A crisp slapping sound echoed through the living room as Lin Kuang sent Wang Ya Hao flying with a fierce strike, slamming him hard onto the ground. A mouthful of blood sprayed from his mouth, along with two of his back molars. His left cheek bore five clear, crimson fingerprints, a testant to the ferocity of Lin Kuang’s blow.

Just then, Wang Ya Hao slowly ca to his senses. He scrambled up from the floor, his eyes instantly turning blood-red. Those crimson eyes burned with murderous intent as he stared at Lin Kuang. If looks could kill, Lin Kuang would have died a hundred tis over.
"You... you... you dare to hit ?" Wang Ya Hao’s voice was filled with indescribable rage. He gasped for breath like a bellows, his face contorting into a frightening mask of fury.
Seeing this, Lin Kuang stared back coldly. "Yes, I hit you. And I’m not done."
With that, Lin Kuang strode forward and slapped Wang Ya Hao across the other side of his face.

Wang Ya Hao was sent flying again, smashing hard onto the floor. A spray of blood flew from the corner of his mouth as he trembled with uncontrollable rage.
"Consider those two slaps a warning," Lin Kuang said coldly, his emotionless eyes locked onto Wang Ya Hao’s. "Wang Ya Hao, rember the saying: the only way to keep a secret is to not do it in the first place. Walls have ears. I hope you rember this lesson.
"If you dare try sothing like this again, I won’t hesitate to make you disappear from this world for good!"
As he spoke, a terrifying murderous aura erupted from Lin Kuang, enveloping Wang Ya Hao completely. Wang Ya Hao’s body trembled violently, his eyes wide with utter horror.
This horrifying killing intent feels like being cast into hell! It’s like the Grim Reaper is standing right behind . If I make a single move, I’m dead!
At that thought, Wang Ya Hao swallowed hard. The intense sense of crisis paralyzed him, preventing him from making the slightest move. After all, everyone fears death. Seeing Wang Ya Hao’s expression, a flicker of disdain crossed Lin Kuang’s eyes. He turned away, ignoring him completely.
When Lin Kuang’s gaze fell on the Witch, his cold deanor lted away, replaced by a warm smile. "Let’s go ho," he said.
"Oh," the Witch uttered distractedly, following Lin Kuang out of the villa. The image of his domineering figure was impossible to forget.
They both got into the car, and Lin Kuang drove away. The Witch remained silent for most of the ride. It wasn’t until they were halfway to Liu Shilin’s villa that she finally spoke.
"I’m... I’m sorry," she said softly, her face blushing. "I was almost tricked by Wang Ya Hao back there. I should have trusted you."
Lin Kuang had told her Wang Ya Hao was to bla, but she had wavered after hearing his defense. Now, feeling she had wronged Lin Kuang, she had to apologize. Hearing her words, Lin Kuang was taken aback for a mont. He glanced at the bashful Witch and couldn’t help but laugh aloud. This girl is actually pretty cute.
The Witch had been waiting for his reply, but hearing him laugh so smugly filled her with a mix of embarrassnt and anger. "Jerk! What are you laughing at!" she snapped, her face crimson.
"Uh, nothing. I was just thinking you’re really cute," Lin Kuang said with a grin. "But since you know you were wrong, isn’t just saying sorry a bit insincere? Shouldn’t there be so... tangible action?"
In truth, Lin Kuang didn’t mind what had happened earlier, chalking it up to the Witch’s naivety. But now that she was apologizing on her own, he couldn’t resist the chance to extort so benefits.
"What... what do you want?" the Witch stamred, shrinking back. She eyed him with a hint of fear, as if expecting him to do sothing to her.
Lin Kuang was speechless. Do I really look that much like a villain?
"Nothing much," he said with a grin. "Just a kiss. That’s not too much to ask, is it?"
Hearing this, the Witch quietly let out a sigh of relief. "Just a kiss?" she asked, her face still red. "You’re not afraid I’ll bite you again?"
"It’s fine. I’m thick-skinned," Lin Kuang replied nonchalantly.
"Oh... okay then." With her face flushed, the Witch pursed her red lips and planted a light kiss on Lin Kuang’s cheek. This ti, there was no playful bite.
Honestly, Lin Kuang was surprised. He had only been teasing her and didn’t expect her to actually go through with it. Her lips felt soft and smooth against his cheek—a surprisingly pleasant sensation.
"Mm, not bad," Lin Kuang said with a grin. "That’ll do."
"Jerk! What do you an, ’that’ll do’?" the Witch huffed. "That was this young lady’s first kiss!"
Lin Kuang wanted to retort. Didn’t you already give
your first kiss in my room? Even if it was a bite...
But before he could say anything, a pale-faced young man appeared several dozen ters ahead, standing right in the path of his car.
