The mont Feng Chun acted, Qin Yuan, Ding Zhao, and Yan Wu joined him. Their terrifying power erupted, surging toward Lin Kuang.
Lin Kuang stood his ground, motionless. The Naless Sword in his hand trembled faintly, as if it, too, sensed the impending clash and was baring its sharpest fangs.
"Eight Gates Escape Technique, Rest Gate, open!" Lin Kuang bellowed.
Instantly, the True Qi in his body surged wildly. His already formidable power soared again to terrifying new heights. The True Qi roiling around him looked overwhelmingly dominant.
Seeing this, Feng Chun and the others stopped dead in their tracks. The power Lin Kuang now displayed was so startling it was beyond their imagination. They found it hard to believe that he could possess such trendous power. It's simply inhuman!
"I told you, today, you will all die," Lin Kuang said, grasping his Naless Sword. His voice was as cold and devoid of emotion as millennia-old ice.
Hearing his words, Feng Chun and the others looked at him in horror. Faced with such a powerful Lin Kuang, could they really win? They had no answer, or perhaps, they were unwilling to contemplate the final outco.
"Brothers, even if we die today, we can't let the King of the Underworld have it easy! Co on, let's give him everything we've got!" Feng Chun shouted, his voice filled with grim determination. Even knowing it was a suicide mission, they had to fight.
"Yes, Big Brother! Let's fight!" Qin Yuan declared. Ding Zhao and Yan Wu also voiced their agreent. At this point, battle was their only option.
Looking at the four n, the killing intent in Lin Kuang's heart intensified, and he attacked without hesitation. He swept the Naless Sword out in a powerful, violent arc, targeting all four of them.
Faced with such a fearso attack, the four n didn't dare to et it head-on. They could only dodge, searching for an opening to land a Fatal Strike. However, Lin Kuang gave them no such opportunity. His overwhelming power swept over them, and they were clearly no match for him. He thrust his sword straight for Qin Yuan's throat.
Just as he did, Feng Chun, Ding Zhao, and Yan Wu joined forces, launching a frenzied attack at his back. A cold smile touched Lin Kuang's lips. His initial thrust had been a feint; his true targets were the three n behind him.
Lin Kuang knew that if he tried to kill any one of them, the other three would rush to help. So, he deliberately targeted Qin Yuan to lure the others in, giving him the chance to strike at all three of them at once.
Suddenly, Lin Kuang's figure froze. In a fluid motion, he swung his sword back, slashing at the three n behind him. Seeing the ruthless and powerful strike, Feng Chun and his companions retreated with explosive speed. They knew they couldn't block that blow.
Having forced them back, Lin Kuang pushed off his feet and shot forward like an arrow, his speed reaching an incredible peak. The Naless Sword in his hand trembled, its cold tip aid directly at Ding Zhao's throat.
At the sight, profound terror filled Ding Zhao's sunken eyes. He couldn't possibly dodge. He wasn't as fast as Lin Kuang and had no ti to react.
Just then, Lin Kuang's already lightning-fast figure accelerated again. The Naless Sword pierced straight through Ding Zhao's throat, its tip erging from the back of his neck.
Ding Zhao stared wide-eyed at Lin Kuang. He knew he was dood, but even as death claid him, his heart was filled with intense unwillingness. Ding Zhao was a master, after all. Even with a pierced throat, he forcefully grasped Lin Kuang's Naless Sword, trying to prevent him from using it again.
Seeing this, Feng Chun's eyes turned bloodshot. "Sixth Brother! Sixth Brother! Aaaargh!" he roared at the heavens, his voice a heart-wrenching cry of grief.
"Sixth Brother! Sixth Brother!" Qin Yuan also yelled in fury, his gaze turning crimson.
Yan Wu was the most enraged of all. He and Ding Zhao had been the closest, and Ding Zhao's death was a devastating blow to him.
"Aaaargh! Sixth Brother, may your spirit find peace! Fifth Brother will avenge you!" Yan Wu roared. His palm danced through the air, gathering all his strength for a vicious strike aid at the back of Lin Kuang's head. As he was the closest, his attack would arrive first, with Feng Chun and Qin Yuan right behind him.
Lin Kuang remained calm. Ding Zhao trying to lock down his Naless Sword was a joke. A dead man couldn't possibly restrain him. A dazzling True Qi flared along the blade, shattering Ding Zhao's grip, and Lin Kuang withdrew his sword.
Without even turning, he held the sword behind his back and thrust it backward. Right behind him was the enraged Yan Wu, his palm strike about to land on Lin Kuang's head. But before his hand could connect, the Naless Sword pierced his heart.
True Qi surged from the blade, shattering Yan Wu's internal organs and killing him instantly. His body's montum, however, carried him forward.
Lin Kuang kicked out, his foot planting firmly on Yan Wu's abdon.
BANG!
Yan Wu's body was sent flying by the kick, crashing hard into the onrushing Feng Chun.
Seeing this, Feng Chun's eyes nearly split with rage. Scarlet tears—tears of blood—stread from his eyes. He caught Yan Wu's body in his arms. Looking at Yan Wu's mangled state, a towering fury erupted in Feng Chun's heart. He wished he could devour Lin Kuang alive.
By then, Qin Yuan had arrived. Seeing that both Ding Zhao and Yan Wu were dead, he flew into a berserk rage. In that mont, nothing else mattered; he had to kill Lin Kuang and avenge his brothers!
It was a noble thought, but the gap in strength between him and Lin Kuang was imnse. No amount of rage could make him Lin Kuang's match.
The impassive Lin Kuang struck again. His sword strike ca like an antelope hanging by its horns—subtle and traceless. Suddenly, the sharp tip of the blade was right in front of Qin Yuan. As he rushed forward, it was as if he deliberately ran himself onto the blade.
In an instant, the Naless Sword impaled him between the eyebrows. Qin Yuan stared blankly at Lin Kuang, then breathed his last.
Lin Kuang withdrew his sword. His gaze fell upon Feng Chun. "There's only you left," he said indifferently. "Co and et your death."
