Even in the most exclusive kindergartens, there’s actually no howork during winter break. After all, the kids are only four or five years old, who would demand winter break assignnts from them?

At Jude Sinclair’s strong insistence, the teacher made an exception and gave him so assignnts, but he finished them in just half a day.

Bored, Jude Sinclair felt extrely bored.

Adding to it, everyone else was out on dates today, even Austin White, who usually seed free, had sothing to do. Jude Sinclair was almost depressed. Fortunately, God didn’t abandon him and sent Camille White his way.

Jude Sinclair grinned and asked, "Third Brother, have you eaten yet? Are you hungry?"

Camille White knew Jude Sinclair too well. Being stared at so intently, how could he not understand? Resigned, he put down the dicine box and asked for the location of the kitchen, "What do you want to eat? Just say it."

Camille White was skilled in many things. Apart from his exceptional dical skills, his culinary talents were shockingly good.

He normally didn’t cook easily. To eat a al prepared by him might be a once-in-several-years opportunity.

However, since Jude Sinclair’s appearance, this principle was broken. As long as Jude cried a little, Camille White would have no choice.

Thanks to Jude, others also got to enjoy many als.

Seraphina Sinclair and Rosalie Quinn, who were preparing for their dates, widened their eyes and displayed surprised expressions when they heard that Camille White was cooking.

Seraphina Sinclair even put down her dress and rushed into the kitchen, smiling broadly at Camille White, "Little Cammy, Godmother wants to eat your Buddha Jumps Over the Wall."

" too, too," Rosalie Quinn added in agreent.

Camille White was just about to refuse when he saw Jude also staring at him with clear, eager eyes.

Alright then.

He accepted it.

Camille White’s culinary skills were just too good, and although making Buddha Jumps Over the Wall was ti-consuming, Seraphina Sinclair and the others said they could wait.

By the ti the al was ready, more than two hours had passed, and it was almost dark. Since Seraphina Sinclair and Rosalie Quinn had dates, they just symbolically ate a little bit.

No matter how much they wanted to eat, they still had to have dinner with their significant others later, and eating too much wouldn’t be good.

Of course, as of now, Seraphina Sinclair didn’t know it was a date; she had always thought she was going to attend a cocktail party.

If Rosalie Quinn hadn’t only let her take a few bites, she probably would have eaten until she was full.

Night fell silently.

Around six o’clock, Desmond Fairchild ca to pick up Seraphina Sinclair. Rosalie Quinn, seeing her off, quickly sent a ssage to Simon Finch.

For the sake of her best friend’s happy life, she was willing to sacrifice her own date ti to go play the role of an observer.

Simon Finch seed to have already guessed Rosalie Quinn’s intentions and was not only not angry but joined her in her antics.

With her boyfriend’s permission, Rosalie Quinn stealthily followed behind Desmond Fairchild and Seraphina Sinclair, watching as they entered a grand and luxurious hotel.

When they reached the hotel’s entrance, Seraphina Sinclair finally felt sothing was off.

"Wasn’t there supposed to be a cocktail party? Why is it so quiet?" Stepping onto the red carpet, the only sound Seraphina could hear beyond the soothing piano music was silence.

Normally, at cocktail parties, you could hear people’s greetings and pleasantries at the entrance, but today it was unusually quiet.

Desmond Fairchild smiled but didn’t speak, gesturing for Seraphina Sinclair to walk inside.

The further inside they went, the more it felt unlike a cocktail party and more like a wedding hall. Flower petals were strewn across the floor, pink balloons floated in the air, and the surrounding structures were adorned with ribbons.

Trees of blooming flowers filled the venue as if stepping into a sea of flowers.

This atmosphere...

Sothing felt off, but she couldn’t quite pinpoint what it was.

Following Desmond Fairchild’s instructions, she continued walking forward, her confusion growing.

There were barely even two servers in sight, and the setup looked nothing like a cocktail party, more like a ceremony hall.

Recalling what Rosalie Quinn had hinted at earlier that day, she even thought about asking Desmond Fairchild if it was intended to be a private mont for just the two of them.

She wasn’t naïve. Given the circumstances, how could she still believe it was a cocktail party?

What puzzled her was, if it was a date, why not just say so? Why make it so mysterious?

Desmond Fairchild didn’t think he could fool Seraphina Sinclair once they were inside, so he led her to a window seat and sat down, his handso face showing a hint of tenderness, "So, what do you think? Do you like it?"

Seraphina Sinclair pouted, "Is this what you ant by a cocktail party?"

"Not satisfied?" Whether Seraphina liked it or not was paramount for Desmond Fairchild. Though his expression revealed nothing, he was slightly anxious inside.

Who would have thought that a man of Desmond Fairchild’s stature, the head of the Cloudsea Group, would be nervous in front of a woman?

It was also his first ti doing sothing romantic for a woman. If Seraphina had so unique dislike for such girlish romance, he would definitely bla Quentin Jennings.

But ultimately, Seraphina Sinclair was a woman, and won often yearn for fairy-tale romantic plots.

So she nodded shyly, her whisper-soft voice barely reaching Desmond Fairchild’s ears, "I like it."

Her liking it was undoubtedly Desmond Fairchild’s greatest affirmation. No one noticed the relaxed expression beneath his cool deanor.

Recently, all that Desmond Fairchild had done for her was beyond Seraphina’s expectations.

Even she found it unbelievable how this cold man could exhibit such warm gestures.

So, Seraphina Sinclair could feel Desmond Fairchild’s affection for her.

After a mont of silence, she apologized, "I’m sorry, I completely forgot about Christmas earlier, so I didn’t have ti to think about what gift to give you."

This was what she felt most sorry about.

Though Desmond Fairchild had ticulously planned today’s date, she had prepared nothing.

Desmond Fairchild wasn’t the least bit upset. His beautiful thin lips curled into a soft smile, "You are the best gift heaven could give ."

"Sweet talker." Seraphina teased with amusent, "Did Quentin teach you this line?"

Desmond Fairchild earnestly replied, "So things, I can say just by looking at you, without anyone teaching ."

"Really?" Seraphina’s heart fluttered sweetly, but she pretended to be skeptical, "Quentin’s quite the player in the romance ga, you’d say you didn’t learn from him?"

"I dare." Desmond Fairchild was about to swear, and Seraphina quickly stopped him.

Though not superstitious, she didn’t want to hear Desmond cursing himself, after all, he was her child’s father.

Despite being an old couple, Seraphina still felt a bit embarrassed about their intimacy.

Sitting in the chair, she secretly resolved to make up for the gift to Desmond next ti.

While she was lost in thought, Desmond Fairchild’s voice, cool yet filled with tenderness, reached her ears, "I ordered all the dishes today. I originally wanted to cook for you myself, but worried the ti wouldn’t be sufficient, so I had the chef make everything instead. I’m not sure if you’ll like it."

Seraphina Sinclair hadn’t expected that Desmond Fairchild was also thinking of cooking for her, coincidentally aligning with Rosalie’s suggestion.
