A few minutes later...
"Who was that? I heard you tell the person I was with you?" Chynna asked with a curious glance, thinking it was Liu Longwei because she knew only him could make Chen Lihua smile this much.
"That's my brother, I told him I was in the club, and he asked 'with who?' and I ntioned your na, so he will be here in 5 minutes." Chen Lihua replied with a smile.
"Oh..." Chynna muttered as she looked away.
Chen Lihua narrowed her eyes at her. Feeling her gaze, Chynna looked up to see that weird look.
"Why are you looking at like that?." Chynna asked.
"What's going on you between you and my brother?." Chen Lihua asked.
"Nothing. Although we have each other's contact, it's really awkward when we chat." Chynna replied and sighed after that.
"I see. My brother can be fun to be with. But it's a pity he hasn't found the right woman to be by his side. He is within the sa age range as my husband, but he still hasn't found anyone to spend the rest of his life with. And with my mum's personality, I'm sure she would have been nagging him every day to try and date soone." Chen Lihua said as a smile appeared on her face.
"It will be great if he found soone to be by his side. In this life, I don't dare to love. Even if I want to, who would dare to date or marry soone that has a record of being crazy?." Chynna asked as a pitiful smile was seen on her face.
"Chynna don't talk like that. If you let your heart open to love, the right person will co to you despite your past. And who knows, the right person might already be within, but because of your thoughts, you can't see it." Chen Lihua said as she took Chynna's palm in hers before giving it a gentle squeeze.
"I would find my life fulfilled if I really have soone to be by my side. But it's fine if nobody appears, the pet you gave to will continue to keep company." Chynna said with a smile.
"The right person is knocking at your doorstep, just change your mindset and welco him with open arms. Have you nad the puppy yet?." Chen Lihua asked.
"Yes, I nad it Coco. How does it sound?." Chynna asked with an expectant smile?
"It sounds cute." Chen Lihua replied with a smile before turning to K2 to instruct.
"My brother should be within this area, you can go out to bring him up."
K2 bowed and left.
Chen Lihua and Chynna continued chatting about the puppy. They talked about the dog food and its playhouse before Chen Weiyuan walked in.
"Good evening, ladies." Chen Weiyuan greeted with a smile after glancing at the two won.
"Good evening..." Chen Lihua and Chynna greeted back with a smile.
"Won't you co to hug your big brother?." Chen Weiyuan asked as he looked towards Chen Lihua's direction.
"Sorry, but I'm no longer a little girl. My husband is the only male I hug." Chen Lihua replied with a smug look.
"What a showoff." Chen Weiyuan said as he went to sit beside Chen Lihua.
"Chynna, how are you doing? How about your classes?." Chen Weiyuan asked as he fixed his smiling gaze on Chynna.
Chynna glanced at him and replied politely. "My classes are going on well, and I'm very good these days thanks to Lihua."
"What did my sister do, did she take you shopping or on a vacation?." Chen Weiyuan asked.
"She ca to my house to cook lunch for , and she got a cute puppy so I wouldn't have to feel lonely," Chynna replied with a smile.
"You don't have to praise her too much. My sister is very rich, so don't think twice before spending her money. " Chen Weiyuan said with a smirk.
"Are you for real?" Chen Lihua asked as she hit Chen Weiyuan on his arm.
"You see how violent your friend is. She wasn't like this when she was still a cute little princess." Chen Weiyuan said to Chynna with his hand on the area Chen Lihua hit.
"What? If I am not a cute little princess now, then what am I?." Chen Lihua asked in an authoritative tone.
"Now, you are a terrifying Queen." Chen Weiyuan said, before starting to dodge Chen Lihua's beatings.
Chynna laughed her heart out as she would Chen Lihua away.
"Lihua, don't forget you are carrying my god-daughter." Chynna reminded her, and Chen Lihua stopped hitting Chen Weiyuan.
She scoffed and arranged her clothes.
"You are pregnant, so why would Longwei allow you to co to this place?." Chen Weiyuan asked as he arranged his hair with his hands.
"I felt like coming here, to relax, and he allowed it, but you can see the number of bodyguards he is aged for . Plus his friend who is the owner of this club is around, so he allowed to co here." Chen Lihua replied.
"I see... But why are you two dressed liked this? If you want to co to the club, you shouldn't be dressed this way." Chen Weiyuan pointed out.
"We went for our class reunion before coming to this place." Chen Lihua answered.
"Oh! How was it? Was it fun?." Chen Weiyuan asked.
"Of course was." Chen Lihua said while nodding.
As the three of them were chatting, Chen Lihua's phone rang, so she excused herself and went to sit on another sofa, so Chen Weiyuan occupied her position and continued chatting with Chynna.
"Darling..." Chen Lihua called out with a smile with the phone placed on her ear.
"What? You're here to pick up?." Chen Lihua asked after listening for a while.
"Okay, you can co up, my brother is here with us." Chen Lihua inford.
"Okay, bye." Chen Lihua said as she ended the call, then she went back to sit beside her brother instead of her initial position that she occupied.
"Longwei is here to pick up." Chen Lihua announced.
"I love that dude. He may know how to take care of his Sister." Chen Weiyuan comnted with a smile.
"My husband is not a dude." Chen Lihua clarified.
Not wanting to argue with her, Chen Weiyuan changed the topic.
"You should really go ho, you have a son at ho, and you are carrying another one in your stomach. Longwei did right by coming to get you."
