant to the car. Just as she was getting in, Murray pulled up.
As soon as he got out of the car, he ran to lissa and hugged her tightly.
Seeing this, the assistant quickly turned around.
"What are you doing? I think you’re making your assistant uncomfortable." lissa stated.
"Thank you. You can take the rest of the day off," Murray told the assistant. The assistant nodded and then left.
Murray drove lissa to the doctor’s office for a check-up.
"You really make a fuss for nothing. I’m not that vulnerable." lissa couldn’t help complaining to her, and was really happy in her heart.
Murray did a great job with the sisters.
"Nothing about you is trivial," Murray said simply.
Hearing this, lissa smiled knowingly, turned his head to one side, and watched a little boy on the side of the road being dragged back by his parents by the collar/
The little boy looked like he was skipping school, and ended up getting caught by his parents.
lissa glanced at the interaction and thought abouthow he would react if he was in the sa situation.
But her child would be a well-behaved and sensible one.
Thinking of this, the corners of lissa’s mouth twitched into a smile, and she smirked at Murray.
After the physical examination, Murray was relieved because lissa had a clean bill of health. However, she was still confined to her ho.
lissa was bored at ho, very bored. All she could do is surf the internet. lissa was seeing reports of abuse at the Internet addiction rehabilitation school. Suddenly, lissa rembered the little boy she saw the other day.
Imdiately lissa called Murray.
"My wife, it’s okay to raise a baby at ho. Don’t worry about work. It will..."temperant.
"No," lissa interjected, "I saw so reports about children quitting school due to abuse. I can’t stop thinking about it. I can’t sleep. If you don’t have ti to help , I’ll investigate myself." lissa hung up quickly as she began searching for information.
Not long after hanging up the phone, Murray hurriedly called back and apologized for misunderstanding the reason for the call.
Together, they started looking into it and discovered that the boy was attending a program to help him break his videogam addiction. Despite the informal nature of these institutions, no parents complained, and so parents even voluntarily enrolled their children.
After reading more of into the schools, lissa began to get the uneasy feeling that sothing wasn’t quite right. There’s no reason to let these kids waste ti in this kind of environnt.
Murray had connections with the police, so he and lissa went straight to the station, where an investigation had already been initiated.
They only provided the police with a short explanation of what had happened.
"We are also investigating what you said, but I advise you not to have too much hope." The police officer knew Murray and naturally had sothing to say.
"You an there are important connections to those schools?" Murray asked rhetorically.
lissa was aware of the solution as soon as she noticed the policeman’s lack of response. A small school appears to have a lot of hazards. It appears that going forward, they would need to use more caution.
"So, are we still investigating?" lissa asked proactively. She provoked this matter, but she didn’t expect it to be so complicated.
"Even though the two of us are already well-known, it does not guarantee that others will heed our pleas to save those boys; therefore, the strategy is to play the long ga. We will gather evidence right now."
lissa also nodded, and that’s all there is to it now.

After taking so ti to recover at ho, Vivian Swanson’s injury was almost fully healed. She urged Renita to organize a variety performance in the evening to increase her popularity.
Renita dialed lissa instead of taking the risk of making a choice.
