When the Water Empress heard this, she laughed gently. When she laughed, her features straightened up and caused waves of beauty to radiate from her in all directions.
Everyone who had seen her laugh were shocked. Even the female Imperial Guards were stumped by this.

The Water Empress frowned as she withdrew her smile. She then looked at Xu Que as her lips moved faintly, but she conveyed her words through soul strength once again, "Were you sent here by the Heavenly Explosion Faction?"
She had long heard of the exploits of this powerful sect while on the way to the Fire Nation and had also heard of all the things they had done here. She was taken aback and had never expected to et Hua Wu Que here, of all places!
However, she had known Hua Wu Que before and was aware of the cultivation realm he was in. Hence, she knew that Hua Wu Que wasn’t as powerful as the Lord Prince Consort Xu Que. But still, she was in full admiration of Hua Wu Que and his talents and didn’t wish to see him being implicated here.

"As for this, I can tell!" The Water Empress nodded her head enthusiastically.
The Fire Emperor had taken such a huge setback that he even resorted to inviting the Tian Sha Assassins down and called the notorious and powerful Killer God who was an elder. Clearly, he was confident of his abilities to take down any Heavenly Explosion Faction mbers if they showed up.

Everyone around was silent and so of the guards were roused. At the next mont, everyone turned to look at Xu Que.
The Water Empress’ face fell. She knew that this wasn’t good and was about to open her mouth to defend him.
However, the Fire Emperor had already stretched his hand out as a wave of powerful crushing pressure rippled out from him. He then shouted out, "The audacity! How dare you attack in stealth. Who are you?"
"Did you just ask who I am? Haha!!! I’m your father!" Xu Que laughed out icily as he withdrew the Spirits Prison Pagoda. With a simple command in his head, he released the spirit of the Fire Emperor’s own father!
