Chapter 55: Soloing the Boss

In a short while, the three hundred orc army fell under Li Chengfeng’s barrage of bullets.

The Boss, seeing this scene, remained unhurried.

Once all the minions were dead, he swung his axe horizontally.

The speed of the flying axe was so fast that it startled Li Chengfeng.

He quickly turned and pressed the bike down to the ground.

He leaned into an extre turn, and the axe just barely grazed his hair as it flew past.

He couldn’t help but break out in a cold sweat.

This Boss was strong!

Li Chengfeng quickly stored his BMW back into his wristband.

The orc Boss spoke in human language:

“Didn’t expect such a master among the humans. Do you have the guts to fight ?”

Damn it!

Fight it is!

Li Chengfeng’s blood boiled with excitent, just before heading to the Super Difficulty Braving the Society, he could use this 10-man Boss as practice.

He released a superior-grade battle armor from his wristband.

Tearing off his shirt and kicking off his shoes, he stepped into it.

The nano-level superior-grade battle armor quickly enveloped him.

Lisa: Senior Brother Li is so wealthy, he actually has a set of superior-grade battle armor. Truly a high, rich, and handso guy.

**: Second-generation rich?

**: Rich second generation? No way, Senior Brother Li’s martial skills definitely earned him that battle armor through his own strength.

Shu Fuyao: Need my help?

Li Chengfeng: No need.

Wearing the battle armor, Li Chengfeng’s attributes were enhanced to a new level.

He engaged in a one-on-one fight with the imnsely powerful orc Boss.

Li Chengfeng’s swordsmanship was divine, each strike was lethal and unparalleled in precision.

His sword moved so fast it dazzled the eyes, leaving the orc unable to defend.

Lisa: Such powerful swordsmanship! So, Senior Brother Li’s sword skills are even more advanced than his gun skills.

**: Man and sword as one!

**: So, a sword can be used like this? I’ve wasted over ten years practicing swordsmanship.

The orc Boss had low speed attributes, but his strength and defense were exceptionally high.

Yet, under Li Chengfeng’s near-perfect swordsmanship, he couldn’t last even a single round.

He was directly comboed to death by Li Chengfeng in one encounter.

Clang, clink, clang, clang—

The Boss’s armor gradually disintegrated under the rapid and continuous strikes of the sword.

Swish!

The sword’s shadow flashed.

Clang—

Li Chengfeng sheathed his sword.

Confidently, he walked towards the bridge.

Clad in his black and gold battle armor, he walked among the fallen orc corpses.

So calm, so composed, so graceful.

Like a war god returning in triumph.

The orc Boss stood still for two seconds, then his head fell off.

**: Senior Brother Li is mighty!

Lisa: One person fighting a 10-man dungeon Boss, one against ten!

He soloed the Boss.

The two veterans turned their disdainful gazes towards Pan Jiang.

They hadn’t participated in the battle at all.

Now, Li Chengfeng had taken all the DKP points for this round.

Pan Jiang’s face turned red, and he said sheepishly:

“What? You don’t really want to see eat dirt, do you?”

The veteran rebuked:

“You said it yourself, we didn’t force you!”

Pan Jiang scratched his head:

“I didn’t expect that kid to be so strong. I saw he was only level 14 and didn’t even have the normal Luqiao achievent, so I thought he was a rookie!”

“How co we’ve never heard of this kid if he’s so skilled?”

“Could he be new?”

“Possibly. It seems like he and Shu Fuyao ca together, so they might both be new. Otherwise, a beauty like Shu would have already made a na for herself in our Xiaoyao Sect.”

“Forget it, that kid is too strong. We can’t go against him; let’s recruit him instead.”

“Good idea.”

At this mont, Li Chengfeng walked back, and the rookie junior brothers and sisters surrounded him, showering him with praise.

“Ahem, ahem.”

Pan Jiang stepped forward, clearing his throat to grab everyone’s attention.

Then he said:

“Junior Brother Li, you did very well. Just now, I deliberately sent you to the front to see your true strength. You did not disappoint ; you have the qualifications to join our Dungeon First Division. When we get back, I’ll recomnd you for the Dungeon First Division. Co, pour a cup of tea, and from now on, I’ll look out for you.”

Dungeon First Division.

The rookies couldn’t help but feel envious when they heard this.

Because serving in the Dungeon First Division grants an additional 5 status points.

It was quite a prestigious departnt.

Li Chengfeng was taken aback:

“Pour you a cup of tea?”

Pan Jiang placed his cup there, clearly wanting to see Li Chengfeng’s attitude:

“Mm, any drink will do, just as a gesture. Drink this cup of tea, and from now on, we’ll be brothers in the Dungeon First Division.”

Li Chengfeng was speechless. Did he need Pan Jiang’s protection? Did he care about the Dungeon First Division?

He simply said:

“Are you worthy?”

A veteran nearby reminded him about his attitude:

“Tsk, watch your mouth!”

Pan Jiang thought to himself:

Is this guy trying to see if I have the strength to be his senior brother? Does he want to fight ? No, I might not be able to beat him. Better to use my status to put him in his place.

“I am your senior brother. I asked you to pour tea, and you question if I’m worthy?”

As he spoke, Pan Jiang had already taken out his sect token.

He displayed his status points.

A veteran nearby scolded:

“See that? Hurry up and pour tea for Senior Brother Pan. Show so respect.”
