Upon hearing this, Lin Kuang nodded heavily. "Yes, Father. If I get the chance to see Mother, I will definitely rescue her and reunite our family!"
"Good. That’s good. Well, I should get so rest. You should rest early, too."
With that, Lin Guodong stood up and left, his upright figure appearing unusually desolate.
Watching his father’s departing silhouette, Lin Kuang clenched his fists tightly. "Mother, one day, our family will be reunited!" he muttered to himself before turning back to his room.

Lying quietly on his bed, Lin Kuang took out his phone and dialed Chen Feng’s number. If there was one place in the world with the most reliable information, it was the Wumi Building, and Lin Kuang shared a tacit understanding with them.
When Chen Feng answered, Lin Kuang explained the situation and asked the Wumi Building to help investigate the Nangong Family. However, to his surprise, Chen Feng sounded hesitant.

Chen Feng spoke candidly. He knew Lin Kuang was strong, but if he dared to go to the Nangong Family now, he would be walking to his death.

Hearing this, Chen Feng grimaced. This was a difficult situation. According to the Wumi Building’s security levels, Lin Kuang didn’t have the clearance to access this information. Not even if he paid for it.
Listening to the silence on the other end, Lin Kuang seed to understand.
"Mr. Chen, Liu Fengchun is my father-in-law. I’m sure you know who he is better than I do. What’s more, Old Liu isn’t dead."
At this point, Lin Kuang had no choice but to play his trump card. Liu Fengchun was the Tower Master of the Wumi Building, and Liu Shilin was his daughter.
Hearing this, Chen Feng was rooted to the spot in shock. "K-King of the Underworld... are... are you telling the truth? The Tower Master... he’s still alive?!" he asked incredulously. Liu Fengchun had supposedly been dead for over a year. How could he possibly be alive?

With that, Lin Kuang calmly recited over a dozen nas. With each na, Chen Feng flinched, because every person ntioned was indeed a high-level executive at the Wumi Building.
"Enter this string of code. It’s a high-level access code for the Wumi Building," Lin Kuang continued, reciting a complex code.
Chen Feng hurriedly logged into the Wumi Building’s secure website and entered the password. In an instant, the entire Wumi Building was in an uproar. The code might look ordinary, but many high-ranking mbers knew it was one that Liu Fengchun himself had used.
As streams of high-level intelligence flashed across his screen, Chen Feng was dumbfounded. At that mont, he no longer had a shred of doubt about Lin Kuang.

"Hello, this is Lin Kuang," he said calmly after answering.
"Hello, Mr. Lin. I am Li Wei, the Vice Tower Master of the Wumi Building," a calm voice replied.
Lin Kuang was taken aback for a mont. He knew of Li Wei; Old Liu had told him that Li Wei was his top subordinate. This ant Li Wei was currently in full charge of the Wumi Building.
"So it’s Mr. Li. Old Liu has told
about you," Lin Kuang said with a smile.
"Yes. Mr. Lin, I believe you are a friend of the Tower Master. Chen Feng tells
you want to know about the Nangong Family?" Li Wei asked, his tone growing slightly more serious.
Lin Kuang nodded. "That’s right. I wish to know about the Nangong Family. Please, Mr. Li, I hope you can tell ."
"I can tell you, but you must promise
you won’t go. You are no match for the Nangong Family right now. They are far more powerful than you imagine.
"To my knowledge, the strongest expert you have encountered so far is the elder, Naless. However, in the Nangong Family, masters who surpass Naless are by no ans rare. In fact, soone with his level of strength would barely be considered part of the mid-to-upper echelon there," Li Wei said, his tone grave.
