Chapter 41: The Conquerour

[: 3rd POV :]

The void within the chamber trembled.

A silence—deep and unnatural—descended as Zar’Kael raised the gemstone high.

Black lightning arced from it, etching lines of death through the space above the shattered throne.

His body convulsed once, then twice, before it erupted into lightless fire.

The gemstone cracked open like a dying star—its insides were not made of minerals, but of ancient truths and forbidden essence, writhing like serpents of negative creation.

Zar’Kael scread, not in agony, but in exaltation.

"In the na of the Eternal Fold, I accept the price!"

His flesh lted into mist.

His form was swallowed by darkness.

And then—

He returned.

But he was no longer the Overlord Daniel had faced before.

Zar’Kael now stood as sothing transcendent.

A being woven from abyssal geotry and unfathomable law.

Where his body once bore scars and cracks, now it was sculpted of living darkness, etched with glowing sigils that moved of their own accord—ever-shifting, ever-devouring.

His wings, once only ornantal in his state, now spread out fully, spanning galaxies’ worth of space compressed into the chamber.

Each feather looked like a blade of reality severed from another universe.

His horns curved upward like spires from an ancient cathedral, and his eyes burned not with hatred, but with absolute conviction.

The gemstone had fused into his chest, now beating like a black heart.

DUN... DUN... DUN...

The very chamber—the remnant husk of the Overlords’ domain—began to collapse under the weight of his ascension.

Space ruptured in slow motion behind him.

A system notification echoed in Daniel’s mind like a hamr strike, and Daniel used Status Effect.

[: ZAR’KAEL – ??? :]

[: Rank: ??? :]

[: Threat Level: Unknown :]

[: Host, be careful, the being right in front of you has surpassed what this world could handle :]

’System, have you forgotten who I am?’

[: No, I don’t Host :]

For a mont there, it felt like the system had smirked and it knew that despite everything Zar’Kael had used, it wouldn’t be a challenge.

The system knew that after all.

Zar’Kael descended, his feet never touching the ground.

Every step left behind holes in space that tried to devour reality itself.

His voice bood—not like thunder, but like the sound of worlds breaking apart.

"No longer are we bound by the rules of this world, mortal."

His smirk was dark, regal, and supre.

"Now, you face a true god."

Daniel tilted his head.

’’Even if god appeared right in front of , he can’t do anything’’ Daniel arrogantly declared.

’’Blasphemy!’’

Zar’Kael raised his arm—and with it, ca a pressure that made the destruction from earlier battles seem like child’s play.

"All of them were pale imitations," Zar’Kael said coldly.

"Mimics. Parasites. But I have ascended. I have shed mortality, and even the concept of divinity is now beneath ."

He clenched his fist.

BOOM

The entire domain quaked.

Ti stuttered. Even the law hesitated to function correctly.

His aura alone devoured the ruins of the Seven Thrones, reducing them to oblivion.

"Look at you," Zar’Kael mocked. "Even now, hiding beneath your toys. Your transformations. Your constructs of resistance."

Then, Daniel smiled.

And relaxed.

The aura of the Supre Coat of Annihilation faded.

His destructive armour peeled away like ash in the wind.

His body returned to its original form—no less perfect, no less powerful—but undeniably calr.

No tension.

No urgency.

Only focus.

Zar’Kael’s expression darkened slightly.

"What are you doing?"He questioned Daniel’s undoing.

Daniel exhaled slowly, shoulders easing.

"You think your power matters now? You think climbing one more ladder changes everything?"

He took a step forward.

"Then let

remind you—"

His voice sharpened into iron.

"—I never needed to climb it."

Zar’Kael raised his hand. A sphere of dying reality—True Collapse—ford in his palm. It was a spell that devoured even fate.

"Then die in the comfort of your arrogance."

He hurled it.

It scread across the void, spiralling with impossible density.

But Daniel didn’t even blink.

As the sphere reached him—

BOOM

—his re presence nullified it.

The spell disintegrated mid-flight, not dispersed by energy, but rejected by Daniel’s sheer existence.

Zar’Kael blinked.

"What?"

Daniel spoke again—quietly this ti.

"The system warned

you were too powerful for this world to contain..."

He paused.

"But it forgot to ntion—I’ve already broken this world."

Zar’Kael tried again.

"Tenfold Implosion!"

He struck the ground.

A wave of compressed energy burst outward.

Daniel was hit point-blank.

He stood still.

The attack passed through him.

Zar’Kael’s smirk faltered.

Daniel’s voice turned quiet, sharp as a knife pressed to the soul.

"You’ve beco sothing more. I acknowledge that."

He raised his hand, fingers splayed like he held sothing invisible.

"But the truth remains."

’’And that is...I’m above this world...’’ Daniel declared, and his eyes contained absolute authority.

A kind of authority that stands above all, and a being that rules over all as he is, one above all.

’’World Tyrant: Conquer of All Existence’’ He muttered kingly as he activated a form belonging to his class, The Conqueror.

Imdiately, the room cracked.

Not from any spell.

Not from any weapon.

But from Daniel’s re will.

He stepped forward, and in that mont, he changed...and the world bent to acknowledge its new Tyrant.

A radiance surged from within Daniel’s body—raw, ancient, and final.

His flesh shimred gold as cracks of divine brilliance split across his skin, not like wounds, but like fault lines where divinity erupted.

His eyes ignited into twin beacons of imperial judgnt, glowing with the weight of one who no longer belonged to any world.

And then, the Crown descended.

Not placed by hand, but manifested by right.

A majestic golden crown—engraved with runes in languages no realm rembered—rested upon his brow.

It pulsed with a presence that made the world kneel in unseen obedience.

Above it, a halo appeared—not soft, not angelic, but ford of spinning blades of light and reality, revolving in sacred geotry.

Every rotation humd like the turning of celestial wheels, marking the fall of false gods and the rise of the only true monarch.

His armour followed—golden, radiant, and eternal.

It wasn’t forged by hands—it was commanded into existence.

Plates of divine gold covered his body, each segnt marked with imperial sigils.

The shoulder pauldrons bore the seal of conquest, and across his chest blazed the emblem of his class:

[ THE CONQUEROR ]

But it wasn’t just armour.

It was a declaration.

An inheritance of absolute dominion.

Behind him, a vast golden aura erupted in the shape of a sword—floating, unmoving, yet impossibly heavy.

It shimred with the total sum of a thousand worlds conquered and erased.

The re impression of it carved a permanent mark in the space-ti around him.

That aura wasn’t decorative.

It was a warning.

Zar’Kael, ascended and monstrous, found himself instinctively stepping back.

For the first ti since his transformation, his supre form hesitated.

"What...what is this?" Zar’Kael’s voice cracked for the first ti. "

Daniel looked up, golden light flickering from his crown to his eyes.

"How do you like it?" he said simply.

He raised a hand, and with it, the very sky within the collapsed dinsion cracked.

Celestial thunder bood, not from weather, but from reality itself disagreeing with Daniel’s existence.

"You’re witnessing the only one who ever reached it," Daniel said coldly.

"And here I am."

Daniel slowly lifted his hand toward the sword-shaped aura floating behind him.

At his command, it didn’t fly—it descended.

And as it did, the chamber didn’t just shake.

It knelt.

Every brick, every fragnt of dinsion, lowered itself slightly.

As though even the debris understood that their king had arrived.

The golden sword hovered at Daniel’s side, humming softly with universal subjugation.

"I told you already..." Daniel’s voice was a decree, not speech. "Even if a god stood before , it would fall."

He pointed the sword at Zar’Kael.

"Because I’m not a mortal."

His golden cloak flared behind him, woven from threads of dominance and sheer force of presence. His boots didn’t touch the ground—they commanded it to hold him.

"I don’t fight to survive. I don’t fight to resist."

Daniel’s voice thundered like law written into the bones of reality.

"I fight because this world is mine."

Zar’Kael roared, "You will kneel—!"

But Daniel was already moving.

A golden blur.

A storm of pure conquest.

The battle had truly begun—

And it was the last battle this chamber would ever witness.
