After returning to the villa, Seraphina Sinclair imdiately signed the new product contract with Alex and planned to promote the new products.

Irene Rowe sat beside her, quietly reminding, "Boss, what should we do about the company here? Several major projects worth billions have fallen apart, and a few contracts that have been long-term collaborations suddenly withdrew investnts, our company’s financial situation might soon be in trouble."

"Gather the heads of each departnt for a eting at three o’clock in the afternoon." As soon as this matter was brought up, Seraphina’s face instantly looked grim.

She had founded several companies and hired the most elite talents from various countries at high salaries, yet she didn’t expect the headquarters would face such a situation, which left Seraphina perplexed.

Irene could also understand Seraphina’s feelings.

However, company issues are not just the matter of a single person.

"Have you found out what the situation is?" Seraphina’s brows tightened, her hand flipping through docunts speedily.

"We’ve found so reasons, but I believe these problems shouldn’t cause such a large reaction, there might be deeper issues yet to be uncovered." Irene placed a stack of docunts in front of Seraphina.

After Seraphina picked up the docunts, Irene slowly explained, "Though the apparent reason is found to be due to our company’s executive’s personal lifestyle issues, in my opinion, these problems aren’t significant."

Personal lifestyle issues can affect the company to so extent.

But how many CEOs of listed companies can claim to have squeaky clean lives?

Thus, Irene believes that’s not the reason for the partners withdrawing investnt.

Seraphina held the sa view, poor conduct is a personal issue, so may mind, but others may not, as long as the product quality holds, there will still be consurs.

"In that case, it must be soone else causing trouble, keep investigating for ." Seraphina rubbed her aching temple, her tone slightly heavy.

Over these days, issues arose one after another, making her head feel swollen.

Given she’s not been in the best health, constantly being busy with work without proper rest, she’s been feeling increasingly dizzy these past few days.

Having just dealt with the pile of docunts in front of her, Seraphina felt a bit weary, waving a hand to Irene, "You head out first, I want so ti alone."

Irene hesitated, worried about Seraphina, but Seraphina offered her a smile, "Alright, there’s nothing that can defeat , don’t look so concerned."

"But..." Irene was still uneasy.

"No buts, surely you believe in , don’t you?" Confidence shone in Seraphina’s eyes, temporary hardships only aid growth, though in difficulty, she felt no fear.

Irene reasoned with herself, for so many years, there hadn’t been any issue that could defeat Seraphina.

Whatever Seraphina sets her mind to accomplish, she will achieve.

This was precisely why Irene chose to follow her.

With this realization, Irene felt assured and left.

After Irene departed, Seraphina left the study and returned to her bedroom to take a nap on the large bed.

For so reason, she recently experiences unbearable pain as soon as she uses her mind.

She rubbed her temples again, hoping to alleviate the pain.

Regardless of her attempts, it was futile, the splitting headache nearly caused her to faint.

Until she felt the warmth of a hot towel on her forehead, awakening her slightly.

Struggling to open her eyes, a strikingly handso face appeared before her.

"Desmond Fairchild, why are you here? What about the two kids and Grandma..." Seraphina struggled to sit up, worrying as she realized Desmond’s presence ant no one was caring for the children and their elderly grandparent.

Desmond pressed her back onto the bed, his slender fingers touched his ruby lips, "Silly girl, rest well, the matters at ho have long been arranged, you need not worry."

"Are you certain?" Seraphina seed skeptical, having just arrived at Diamond Island, how could he have made arrangents so quickly?

"What? You don’t trust ?" Desmond lightly tapped Seraphina’s forehead, his deep eyes full of affection.

With Desmond beside her, Seraphina felt much more at ease. She reclined, her tone softening a lot, "Call ho and check it out, I’m still a bit worried."

"Alright, I’ll call right away." To reassure Seraphina, Desmond promptly made a video call to the Fairchild Family estate.

The call was answered by Jude Sinclair, at eight in the evening, he hastily exited the bathroom upon hearing the sound.

In the video, Jude’s hair was dripping wet, wrapped in a blue bathrobe, watching Desmond Fairchild with curiosity, "Dad, what’s up?"

"Nothing much, your mommy is just worried about you and your sister, so she asked to check in." As Desmond spoke, he aid the cara at Seraphina, who imdiately pulled off the hot towel and sat up, her fatigue replaced with a bright smile.

Seeing this, Jude blinked his clear, big eyes, "Mommy, we’re perfectly fine, don’t worry."

"That’s good, you’re the big brother, rember to take good care of Polo. Also your great-grandmother, while your dad and I aren’t ho, you need to substitute us in looking after them."

Jude, portraying a little man’s deanor, pounded his chest, "Mommy, you can rest easy, I will definitely care for my sister and great-grandmother."

Observing Jude’s energetic deanor, Seraphina felt reassured.

"Oh, how’s school? Have you been going lately?" Seraphina suddenly rembered this matter.

Jude shook his head, "Not much to learn at school, I took a leave for a while, temporarily not going to school. Dad said it’s safer staying at ho until you return, I absolutely shouldn’t step out."

"Your dad’s right, until we return, be sure to protect your sister and great-grandmother well, should any issue arise, alert and your dad imdiately."

Even knowing Jude is very sensible and significantly more intelligent than his peers, as a mother, Seraphina forever sees him as a child.

No matter how smart and resourceful, he is rely a six-year-old.

"Mommy, when will you and dad be back? Eric Holt frequently visits Grandma lately, although outwardly nothing seems amiss, I get a feeling this person is problematic." Jude’s sixth sense was very keen, sensing sothing abnormal in Eric’s frequent visits to Old Mrs. Fairchild.

Seraphina and Desmond exchanged looks, "I’ll have soone install surveillance at ho, go find your second brother, ask him to work on a monitoring system."

"Such a small matter to bother second brother? I can do it myself." Not that Jude was arrogant, but regarding a monitoring system, he was completely capable.
