After Jake finished the clean-up, he headed to the dungeon, but he didn't drop his guard since that place was where so big problems started and it was hard to say if the criminals wouldn't try to use the orcs again. Given the chance, it would be a good idea to use them...
"Co to think of it… even if they failed, I wonder if the orcs got sothing out of this situation," Jake thought. "The fact that their levels increased should be sothing, but…"
In any case, Jake checked the dungeon shop since it had been a while since the last ti he did that. While Jake was crossing the dungeon, he made sure to equip his shield and use it with Boorang Shield to kill the orcs, that skill was just too useful to let it get rusty now that he had a greatsword. Thanks to that, Jake managed to save so ti and stamina while he headed toward the final room.
When Jake reached the final room, he found a big ass orc guarding the purple crystal. The creature was even bigger than Vare and it was sitting cross-legged on the side of the crytal while it was also holding a sword even bigger than Jake's and a spiked shield. It was another enemy that was pretty smart and probably could talk, but the boss would be a lot more dangerous than Vare since that one used proper weapons and shield.

As soon as Jake used Appraisal on that guy, the creature began to look at him with eyes full of hatred. The boss seed calm at first glance, but that was probably a trick to make the challengers drop their guard.
"The strength of this guy…" Jake thought.
Maybe it was due to the dungeon break, but the level of that guy was a lot higher than the previous boss Jake had faced before. Things might get ssy if he makes so kind of mistake. In fact, Jake's instincts were almost screaming at him not to fight that monster now.
"Higher paraters, better equipnt and so level of intelligence… All the factors are against , huh," Jake thought.
Motivation wouldn't be helpful at all facing a single monster, so Jake could only count on Lesser Vampirism to increase his survivability. Still, before facing the boss, he decided to take his ti and level up Rage a little bit. He was going to follow his usual strategy, so in order to prevent his own death before the second half of the battle, he would need so extra paraters points in his physical paraters.
Although Jake didn't notice much difference when he used the skill at the first levels, he noticed so when it reached level ten. Aside from the downsides explained by the skill, the fact that his mind stopped thinking when he used the skill was a bit troubleso. He tried, but it was hard to keep his focus for long. Relying on his instincts for battle wasn't so bad, but doing that all the ti felt cheap. Besides, outsmarting the enemy was simply too fun to ignore.
In any case, Jake had already waited for a couple of hours, so it was ti to complete the quest and get his reward. According to the docunt that Frederick gave him, he would need a sword in that mission, but he wondered if it was the sa that the orc had… it had a sick design since it resembled a bit the Executioner's Blade, but it wasn't sothing that Jake liked, the simple design of his own greatsword was a lot better in his opinion.
When Jake approached, the monster got up and didn't try to hide its bloodlust… Jake wasn't interested in talking with such a beast, even if it had so level of intelligence. He will try to get so answers, but he won't pay much mind to it if he doesn't get it. Killing such a vicious beast in the most painful way possible would be enough for him.
When Jake assud his battle stance, he saw the enemy holding that big sword with a single hand. It wasn't possible, but it seed a lot reckless and inefficient. Regardless, the beast dashed toward Jake with its fearso speed. It almost felt like the monster had disappeared or used Flash, but Jake managed to see a big shadow moving toward him while preparing to swing that stupid large sword. Jake didn't try to block it, he just used Flash to the side and saw the enemy striking the ground. The attack created a twenty ters wide crater on the ground, but it soon disappeared for so reason. The entire dungeon also trembled…
"Hehe, now we are talking about," Jake said.
The sword strike had been pretty fast even though the orc only used a single hand. Still, even with a single arm, the enemy could put a lot more power behind its attacks. Jake won't have any chances of blocking those using ordinary ans. Jake considered so possibilities while so of them seed pretty fun and easy to pull against enemies like that, they would make the battle too easy. Jake needed to defeat that monster directly…
