He can feed it to the strongest of his Heavenly Kings, turning him into a demigod, a powerhouse for his current army.
Though he can also feed it to the earthen kings and the mortal kings to produce more heavenly kings and earthen kings, compared to a demigod, the battle power is leagues apart.
Thus, the marching army stopped on the fallen’s command as their presence started to corrupt the surrounding environnt.
