Seeing this, Lin Kuang's confusion deepened. Could this not be the Frenzy Potion? Then what could it be? As he gazed at the ninja before him, he wondered blankly, his eyes filled with doubt.

"You damned Chinese, I'll send you on your way!" As he spoke, the ninja moved again, his figure reaching an incredible speed, even faster than Lin Kuang had been just a mont ago.

Seeing this, Lin Kuang's expression changed slightly. What is this? Could it be sothing that enhances speed? While he considered this, his own speed was by no ans slow. His figure flashed, and he instantly dodged the ninja's attack.

At this mont, the ninja seed to be fighting for his life, slashing left and right with his katana. Each strike was incredibly swift and carried much more force than before. Clearly, the potion had enhanced not only his speed but also his strength.

Realizing this, Lin Kuang began to understand. However, to know exactly what this potion is, it will need further testing and analysis. Right now, my only task is to take this ninja down.

With that thought, Lin Kuang no longer hesitated. The Life Gate opened instantly, and his already terrifying power surged once more, creating an overwhelmingly fearso aura. The ninja apparently hadn't expected Lin Kuang's strength to increase so suddenly, and his movents involuntarily paused for an instant.

Seeing this, Lin Kuang gave him no chance to recover, his palm waving swiftly as he slamd it fiercely toward the ninja's head.

The ninja was an expert, especially after using the potion, and his strength had beco terrifying. His head flickered to the side, instantly dodging Lin Kuang's attack. At the sa ti, his katana danced, chopping down toward Lin Kuang's head with all his might. Lin Kuang's body flashed, and the blade cut through empty air.

Imdiately after, Lin Kuang kicked out, striking fiercely at the ninja's shin.

THUD!

The ninja was sent flying backward. His injured left foot trembled unnaturally, and he was clearly in great pain.

Lin Kuang would not let such an opportunity pass. He surged forward and threw a punch at the ninja's chest. Seeing this, the ninja's expression changed. He pushed off forcefully with his right foot, his left toes only lightly touching the ground. He clearly dared not put any weight on his injured leg.

Dodging Lin Kuang's fist, the ninja swept his katana horizontally, aiming to sever Lin Kuang's arm with a vicious slash. But Lin Kuang wasn't about to let him have his way.

Lin Kuang spun, evading the katana. He then flicked out his hand, forming a claw that struck the spine of the blade. Simultaneously, his right leg kicked out, landing hard on the ninja's abdon. Two dull thuds rang out.

The ninja was sent flying over three ters, his body slamming against the back wall, and his katana fell into Lin Kuang's hands.

Seeing this, Lin Kuang let out a cold laugh. He flung the katana, sending it shooting toward the ninja's head. The ninja instinctively jerked his head aside, dodging the oncoming blade. But in that sa instant, Lin Kuang rushed forward, hamring the man with one punch after another. With every heavy blow Lin Kuang threw, the ninja's eyes twitched.

After landing seven or eight punches, Lin Kuang finally stopped. By now, the ninja had completely lost the ability to move. Only his eyelids could still blink.

This was exactly what Lin Kuang had intended. He didn't want to kill this man, but immobilize him. After all, the man was still useful. Finding Yamamoto Saku depended on him.

The entire confrontation, from start to finish, had taken less than two minutes, but it had been incredibly fast and exceedingly dangerous. The fact that Lin Kuang had to open the third of the Eight Gates—the Life Gate—was proof of the ninja's formidable strength. Otherwise, Lin Kuang wouldn't have needed to use the Eight Gates Escape Technique at all.

Half a minute after Lin Kuang defeated the ninja, a patrol of soldiers finally arrived. When they found two soldiers lying at the entrance to the interrogation room, they imdiately aid their guns and cautiously approached the door. Upon seeing Lin Kuang standing there with a man in black at his feet, a look of realization dawned on their faces. Clearly, Lin Kuang had already taken care of the intruder.

"Ice Seal the bodies of the two warriors at the entrance. We'll deal with them when Commander Zhang arrives tomorrow. Also, imdiately notify Kang Cheng and Song Tao to bring the fully-ard Thunderhawk Special Forces here. We're heading out on a mission shortly!" Lin Kuang ordered the soldiers at the door, his tone urgent.

"Yes, sir! We'll get on it right away!" soone quickly responded.

So of them carried the bodies of the two soldiers away, while another went to notify Kang Cheng and Song Tao.

Lin Kuang then removed the ninja's mask, revealing a man in his thirties. Perhaps from a chronic lack of sunlight, his face had an unnatural, unhealthy pallor. Lin Kuang ignored him and pried open his jaw, retrieving a small blue pill from behind a molar. It was poison.

Lin Kuang had dealt with ninjas many tis before and knew they usually kept poison in their mouths for a quick suicide. That was why he had immobilized the ninja first—to prevent him from taking his own life. After removing the blue pill, Lin Kuang casually tossed it into the trash can.

Seeing this, the ninja's gaze flickered. The poison was his last resort, and he was unsettled that Lin Kuang had removed it so easily.

At this ti, Lin Kuang tapped a few points on the ninja's body. The next mont, the ninja regained his ability to speak, but not to move.

"Yamamoto Saku is certainly bold, daring to send soone for an assassination… tsk, interesting," Lin Kuang said with a smile.

Hearing this, the ninja's expression changed, and he shot an angry glance at Yamamoto Buryo, who was nearby. It was evident that Yamamoto Buryo had been the one to talk.

Seeing the ninja's reaction, a flicker of satisfaction arose in Lin Kuang's heart. He had said it deliberately to gauge the ninja's response. Judging by his reaction, Yamamoto Buryo hadn't been lying.

"Spit it out. Where is Yamamoto Saku? I just want to know where he is," Lin Kuang said, looking at the ninja.

"You foolish Chinese! You damned Chinese! I'll never talk!" the ninja said with a cold laugh, his voice hoarse and grating.

"That's fine," Lin Kuang said with a smile. "You'll talk eventually." He then applied the Bone-dislocating Hand to the ninja.
