Chapter 204: Chapter 146 Survive
The faint fragrance coming from the lips was the sa as the fragrance in his childhood mories.
Murray was confused because of the high fever. He only knew that the woman’s lips were like a spring, which made him cool and comfortable.
He subconsciously reached out, hugged lissa, and clung to her.
She was so soft, cool, and comfortable.
Murray wanted more.
lissa hadn’t expected Murray to suddenly make such a move. She lost her balance and fell into Murray’s arms.
Feeling the strength of his hands, lissa was delighted.
It seed that what she had done to him began to take effect.
"Murray, wake up," lissa pressed her cheek against Murray’s and whispered in his ear, "You said that you wanted to pursue . You promised that you would love and protect
for the rest of your life. You can’t go back on your word."
Murray heard a woman’s gentle voice. His good-looking eyebrows were knitted.
He thought, Who is calling ?
The gentle voice is so familiar. Is that Lily or lissa?
Lily... lissa...
lissa and Lily’s figures gradually overlapped.
Murray wondered, Why do I always feel that lissa is Lily?
Murray slowly opened his eyes, and the face of the woman in front of him gradually beca clear.
He curved his thin lips slightly. "lissa..."
"You are awake," lissa’s eyes flickered with surprise.
"Yes." Murray managed to nod. "What happened to ?"
He thought, Why do I feel as if I were about to fall apart? I’m aching all over and weak.
"You’re injured, and your wounds are infected, so you’ve got a high fever," lissa answered, feeling distressed.
Murray took a few deep breaths, and his mories gradually returned.
His plane had crashed.
He and lissa fell into the sea, t strong winds, and were attacked by a fierce big fish.
He vaguely rembered that he was about to die and asked lissa to leave him alone.
"li, did you save ?" Murray looked around and found himself lying on the beach, feeling that he had survived a disaster.
Murray’s eyelids twitched.
lissa smiled, "You saved
so many tis, but I only saved you once. I still owe you a lot."
Murray held lissa’s hand and said in a deep voice, "Then I can only repay you with myself."
As lissa touched his hot hand, she held her breath and glanced at Murray.
This man had just gotten better and was still in danger, but he began to tease her.
lissa wondered, Why didn’t I know that Murray was so unashad?
Seeing that lissa was silent, Murray held her hand more tightly, "Don’t forget that you promised . You can’t go back on your word."
lissa’s thin lips curled slightly, "I won’t, but now, we need to find a safe place first."
Since Murray had woken up and seed to have gotten better, lissa was relieved a bit.
Murray’s high fever was mainly due to the infected wounds after being soaked in the seawater. It was unrealistic to bring down his fever by using a wet towel. Now, it was hot on the beach. The sunshine was so strong that even healthy people couldn’t stand it, let alone Murray, who had a high fever.
What was worse, lissa did not have any dicine with her. She was very worried.
After thinking for a while, she had an idea.
She could only find a safe place for Murray to rest and she would walk around the island to see if any herbs could reduce fever.
In the past, when lissa was in the countryside, she learned traditional dicine from an old doctor with high prestige, so she knew how to treat illness and could recognize herbs.
"Murray, can you walk?" lissa looked into the distance. She wanted to go to the forest to find herbs, but she felt uneasy about letting Murray lie here alone.
Murray tried to stand up, but it was difficult for him.
lissa quickly reached out to support him. Murray leaned on her shoulder with his right arm around her shoulder and his right hand hanging down her chest.
Inadvertently, Murray’s big hand touched her soft breast.
A quiver of excitent made lissa flush.
lissa stopped and rolled her eyes at Murray, "Behave yourself."
Murray chuckled, "Do you feel shy?"
lissa pursed her lips and changed the subject, "Watch your step."
With all her strength, lissa helped Murray move to a big tree.
The leaves blocked the sunlight out, and it was quiet here.
lissa carefully helped Murray sit down with his back against the tree.
"Take a rest here. I will go to the nearby area to see if there are any herbs," lissa said.
"Okay," Murray nodded calmly.
He was feeling much better.
Murray was strong, and lissa’s concern cheered him up.
Afraid that she would get lost, lissa made marks along the way.
As she quickly walked forward, lissa suddenly heard sothing burbling.
She thought, What is it?
Will there be any danger?
lissa cautiously stopped and tilted her head to listen carefully.
This was the sound of rushing water.
There was a stream nearby.
lissa happily walked in the direction of the water and soon saw a small stream in front of her.
She thought, That’s great!
lissa strode to the stream, squatted down, held the water in her hands, and gulped it down.
After drinking a lot of water, lissa felt much more comfortable.
lissa stood up and noticed a few fruit trees on the other side of the stream. They were full of fruits that looked like oranges.
She hurriedly crossed the stream, picked the fruit, and sniffed it carefully.
It was an orange.
lissa peeled it and took a bite. The orange was sour and sweet. It tasted very nice.
She was very lucky to find water and oranges. It wouldn’t be hard for them to live on the island.
lissa quickly picked a few oranges. She was worried about Murray and began to follow the marks to go back.
Along the way, lissa carefully searched for herbs, but unfortunately, there was nothing she wanted.
She thought, forget it. Let Murray eat so fruit first. It can provide energy for him anyway.
Following the marks, lissa returned to the starting point and she found the big tree.
However, there was no one under the tree.
Murray was gone.
lissa panicked.
She thought Murray was injured so seriously that he couldn’t even stand up. How could he suddenly disappear?
Did sothing happen to him?
lissa ran over anxiously and shouted, "Murray, where are you?"
