Chapter 213: Chapter 213: Clash of the Titans

After finishing dinner at the Yang Family, it was nearly 8:00 PM when Lin Kuang finally left. He returned to Liu Shilin’s villa, said a quick hello, and then drove off toward the location of his duel with Gu Yue.

At 8:50 PM, Lin Kuang arrived at the designated place ten minutes early. Just as he pulled up, Gu Yue’s black Audi sped in. It was as if they had a telepathic connection, appearing at the exact sa mont.

They both stopped their cars and stepped out. Standing less than three ters apart, their eyes t. A calm confidence emanated from both n; each was utterly sure of his own abilities.

"You’ve co," Gu Yue said calmly.

"I’ve co," Lin Kuang replied, his tone devoid of emotion, filled only with serenity.

"After you," Gu Yue said with a slight bow, making a formal gesture.

Without hesitation, Lin Kuang walked into the planted grove, with Gu Yue following close behind. Once they had taken their positions among the trees, Gu Yue spoke, his gaze intense and his voice burning with a fierce fighting spirit. "Let’s begin, King of the Underworld! Show

the true power of the legend!"

Hearing this, Lin Kuang smiled faintly. "Alright. But are you sure you want

to go first?" he asked, looking at Gu Yue.

"I’m certain," Gu Yue replied, the combativeness in his tone thickening. The surrounding darkness seed to have no effect on their gazes. In fact, at their Realm, darkness truly couldn’t affect their vision. After all, their eyes were capable of night vision, rendering the gloom aningless.

Hearing Gu Yue’s firm tone, Lin Kuang nodded again. "Very well. In that case, I’ll oblige you!"

As he spoke, Lin Kuang took a step forward. A domineering aura exploded from his body, so powerful that the leaves on the branches above him began to tremble and crackle.

Sensing the imnse power radiating from Lin Kuang, Gu Yue’s own fighting spirit intensified. He had been longing for such a powerful opponent, and the man before him could finally grant that wish. This is it. Thinking this, Gu Yue took a deep breath as a powerful force erupted from his own body, an aura that seed every bit as strong as Lin Kuang’s.

The two forces collided in midair, forming an invisible pressure field. The leaves overhead trembled even more fiercely, looking as if they might be torn apart at any mont.

Despite feeling Gu Yue’s power, Lin Kuang’s expression remained placid.

"Here I co," he said calmly.

In the next instant, Lin Kuang vanished. His speed was incredible, making him little more than a phantom in the dark, his movents impossible to track. Seeing this display of speed, Gu Yue’s expression turned incredibly grave. Lin Kuang was much faster than he had anticipated!

However, Gu Yue was an expert in his own right and was able to keep up. Just then, Lin Kuang appeared before him, launching a punch straight at Gu Yue’s chest. The powerful fist tore through the air with a whistling sound, seemingly displacing the very atmosphere around it.

Gu Yue took a deep breath. He chose not to dodge. Instead, he shot his own arm out in a fierce punch, wanting to test the true depths of Lin Kuang’s power. Lin Kuang didn’t seem surprised to see Gu Yue et his attack head-on, almost as if he had expected it.

In a flash, their fists closed the distance and collided violently.

A deep thud erupted between them. At the sa ti, an invisible shockwave blasted out from their fists and bodies, its force so great it shredded the leaves directly above them. The tattered leaves fluttered down like a shower of green rain. Both Lin Kuang and Gu Yue were thrown backward, staggering seven or eight steps before they managed to steady themselves.

Looking at his opponent, Lin Kuang felt a flicker of surprise. Gu Yue was even stronger than he had predicted and was indeed an excellent adversary.

This ti, Gu Yue took the initiative. He charged, moving at lightning speed, leaving a trail of afterimages as he closed in on Lin Kuang. The next mont, he threw a punch aid at Lin Kuang’s chest. In response, Lin Kuang smiled faintly and threw a punch of his own. Their fists t once more.

Another muffled thud rang out as both n were forced to retreat. They still appeared to be evenly matched, with no clear winner.

The mont Lin Kuang regained his footing, he shot forward again like a phantom. He aid a palm strike at Gu Yue’s forehead—a blow that would have instantly shattered his skull. Of course, Gu Yue was not so easily struck, and this ti, he chose not to clash directly. His body swerved to the side, and Lin Kuang’s strike hit nothing but air.

Before Gu Yue could counter, Lin Kuang’s arm bent sharply, his fingertips jabbing fiercely toward Gu Yue’s heart.

At this, Gu Yue’s expression flickered. Although the fight had just begun, the technique and combat experience Lin Kuang displayed had already shaken him. Then again, why am I surprised? This is the King of the Underworld, a man who carved out an infamous reputation abroad. How could he have earned that na without this level of skill?

With that thought, Gu Yue’s body spun again, evading the strike. He whipped his right leg out in a powerful whip kick aid at Lin Kuang’s waist. The kick was incredibly strong, cutting through the air with a sharp whoosh as it closed in.

Lin Kuang’s expression remained calm. Instead of retreating, he charged forward. As he advanced, he swung his arm again, throwing a punch at the back of Gu Yue’s head. Gu Yue’s back was turned, and Lin Kuang had no intention of letting such a vital opening go to waste.

Feeling a sudden rush of wind behind his head, Gu Yue knew he was in trouble. He instantly dropped, planting his hands on the ground to dodge the vicious strike. At the sa ti, he swung both his legs up, kicking fiercely toward Lin Kuang’s abdon and chest. Watching the attack approach, Lin Kuang suddenly leaped into the air, and Gu Yue’s kicks t empty space.

While still in mid-air, Lin Kuang executed a Thousand Catties Drop. His body plumted, and he brought his right foot down in a vicious stomp aid at Gu Yue’s head.

Although Gu Yue couldn’t see the attack, at their level of skill, perception was often sharper than sight. Sensing the incoming strike instantly, Gu Yue pushed off the ground with explosive force, his body shooting away like an arrow.
