A huge inferno of azure flas swept over the plateau like a tsunami.
Everything the azure flas touched was burned to a crisp, nothing but Chaos and crystals were spared.
The Chaos that circulated in the bloodstream of the monsters was not burned either. It was released to the surface, just to be suctioned inside a faintly glowing Orb that hovered next to the figure of a seemingly ordinary human.
The human was handso but he was rely a Demi God, nothing too surprising to find in the Chaos Realm.
However, it was exactly this human, who caused desperation, death, and destruction everywhere he walked.
The Flas of the Beginning burned every living being below the fifth Tier, while the Destruction Immortality Aura was utilized to cut down Chaos Demi Gods and Lesser Chaos Gods.
Dilan had yet to encounter True Chaos Gods but that could wait if he were to be honest with himself. It was already hard enough to survive against the flood of monsters and Chaos-related races that charged toward him.
There were a total of five Chaos Orbs that revolved around Dilan but only one was about to be filled. Dilan was quite satisfied with the gains he made in the last few weeks but he was also exhausted.
Continuously using more than two abilities, controlling the Hyel Destructo Armor's effect, using different item abilities, using two different techniques at the sa ti, and making use of more than three Special traits at the sa ti was definitely not easy.
It was hard on his ntality, which was the only thing his Undying Origin ability couldn't heal. His mind could be refreshed and filled with vigor but that was already it.
His ntality was his only wound spot if one could label it such. Unfortunately, that was exactly where so of his opponents made mistakes. So Chaos beings were certain that Dilan was afraid of death. Thus, they created illusions in his mind and added mories of sothing terrifying and even worse.
Little did they know that Dilan had not only found and bound his last passive ability, but he had also gotten his hands on a necklace that protected him from most ntal attacks.
The passive ability he gained was [Fortified ntality], a Tier-6 ability that he had obtained from Ariel Silvertale and the Undying Group when they found out that Dilan's only big weakness was his ntality.
He was thankful for their help and chose to work even harder to protect them, all of them!
This was also the reason why he required only one month to fill one Chaos Orb. The other orbs were constantly absorbing the bits of Chaos in their surrounding area. It would be great if Dilan could accelerate this phenonon, but this was not possible.
That was also why he was forced to hunt Chaos beings and make the Chaos Orb absorb their Chaos. It was the only way to fill the Chaos Orbs any faster.
He didn't have the necessary ti to play around. Thus, he killed rcilessly, no matter who or what entered his sight.
It was brutal but that was life. Everything was burned to a crisp, and the things that survived were taken care of by Oricalm and his powers.
The Essence Crystals were collected by the tiny Avatars created by the Flas of the Beginning.
They would et up every few days to hand him the Chaos Essence Crystal which Dilan would then absorb.
His strength increased rapidly but he was still not satisfied. He had only four years left before everything had to be ready. There was no ti for slowly advancing.
No matter how often Dilan told this to himself, he always ended up feeling as if he was too slow, almost as if he was running behind an unattainable goal.

But that was not the truth. He was much faster than anyone else and his improvent speed kept accelerating. He was currently in the best form and it was only a matter of ti before his Divine Essence Crystal would reach the peak of the fifth Tier.
In fact, Dilan was pretty sure that he would leave the Chaos Realm with five filled Chaos Orbs and a filled Essence Crystal!
Ti passed slowly and the opponents he encountered didn't seem to beco stronger. The contrary seed ot be the case because Dilan's strength was increasing while the beings of Chaos were as strong as elsewhere.
Dilan's biggest advantage was that his Power of Destruction was highly effective against beings born and raised in Chaos. This was sothing he had hoped and expected, and it was actually the case.
He died over and over again but never did he lose a fight against his opponents.
The only fight that was actually difficult to win was against the True Chaos Dragon. It was both an existence born and raised in Chaos and a mythical creature. Even Lesser Chaos Gods had barely a chance to survive ten seconds against it. This was more than enough to intrigue Dilan as he hoped that the True Chaos Dragon would end up great nourishnt for his Essence Crystal and the Chaos Orbs.
However, before he could get his hands on the Chaos Essence Crystal and the Chaos of the True Chaos Dragon, Dilan had to defeat his opponent first.
And that was where the biggest problem lay.
The True Chaos Dragon was an existence with a length of more than two kiloters and a height of several hundred ters. Each of its silverish-black scales were as large as a house and its claws were large enough to destroy small mountains with a single slash.
The True Chaos Dragon was certainly an existence Dilan couldn't offend, if not for his possession of the True Undying Essence, the Fla of the Beginning, and the True Destruction Trait.
Dilan did not only possess one of those special conditions but all of them at the sa ti.
Was it really necessary for him to be afraid of an existence that could obliterate True Gods?
It was not necessary…but certainly helpful!
