lissa was alert and tried kicking away the knife. But Murray suddenly turned sideways and stood in front of lissa.

"Watch out!" Murray’s low and deep voice sounded with nervousness and concern. Murray hugged lissa with one hand and reached for Susie’s arm holding the knife.

lissa never thought that Murray would step in front of her.
