Ivy Sumrs couldn’t believe soone could be so shaless to this extent. Anger surged in her heart as she asked, "If I don’t take it off, you won’t let go?"

"That’s right."

Damien Lancaster was a domineering man, always true to his word.

Ivy Sumrs clutched her clothes, trembling with both fear and anger.

She stared at him for a while, trying to discern from his face why he suddenly went mad and wanted to see her body.

It wasn’t until she cald down slowly that Ivy Sumrs rembered she had a crescent-shaped birthmark on her shoulder, which Sophie also had. Damien Lancaster might have seen Sophie’s birthmark and beco suspicious.

Ivy Sumrs tightened her grip on her clothes, facing the cold and sharp face of the man across from her, and fell silent.

She knew Damien Lancaster’s personality well; if he said he wanted to see, he wouldn’t let her go until he achieved his goal.

In that case... let him see.

Ten Million, she wasn’t losing out.

Ivy Sumrs raised her head, her gaze eting Damien Lancaster’s deep and inscrutable eyes. "Isn’t it just a look? Fine!"

Damien Lancaster just stared at her like that.

In the next second after Ivy Sumrs finished speaking, she swiftly and neatly pulled down the little piece of shabby fabric on her, tossing it aside beautifully, her hands lifted as she spoke with a chilling voice, "Go ahead, look, take a good look. Don’t waste the Ten Million."

Damien Lancaster squinted his eyes, his gaze sweeping over inch by inch.

When his gaze landed on her left shoulder, his brow furrowed.

Wherever his gaze reached, there was a faint scar on her left shoulder, shallow but long, winding from her shoulder to her collarbone.

Because of the scar, she deliberately had a tattoo to cover it.

The tattoo was very pretty, in a pale pink color, covering the scar, almost blending into one. If not looked at closely, it was unnoticeable.

But that winding scar was enough to show that Ivy Sumrs had been severely injured before. Damien Lancaster’s heart suddenly contracted; he lifted his long hand, wanting to touch it, but Ivy Sumrs avoided him.

Ivy Sumrs’ eyes were tense and wary. She guarded against him as if he were a lecher, and if looked closely, her frail body was still trembling slightly.

Damien Lancaster frowned tightly.

That scar made Damien Lancaster montarily forget his original purpose. It was several seconds before he rembered, staring carefully at her shoulder, but now it was impossible to tell if there was a birthmark there.

Ivy Sumrs was now feeling very insecure. She forced herself to stare into Damien Lancaster’s eyes, seeing the flash of complex emotions in his eyes.

A hint of mockery appeared in her eyes.

Not getting the answer he wanted, displeased.

"The scar, how did it happen?"

Just when Ivy Sumrs thought he would directly ask about the birthmark, he suddenly asked in a low voice about an unrelated matter.

"Is this important to you?"

"Yes." Damien Lancaster lifted his eyes, no longer staring at her body but at her face.

He didn’t rember if she had a birthmark.

But Damien Lancaster knew that during those three years, Ivy Sumrs had no scars, indicating that this scar was from her ti in Yrador.

Seeing such a long scar, there was a mont where his heart ached, a jumble of emotions surging forth, leaving him unable to articulate clearly.

Faced with Damien Lancaster’s question, Ivy Sumrs did not answer.

This scar was from her third year in Yrador, when she was alone taking care of three children and was targeted by criminals who picked the lock and broke into the room. To protect the three young children, Ivy Sumrs had to desperately fight with the criminals.

The criminals, in sha and anger, wounded her with a knife, but Noah Scott happened to arrive just in ti to save her.

What happened to that criminal, Ivy Sumrs didn’t know how Noah Scott eventually handled it, but she could never forget the scene when she saw Noah Scott afterward, covered in blood, leisurely wiping his hands as if he were The Ghost King crawling out of Hell.

"It’s none of your business." Ivy Sumrs withdrew from her thoughts, turning her head away.

Damien Lancaster clenched his back teeth tightly. Ivy Sumrs was naturally rebellious, proud, and strong-willed. Clearly, had she stayed by his side, she wouldn’t have suffered, yet she insisted on leaving him.

"Have you finished looking?" Ivy Sumrs picked up the clothes on the floor. "I’m leaving after you’ve seen enough."

Damien Lancaster narrowed his eyes, "Wait."

"What else do you want to do?"

Damien Lancaster walked into the closet, picked up one of his shirts, and threw it to Ivy Sumrs. "Going out like this, who do you want to see you? Change."

After saying that, Damien Lancaster walked out, closing the door behind him.

Outside, Damien Lancaster leaned against the side and lit a cigarette.

His chest felt tight, and an indescribable emotion made him increasingly irritated.

After finishing an entire cigarette, Ivy Sumrs ca out dressed, standing coldly by his side. "You’ve looked. Rember what you said about the Ten Million."

Damien Lancaster smoked, not saying a word.

"I’ll send over the divorce papers tomorrow. Rember to sign them."

Ivy Sumrs finished speaking and imdiately turned and walked downstairs without waiting for his reply.

Behind her, Damien Lancaster kept staring at her back, his eyes deep and heavy.

Once outside, a cold voice called out to her, "Ivy Sumrs!"

Ivy Sumrs turned, and it was Rachel Shaw, dressed exquisitely and flamboyantly. She had just parked her car, taken off her sunglasses, and walked over to Ivy Sumrs with large strides.

"What are you doing at the Lancaster Family again?"

"None of your business."

Ivy Sumrs didn’t want to say much to her, and Rachel imdiately noticed that Ivy Sumrs was wearing Damien Lancaster’s shirt.

Her gaze darkened, and she grabbed Ivy Sumrs, "What happened between you and Damien? Why are you wearing his shirt?"

Ivy Sumrs lowered her eyes to look at the clothes she was wearing, not planning to explain. What Damien Lancaster did, let him explain to his beloved.

"Why don’t you ask him yourself?"

"Bitch." Rachel gritted her teeth. "Don’t think you have a chance just because you’re back."

"Who are you calling a bitch?"

"I’m calling you a bitch."

Ivy Sumrs raised an eyebrow and smiled, "Indeed, it’s a bitch calling ."

"You!" Rachel reacted, her pretty features twisted in anger.

Ivy Sumrs let out a sarcastic cold laugh. When she was about to leave, Rachel, unwilling to be outdone, stepped forward and took out an invitation from her bag. "Don’t leave."

"Still sothing else?"

Rachel Shaw took a deep breath, pretending to be generous. "I won’t hold grudges, Ivy Sumrs. Although we’ve never gotten along, we’ve known each other for many years. I’m inviting you to my birthday party in two days. Oh, by the way, this birthday party is organized by Damien for . I heard Damien is going to give a surprise—just like the fireworks display five years ago. You must co."

Looking at the invitation in her hand, Ivy Sumrs slightly frowned.

She hadn’t forgotten the fireworks display five years ago that seed to flaunt their love to everyone.

Seeing Ivy Sumrs’ slight frown, Rachel Shaw subtly curled her lips into a smile.

She was well aware that her birthday party was a hurdle Ivy Sumrs could never get over regarding Damien Lancaster.

She did it on purpose.

Ivy Sumrs returned ho, casually placing the invitation on the table.

Ella Morgan walked over eating an apple. "An invitation, huh? Who gave it to you?"

"Rachel Shaw."

"Tsk."

Ella Morgan disdainfully set the apple down. "She would give you an invitation?"

"Her birthday party, Damien Lancaster will host it again for her with fireworks."

Hearing this, Ella Morgan understood.

Rachel Shaw knew this was a thorn in Ivy Sumrs’ side. Without this birthday party, Ivy Sumrs wouldn’t have been utterly disheartened. Rachel Shaw did it on purpose.

"Damien Lancaster, that bastard, can’t rember his own wife’s birthday but makes a grand gesture for an old fla. Does he want everyone to know he’s a scumbag?"

"Mommy, are you going?"

Nathan, Leo, and Sophie ca downstairs. They heard everything Ella and Ivy were discussing.

Ivy Sumrs rubbed her temples. "Mommy doesn’t plan on going."

Although they had discussed a divorce five years ago, they hadn’t obtained a divorce certificate. In na, they were still husband and wife.

The husband organizing a firework display for his first love, and as the wife, what was she to do? Be a joke?
