Noah confird, smiling to himself. "Yes, she did."

"I see," Arthur replied, clearly intrigued. "What's up? Is sothing wrong?"

"No, actually, it's quite the opposite," Noah began.

"I've just submitted all the docunts and officially registered the pharmaceutical company. It should take about three days for everything to be verified and approved."

"That's fantastic news!" Arthur responded with genuine enthusiasm, and excitent clear in his tone.

"Thanks. But that's not everything," Noah added. "I have a business opportunity for you… I wonder if you'd be interested."

Arthur's tone shifted, intrigued. "A business opportunity? From you? Now, that's interesting. I'm in. Want to et up?"

Noah nodded as if Arthur could see him. "Sure, let's et up."

"Let's do Caffè Nero," Arthur suggested. "I'll text you the address right now."

"Sounds perfect. I'll see you there soon," Noah replied, ending the call.

Looking at the address, he placed it in the car's navigation system.

"It's only fifteen minutes away, not bad." He muttered as he set off.

...

Arriving at café Nera, Noah took in the luxurious building.

Spotting Arthur seated near the window, he made his way over, and Arthur's face lit up as he caught sight of him, standing to greet him with a firm handshake and a welcoming smile.

"Good to see you, Noah," Arthur said, his expression warm.

"Likewise, Arthur."

After they settled, Arthur leaned back, his gaze on Noah.

"Want a drink? Aricano? Latte?"

"A latte, thank you," Noah replied with a polite smile.

Arthur nodded, gesturing for the attendant. "One latte and one iced Aricano, please," he said with ease.

"Of course, sir," the attendant replied with a nod, leaving them alone.

"So… what's this business opportunity you ntioned?" Arthur's curiosity was clear, his eyes fixed intently on Noah.

Noah leaned forward slightly, his expression calm.

"It's an apartnt estate. A large one… in fact, very large."

Arthur's brows rose, his interest imdiately piqued. "An apartnt estate? And where is it located?" he asked, leaning in, his tone growing more curious by the second.

Noah nodded. "Yes, it's located in the city centre. There are a total of eighty apartnts in the complex, but I won't be selling all eighty units."

"I want to keep the first and last floor for myself. So, effectively, seventy-two apartnts will be up for sale."

Arthur blinked, his mouth parting slightly as he absorbed the scale of what Noah was describing.

He leaned back, his face a mix of disbelief and shock.

"Wait… are you saying

eighty

or

eighteen

? I'm not sure if I heard you correctly."

"Eighty," Noah confird, his smile widening. "Eight. Zero."

Arthur's eyes widened, shock flickering across his face. "And you're telling this estate is right in the heart of the city centre?"

"Yes," Noah nodded, the confidence in his voice leaving no room for doubt.

Arthur let out a slow breath, taking a mont to compose himself before standing up, his eyes almost sparkling with excitent.

"Can you take there? I want to see this place myself."

Noah chuckled, glancing at the counter where their drinks were being prepared.

"Of course. But what about my latte?" he said with a smirk.

Arthur let out a sheepish laugh, realising his eagerness had almost caused him to leave his drink behind.

"Right, right. Sorry about that. I got too excited there." He chuckled, sitting back down, but his expression was still laced with impatience.

The attendant placed the drinks on their table shortly after.

Noah took a slow sip of his latte, savouring the creamy warmth, while Arthur practically tapped his foot, his gaze darting to the entrance every few seconds, clearly itching to see the property in person.

"Alright," Noah finally said, setting his cup down and giving Arthur a knowing smile. "Let's go check it out."

...

Arriving at the property, Noah stepped out of the car, a small smile tugging at the corners of his mouth as he watched Arthur's reaction.

"The estate is… here? Or is it a few blocks away?" Arthur asked as his gaze scanned the area.

Noah nodded.

"It's here, alright. In fact, the estate you're looking at right now is the one," he replied with a casual smile.

Arthur turned to him.

"This one? Right here?" His voice held a tone of disbelief that was hard to miss.

"Yup. This exact one," Noah confird, gesturing toward the estate. "Want to go in?"

Arthur nodded, though he stood rooted to the spot, his eyes sweeping over the estate's exterior design.

"Yes, but… give a second to check it from the outside," he murmured, his gaze fixed on the building.

It had to be known that this area wasn't just any random spot in Birmingham, it was a pri location for many people. It was in the heart of the city centre, and it was close to everything you could possibly need.

Arthur had tried to get so properties in the area a decade ago, but they were only sold in batches and at that ti he wasn't able to afford it.

After a while, Arthur turned to Noah, his face filled with anticipation. "Alright… let's go inside."

Noah gave him a quick nod. "Let's go."

They entered through the large front doors, and Noah led Arthur through a few of the apartnts, showcasing the spacious layouts, high ceilings, and luxurious finishes.

"This is the first floor; each floor has four apartnts, the apartnts have different designs but the sa shape and structure. This makes each one unique, suiting different people."

Arthur nodded.

"I agree, so apartnt estates have the mistake of sharing the sa structure and style, making every apartnt a replica of the previous one."

"Each room should hold a charm of its own, this ensures a balance of elegance and practicality, you know." Arthur continued.

Noah nodded in agreent.

When they finished the tour and stepped back outside, Arthur took a deep breath, exhaling slowly as if trying to absorb everything he'd seen.

"So... What do you think?" Noah grinned.
