Chapter 240: Chapter 182 Will You Save

This Ti?

Murray got right up in the helicopter.

The helicopter was flying low. Murray was looking down with a telescope, but the only thing he could see was the white of the snow.

Everywhere was covered by the snow. Murray could hardly see anything.

"Slow down," Murray said dryly. He had to find the clues!

The helicopter went back and forth again and again. But Murray could only see snow.

"Murray, we have searched this area many tis. We found nothing," Ryleigh said. She was sitting beside Murray and looking around with a telescope as if she was really looking for lissa.

Ryleigh was happy inside because the mountain was covered by heavy snow. They could barely see a small animal, let alone lissa.

Ryleigh thought that lissa must be buried under the snow!

"Keep going!" Murray snapped.

He was determined to find lissa!

Murray believed that lissa must be alive and she was waiting for him to rescue her!

The seconds ticked by, but they still didn’t find lissa. Murray frowned.

He thought that he needed to figure out a better way, or he was wasting ti.

Murray was wondering if the helicopter was flying too high in the air, so he couldn’t see clearly.

He wanted to go into the mountain to search, which might be helpful.

"Alex, bring

the parachute," Murray said coldly.

Alex was stunned and said, "Mr. Gibson..."

Ryleigh’s heart skipped a beat. She pursed her lips and interrupted imdiately, "Murray, what are you going to do with the parachute?"

"I’ll go down and find lissa," Murray replied firmly.

"No, it’s too dangerous!" Anxiety flashed in Ryleigh’s eyes. She grabbed Murray’s hand and said, "Murray, don’t do that."

"I have to," Murray said dryly.

"Ryleigh, I know that you are worried about . But no one can stop

once I have made up my mind." Murray pushed Ryleigh away gravely.

See Ryleigh’s eyes darkening, Murray added, "Relax. Ryleigh. I promise you that I will be okay."

"Mr. Gibson, are you really going to parachute to the ground to find lissa?" Nina checked again because Murray had put the parachute on his back.

"Yes," Murray said without hesitation.

"I will do it with you." Nina stepped forward and said to Alex, "Please fetch

a parachute. Thank you."

Alex looked at Murray, hesitating.

Murray frowned and said, "Miss Paul, it is very dangerous."

"I am not afraid of danger, as long as I can find lissa." Nina looked determined and said, "Mr. Gibson, I am as worried about lissa as you. You should know how I feel now."

Murray was stunned.

He could believe what he had just heard was from Nina.

Nina was the one in charge of Loe Studio.

Murray couldn’t understand why Nina was so concerned about lissa’s safety.

But one thing Murray could be sure that Nina and lissa were very close because Nina was willing to risk her life for lissa. Their friendship was sincere.

Murray was wondering how much there was that he didn’t know about lissa.

But it was not ti to think about those things. Murray nodded and said, "Take care."

Then he looked at Alex and said, "Fetch Miss Paul a parachute, too."

"Yes, Mr. Gibson," Alex said.

Ryleigh looked down through the window and said, "Murray, are you really going to parachute to the ground?"

Murray nodded dryly.

The wind died down and the snowstorm began to abate.

Alex handed the parachute to Nina and said to Murray, "Mr. Gibson, the snowstorm is about to abate.

"We can parachute to the ground when the snowstorm abates. Then we could go into the mountain with the rescue team and search."

"I’ll go down first. You can co down when the storm passes!" Murray said. He couldn’t wait any longer."

He had to go down imdiately. lissa needed help!

The earlier Murray went down to look for lissa, the sooner lissa could be rescued.

After saying so, Murray turned around and jumped out of the cabin. The mont he dove, he released the parachute. The whole process went smoothly.

Nina followed behind Murray and jumped out of the cabin.

"Murray, be careful!" Ryleigh shouted as she clenched her fists.

Her heart sank with Murray’s falling body.

Ryleigh was wondering how important lissa was to Murray?

Murray could risk his life for lissa and go into the mountain hit by the snowstorm.

Ryleigh wanted to go with Murray. But she dared not jump from the helicopter...

...

In a cave.

lissa sat beside a heavy stone, thirsty and hungry.

Looking down at her phone, she realized that she had been trapped here for 36 hours.

lissa tried to call Nina. But there was no signal.

The necklace her grandpa gave her for ergencies fell into the sea in the air crash.

Otherwise, she could use the necklace to ask her grandpa for help.

But now, she could do nothing but wait in the dark cave.

lissa was worried that Nina couldn’t find the signs she left.

Things would get worse if the red scarf was blown away by the wind or buried by the snow.

lissa couldn’t help wondering what if no one discovered the signs she left...

She rubbed her eyes, took out the biscuits in her bag, and ate several pieces.

There was not much food left. The rest of the food could only support her for several days.

If no one ca to rescue her, lissa was afraid that she would die here.

She thought that she shouldn’t wait like this. After having the biscuits, she walked to the entrance of the cave.

The heavy snow had sealed the entrance of the cave.

lissa pushed it, but it didn’t work!

The temperature was very low and the snow was already frozen. It was impossible for lissa to push open the entrance.

lissa smiled bitterly.

The snow was so heavy that it wouldn’t lt until next Spring.

By then, lissa would have turned into a skeleton.

Thinking of this, lissa felt depressed. She returned to the cave, looked around, and wanted to find another way out.

Unfortunately, she didn’t find another entrance after a thorough search.

Now, she could only wait...

She hoped that Nina could discover the signs she left.

lissa told herself not to give up until the last mont.

For so reason, she thought of Murray’s handso face.

She also rembered those words Murray said in the past, "lissa, don’t worry. I will protect you.

"lissa, you will be safe with ."

...

Murray’s voice was ringing in lissa’s ears.

She closed her eyes.

She felt so depressed that she had difficulty breathing.

lissa thought, Murray, where are you? I am in danger. Do you know?

Where are you?

Will you save

this ti?
