"Dude, you are a father now," Yushen exclaid before giving him a hug and that is when Guang realized the gravity of the situation. He was now the father of two little babies.
The sudden realization of the huge responsibility that had entered his life made his c.h.e.s.t feel tight. Even though he thought he was ready for it, when it was happening for real, he was scared and worried.
Little did he know that all his worries would vanish as soon as he would hold his two munchkins.

Five months later.
Li mansion.
Widening his eyes in shock, Zian gasped, "What? You are kidding right?"
"Why would I kid about this?"
"Okay so you are telling , we are four months pregnant already and you ca to know about it today?" When Mian nodded his head, Zian frowned, "How could you not know?"
"What kind of question is that? How could you not notice?" she snapped.
"Babe, the baby is growing inside you, not ,"
"Yes, I know that." Sitting on the edge of the bed, she sighed, "My periods have always been irregular so I did not think much about it and I thought maybe I am gaining weight because I have been eating a lot lately."
Sitting beside her, he remarked, "Well, that makes sense but what about the morning sickness and mood swings?"
"I never had one. I an maybe I felt like that a couple of tis but I ignored them." Resting her head on his shoulder, she sighed, "What do we do now?"
"What do you an by what do we do? Of course we need to go to the doctor for a proper check up first and then focus on making your health better. We already unintentionally wasted so much. Now we need to focus on the nourishnt of your and the baby," Zian stated.
Tightening her grip around his arm, she asked, "Are we ready for this?"
"Of course we are not but we have to be ready now. Rember what mom told us? If we plan and have a baby, it's nice and comfortable but if the baby decides to surprise us, we have to start planning and be ready." Kissing the top of her head, he assured her, "Don't worry, we got this."

Five months later.
Hospital.
"Will you stop panicking? What is wrong with you?"
"But—"
"Look at your face Zian, no one can tell if I am the one who is about to push a baby out or you," Mian snapped at her husband who was having a nervous breakdown since she had gone into labor.
"Like father like son," Mike remarked before looking at Singtan. "Your son has all your traits."
"Yeah so? He is my son, whose traits do you want to have if not mine?"
"Will you two stop this discussion for now?" Ming snapped before walking towards her son who was staring at the labor room.
"Zian, you need to calm down. Everything is going to be okay," she tried to calm him down.
"T-They did not let in, I should go inside—"
"They did not let you in because they think you might faint before the baby cos which will be troubleso," Zixin comnted.
"Yeah, just like what had happened to you," Mike comnted.
Scrunching his brows, Zixin defended himself. "I did not faint, I was just lying down after the baby was born because it was exhausting."
Four months ago when Yumi went into labor, Zixin collapsed inside the labor room after their daughter was born.
"Everything is going to be okay, right?" Zian asked his mom.
Before Ming could say anything, Singtan remarked, "Zian, co here." Walking to a corner with him, he explained, "Everything is going to be okay now—I an, inside the labor room. Everyone is going to congratulate you after the baby is born, you will also feel very excited because of the adrenaline rush and you might also end up crying when you hold your baby for the first ti but things are not gonna be okay after that."
Scrunching his brows, Zian curiously inquired, "What do you an dad? You are scaring ."
"It's nothing to be scared of, you'll find out after the baby is born."
After so ti, the nurse stepped out and inford everyone, "Congratulations, it's a girl. The baby is healthy and the mother is doing great."
Breathed a sigh of relief, Zian slumped on the bench near the labor room. Whatever Singtan had told him did not make sense at the mont. His child and wife were fine and this is what mattered to him the most.
Little did he know that later, everything his father had told him would make complete sense.
