[3rd POV]
Standing in the training yard, Talia was watching Cisco as he used his powers, wishing to see what he could do with them at the mont, and she found herself...a bit disappointed. His powers and their potential was...incredible, truly incredible.
His powers regarding dinsional energy manipulation, was incredibly powerful. Beyond allowing him to open portals and blast the hell out of others, he could do so very much more. The best of which was the ability to cut off Speedsters from the Speed Force, sothing his comic self could do, and sothing he himself should be capable of. And he should only grow stronger in the future, should tears in space-ti appear in the future.
His vibing power was also pretty damn strong, and had a lot of potential for growth, should he begin to properly train himself, unlike right now. As all he did now was making the tech, not even training the littlest bit. She found that to be particularly idiotic, especially with the sheer amount of power he could have if he just trained a little bit.
Watching him show off his abilities, Talia remained...unimpressed. He's had them for over a year, and has only learned how to make blasts and dinsional portals, nothing more. While she herself had clones constantly training in the ability as she did have the dinsional awareness, which let her use the sa powers as Cisco. She hadn't popped that particular clone yet, as it had been created back in the 1900's. But now was the best ti to do so.
Inwardly ordering her clone to pop, she breathed out as mories swirled in her brain, as she comprehended what it had learned over a hundred years, primarily it's training in dinsional awareness, and it's training in manipulation aspect especially.
She could feel her understanding of the concepts regarding dinsions and dinsional energy massively grow, as she rembered her clone's manipulation of the art, learning and using the sa powers that soone like Cisco had, replicating them and using them with incredible skill.
Opening her eyes, Talia smiled "Alright, I've seen enough, go ahead and stop" Talia said, as Cisco let out a sigh.
"So? Am I screwed or not?" Cisco asked, pretty terrified for what his chances were. The battle was "To the death" and with how "skilled" Gypsy was, he didn't think he had much of a chance of survival in this case, not without Talia's help.
"Without my help? Probably, but with mine? You'll be fine. I've got a lot of knowledge in powers like yours, so I'm sure we can get you up to the level you need to be to beat Gypsy. Even if you do lose, I'll step in and take care of the problem myself" Talia replied, as he let out a sigh of relief.
"What sort of training are we doing then? If you can't tell, I'm pretty screwed without so serious help" Cisco said, as Caitlin who was standing at the side, smiled.
"I'm sure whatever the training is, it'll be enough to defeat Gypsy" Caitlin said, as Talia nodded.
"We'll focus mostly on learning her tells. As from what I reviewed in the footage when she first entered the speed lab, she has a set of moves that are in a rather...set order. Like here, when she uses the breach to attack you from behind, do you see what I see?" Talia asked, bringing up the video on a nearby monitor.
Looking over the screen in silence, Cisco scanned every inch, before noticing sothing "When she cos out of the breach her feet aren't on the ground" Cisco said, as Talia smiled.
"Exactly. So, when she is like that, that is when you'll be able to strike. She won't be able to defend herself when she's in the air, and once she is hit, she won't be getting back up. All we've gotta do is work on your reaction ti, and you'll be able to take her out no problem at all" Talia replied as Cisco sighed.
"How do we do that? It's not like we have soone else here who can breach or vibe like or her" Cisco said, as Talia smirked, as she held her hand out, a breach forming in front of her the next mont, as she walked through and appeared behind Cisco.
"I've got a lot of powers Cisco, and this is just one of them" Talia said from behind the wide eyed man, as he turned to her, Caitlin looking just as shocked as Cisco was.
"Since when could you do that?!" Cisco exclaid in confusion, as Talia smirked.
"A while now. I've only just recently learned how to properly use the powers and believe , you have no idea just how powerful you can be should you learn how to use it. Things like breaching to other universes is nothing compared to what you can do" Talia said, as Cisco furrowed his eyebrows.
"Like what?"
"Like cutting the connection between a speedster and the speed force, controlling and learning how to utilize other dinsional energies, create vibrational blasts strong enough to obliterate entire mountains, the list goes on" Talia replied with a shrug, as she could now do all of that herself, even beyond it.
"That-that's insane! How could I ever do sothing like that? All I can do now is make so small blasts and breaches" Cisco said, as Talia smiled.
"By extensive training. If you learn to balance the tech support aspect of your life, and actually training and growing your vibe aspect, then I am certain that you'll be a huge help to the team, more than that, you'll beco a true hero just like Barry is" Talia replied, as the man went silent, processing what Talia was saying.
"You can too, you know. The frost aspect of you isn't so malevolent entity or power. Not truly. You simply need to learn control over it, and if you'd like, I can teach you too" Talia offered Caitlin, who listened intently, before replying.
"I-I'll think about it. I'm not sure If I'm ready for sothing like that just yet. But when I am ready, I'll co to you" Caitlin said, as Talia smiled, that response being more than enough in her eyes.
Cisco, hearing Caitlin, breathed in and gave Talia a resolute look.
"I'll do it. I'll train with you, so please teach how to use these powers" Cisco said with a serious glint in his eyes, as Talia grinned.
"Well let's begin the true training then!"

Turns out Cisco was pretty talented in regards to his Vibe powers, as he had quickly gotten down the thod of defeating Gypsy, thanks to Talia's excellent training thods. Teaching new heroes slowly is more enjoyable for Talia, as she found it to be rather easy thanks to having 10's of thousands of different books on teaching within her skull.
The rest of the day had been spent watching as Cisco managed to defeat Gypsy, letting the woman run off after they made the deal that HR could no longer return to Earth 19, sothing that was expected by the group as a whole.
With all of that done, Talia was at her apartnt, looking over the quests she had completed that day.

With this body, one has a "Small World" within them, which allows the user to hold more energy within them then what their physical body can handle, allowing the user to cultivate and learn profound art (technique) even if their body couldn't normally handle it. Boosts the amount of profound energy the user can hold by 2x, boosts the purity and strength of the users profound energy by 2x, boosts cultivation speeds by 50%.

[Primordial Seal of Life and Death - One of the top items in the ATG universe, one of the "Heavenly Profound Treasures" ranked third amongst them all. By equipping this item, it grants the user eternal life, not through regeneration, but infinite lifespan, life energy, stamina, and essentially infinite amounts of energy related to immortality, like Chi.

Scroll of Infinite Healing - A scroll that houses the thods and explanations on every single dicine, pill, healing thod, herb, poisons, technique, and everything similar, from the Against the Gods universe. Basically a one step thod to learning all sorts of unique pills of imnse power, and how to create them.
Seeing the levels, she claid them, pushing her librarian class up to a maximum of level 300, and her main class to over level 100. The items had been equipped in the case of the seal, and consud in the case of the scroll, as millions of thods and types of knowledge began to flood her brain, instantly being comprehended and understood, as a grin ford on her face, a very very pleased grin, as she had one thought on her mind.

That's the end of the Chapter!
Basically just so more ntoring, and gaining so new items of note, one of which is pretty damn overpowered with the sort of energies she has, and the boons it provides to her.
I plan on finishing up this arc within the next 5 Chapters or so, as it has beco...admittedly boring lol. That and I can tell that not a lot of people are feeling it, so we'll likely get back to the girls soon, and then begin the next universe, before coming back to Arrowverse after we finish that arc.
Fanon Maker will be getting updated in a bit. A vault Chapter might be coming today, not sure about that one though.
