Chapter 807: Chapter 749 Coax you to take dicine

In addition, several police officers were sent to the Timothy Group to investigate whether there was any trace of Jacky, and on the other hand, they were investigating the black business they conduct.

Soon, the police found out about Jacky Knight’s connection with Reid Timothy’s daughter, Mollie Timothy.

"Ms. Mollie Timothy. We need to talk to you." The police officer sternly told her.

"Please co in,"

She led the police into the house and sat on the sofa.

"I don’t know if you have recently paid attention to e the news on the Internet."

After giving it a long thought she shuddered, then nodded.

"I see."

To be very honest she was still a little shocked when she saw that news. After all, she had been in that house for more than 20 years, so she still had a soft corner for them. But one thing was still weird, her father Reid Timothy had truly gone and bailed Jacky out, it was unexpected indeed.

"Seeing that you are also a knowledgeable person, I hope you can cooperate with us now."

Mollie frowned as the policeman spoke coldly.

"But I have cut all ties with the Timothy family a long ti ago. To be more accurate, many years have already passed."

The police officer was a little surprised, and then he searched the Internet for Mollie Timothy’s family relationship.

Sure enough, Mollie was telling the truth and she had indeed cut ties with the Timothy family.

In fact at that ti, the Timothy family and Jacky Knight were not in contact.

In this way, Mollie Timothy and Jacky were removed from suspicion.

"I understand now. I am very sorry for causing you inconvenience. It’s quite clear that you aren’t involved."

The policeman nodded and then apologized to Mollie Timothy and then added further,"I’m so sorry for bothering you, Ms. Mollie."

"It’s ok."

Mollie Timothy smiled and handed the brewed coffee to the police.

The policeman took a sip and left.

Then Mollie took a sigh of relief and looked at the question about the Timothy family on the Internet. While reading those unholy words she felt very uncomfortable.

Years back her after Reid Timothy himself wanted to cut ties with her and now this whole issue has nothing to do with her.

Mollie Timothy shrugged, then packed up and went to the hospital.

Everyone knew that lissa was hospitalized, and she didn’t have ti to visit her in the past few days.

Mollie ca to the hospital with a basket of vegetables and fruits, and then she started looking at the ward number one by one, and finally stopped in front of the lissa ward.

"Dear li,"

Mollie pushed open the door and placed the basket of fruits on lissa’s bedside table.

"How are you feeling now?" She asked lissa in a cheerful tone.

anwhile lissa was still rubbing her eyes as she just woken up. The mont she saw Mollie approaching her, a smile adorned her lips.

"I’m fine." lissa sat up and she asked her after a pause."

"What are you doing here during the office hour? How are things going on in the company?"

Listening to lissa’s concern, Mollie smiled. "Mr. Burton is in charge for now. So, It’s fine."

Then she looked at lissa’s weak face, and felt distressed in her heart.

"Everyone on the Internet is just saying that you are just sick, but they can’t imagine how sick you are." Mollie mumbled.

Hearing this, lissa’s heart trembled.

She also thought that previous tis she used to think that everything was happening as she didn’t take much rest but she never thought that she would be seriously ill like this.

Now when Jacky and the cri team had settled, there was nothing more to worry about. So she can rest well.

Calvin was the incharge of the company, so she can rest assured.

"By the way, you just ca..."

lissa looked around, the doctor had just left when Mollie had entered the ward, so she might have t him, she thought.

"Have you talked to the doctor?"a

lissa asked, as per as she knows Mollie. She was soone who could go up and straightforwardly would have asked doctors.

"Ah? Do I need to ask them anything?"

Who knew that Mollie would pretend to be ignorant. On the way to the ward she t the doctor and they instructed her not to tell lissa the truth.

Doctors didn’t want to tell Mollie either, she had accidentally seen the file.

lissa frowned, not realizing that they were all teaming up to deceive her. .

But it doesn’t matter.

lissa took a deep breath and then asked, "Forget it, tell

what happened to the company recently."

Mollie smiled, took out an apple from the fruit basket, and cut it finely, while telling lissa about the company’s affairs.

lissa was very fascinated, and after a while, her originally heavy heart was relieved a lot.

Mollie had spent the whole morning in lissa’s ward due to which lissa hardly took any rest. It irked Murray and he couldn’t help and walked in to persuade Mollie to go back.

Under the pressure of Murray, Mollie had to wink and say goodbye reluctantly to lissa.

Soon after Mollie Timothy left, Murray led the doctor in.

"Ms. Eugen has recovered very well during this ti. It’s ti to change the suspending fluid. The efficacy of this bottle is too high and it is not suitable for Ms. Eugen’s health."

Listening to her health condition, lissa didn’t shout that she was alright but this ti she surprisingly agreed.

Soon, the nurse changed the drip bottle for lissa and brought new pills.

" We decided to change the dicine to get better and faster results."

Murray looked at lissa. Usually, she would be very resistant to seeing so many pills. But she didn’t react this ti. It was more than a surprise for him.

She obediently agreed, and under the watchful eyes of the doctor and Murray, she took the dicine one by one.

In the afternoon, there were only two people in the room, lissa and Murray.

In order to reassure lissa and to prevent her from worrying, Murray began to handle the company’s affairs himself, and this ti, lissa did not resist.

anwhile lissa used to stay silent and hardly spoke. Initially that bothered Murray but soon he thought that it’s better for her to cooperate that will contribute to her good health. Right now he was sitting next to lissa, doing a video conference with Star Entertainnt.

Since Murray had filled lissa’s position in the company and he couldn’t leave lissa alone in the hospital as well so he found an alternative and temporarily held the etings via video conferencing..

Throughout the eting, lissa was observing everything. She could hear employees’ terrified voices. Murray was a strict man, he couldn’t tolerate mistakes. Without giving them a chance he instantly asked them to prepare a new plan.

With the passing days, lissa’s body gradually recovered.

Since she was cooperating well and wasn’t resisting treatnt, her body recovered faster and she got out of the bed and started moving around.

Early in the morning, as usual, Murray was going to Star Entertainnt to check the docunts. "Murray, just go." It was the twentieth ti when she was saying the sa thing.

"Atleast have a breakfast sweetheart," He urged but she took the plate from his hand and said,"Don’t worry I will eat myself. You are getting late. Just go."

"Fine!"He turned to leave and a sinister smile plastered on her face.

Instantly she ran to the bedside and poured the dicine in the plants placed in the bed side and near to the window.

"There is no way that I can drink it. It’s way too bitter, I can’t handle the taste."

lissa muttered and laid down at the right side of the bed.

At this mont, lissa vaguely felt that soone was watching him.

She swallowed and looked downstairs, and sure enough, Murray was watching her.

"He has seen

while doing that."

lissa suddenly felt guilty and hurried to the bed and closed her eyes just to pretend to sleep.

In a second, Murray was standing inside the ward.

He saw lissa sleeping on the bed for a mont ,he smiled helplessly, and then took the dicine which he just brought.

"And here I kept thinking that it’s only little kids who are reluctant towards dicine."

The magnetic voice of Murray ca, and lissa bit her lower lip in anticipation.
