Ethan and the police are checking CCTV on a monitor located in the security room of his ho. From the monitor, he can see a man wearing a leather jacket and wearing a hat and mask entering Ethan's car garage. the man got under the car for a mont and then got out.
"My guess is correct, the brake cable was accidentally cut," muttered one of the policen. At that ti there were two cops with Ethan.
"Try to slow down the duration to find out the identity of the perpetrator!" exclaid the other policeman enthusiastically.
Rico imdiately slowed down the duration of the CCTV. he was a security guard at Ethan's house who was not working at the ti of the incident.
"Unfortunately, his face could not be seen because he was wearing a mask," said the police.
Ethan just didn't budge as he watched the monitor displaying the suspect. he felt he recognized the doer by his posture, style, and gait. The man rounded his eyes as he recalled the culprit's similarity to Edward's traits.
'Why does he look like Edward?' Ethan wondered. He kept watching the video over and over again.
"Do you know the perpetrator who has characteristics like him, Sir?" asked the police.
"I honestly know his features, but I'm not sure," Ethan replied.
"Just say it, sir. We can investigate him," persuaded the policeman. He saw the doubt on Ethan's face.
Ethan was silent for a mont. He felt bad but also wondered if the culprit was Edward.
"He looks like my half-brother. But I am not sure if he did it, because we are on good terms and are not fighting," said Ethan with a look full of doubt. he was doubtful but also curious.
"Then, we will investigate Edward," replied the Police.
"He's in London, preferably after he cos back. And don't catch him until the evidence is strong. Because I feel bad for him," Ethan said.
"All right, we will do it as you wish," replied the police.
Ethan nodded knowingly, but his mind was completely clueless. 'How could he do it? what's my fault, why is he doing this? Ah, I hope only the posture is similar. Hopefully, he's not Edward,' he thought.
"Then we'll excuse, Sir. When Edward cos ho, we will go to his house. For the ti being, we'd better hide this matter from people who might be able to get rid of the evidence," exclaid the police with a sense of authority.
"Yes, sir," Ethan replied with a dry look, unable to smile anymore. He felt uncertain, doubtful, and also disappointed if Edward was indeed the culprit of the accident that nearly took his life.
"Ethan."
Ethan's steps stopped when soone called him. he imdiately turned and saw his mother walking over to him.
"Have you had breakfast?" asked Dina.
"Not yet, Mom. I'm not hungry yet," Ethan replied with his gaze.
"Have breakfast first, let your condition quickly recover," persuaded Dina.
"Yes, Mom. I'm going to have breakfast soon," Ethan replied with a reassuring smile.
"Yes, I going to sleep again. Still sleepy." Dina leaves Ethan. She walked towards her private room.
Ethan went back up the steps to his room. when he entered the room, he saw Luna sitting on the sofa while playing with her cellphone.
Ethan rushed over to her and gave her a hug from behind. Kissing his wife's warm niche.
"What did the police say?" asked Luna as she turned to look at Ethan, then put her smartphone on the table.
Ethan didn't answer right away. He imdiately sat on the sofa and leaned back. The man instead massaged his forehead which felt tired. Making Luna worry and thinking that his illness is still not completely healed.
"Why does it still hurt?" asked Luna.
Ethan shook his head as he replied, "My heart is hurting."
Luna frowned, she did not understand what her husband ant and asked, "why is that, who hurt you?"
"I don't know, this is true or not. The perpetrator recorded on CCTV looks like Edward. I'm not sure he did it, but it looks a lot like him. If so, why is he doing this to ? I am his brother, we have been together since childhood to save each other. Then, now he's trying to harm . My heart aches, Honey." Ethan was completely confused and did not understand that fact. He leaned on Luna's shoulder, letting out all his anxiety.
Luna was silent, she didn't expect Ethan to be so sad when there was the only evidence that led to Edward being the mastermind behind his accident. Then, what if Ethan finds out that it was because he wanted to take Luna
'What should I do, what should I do? Edward has not been proven yet, Ethan has been devastated,' thought Luna as she looked intently at her husband.
"I still ask the police to investigate. I hope it's not him and he's not mad at for accusing him, even though I didn't an to. I just wanted to reveal what I saw on CCTV, trying to prove .... "Ethan said
Luna sighed, she felt sad when she saw that her man was sad too. the pregnant woman imdiately hugged her husband who was hurt. "Yes, don't think too much about it. Later it could interfere with your health. Didn't you say you wanted to make love?
Ethan released Luna's hug. "Of course, I want to forget my burdens by having fun with you."
luna just responded to Ethan with a peaceful smile. Her husband imdiately pursed his lips, which seed to continue to tease. The pregnant woman reflexively returned the kiss with grease. She draped her hands around her husband's neck until she was lying on the sofa. the man supported her body which was still wearing a maroon negligee with her arms open, make her look more seductive.
Knock ... knock ...
There was a knock on the door.
Instantly Ethan and Luna stopped the hot activity.
"Damn, who the hell?" Ethan chuckled irritably as he walked toward the door, then opened it.
Ethan saw Ira at the door.
"Sorry to disturb, Sir. So guests want to et, he said from the office," said Ira politely and looked down.
"I've been told to wait a mont, I'll et him later!" exclaid Ethan. He rembered was asking Nathalie earlier to tell Andrew to et him.
Ira imdiately left, while Ethan went back into the room and saw Luna still waiting for him.
"What is wrong?" asked Luna.
"There's Andrew, I asked Nathalie to tell him to co over," Ethan replied, then sat down beside Luna.
"Quickly et him," cried Luna.
"I want to make love," replied Ethan as he touched Luna's lips which he had been holding since earlier.
"Better tonight. it's still early morning and there are still guests. That ans we have to make love at night."
"But ..." Ethan seed unwilling to delay.
"Yes, co on out. I'll co with you to see Andrew!" asked Luna as she got up from the sofa and pulled Ethan out.
The man followed his wife with lazy steps. He was disappointed that he had failed to make love and had to hold back when he started. Hold on until the night, can he? Maybe if there weren't any more guests, he would insist on making love to his wife
