Yes, he was so busy with many things, especially with the marriage of Bell and Freya. Yet, this wasn't the only thing that he was busy with since not only did he manage his business, but he also tried to expand while also trying to handle all the attacks from various fem fatales that ca into his direction.

There was also a report that he needed to do at the guild as he, Daphne, and Cassandra had beco a Level 3. Naturally, as he had beco a Level 3, he attracted much attention, but there were many things that happened on the Orario lately, such as the marriage between Bell and Freya, and also Aiz, who had beco a Level 6!
After defeating Udaues, Aiz beca the next adventurer, breaking Level 6 and becoming one of the strongest.
Still, all of that pales in comparison to finding out about the news of the Evilus that might plan to use the Demi Spirit to cause harm to the Orario.
He had a discussion with Finn about Revis and many other things; the guild naturally knew about it as they made a report, so they could get full support from the guild.
As expected, with the danger that revolved within the Orario, the guild even asked him to get all the information he could about the shady transactions and many other things related to Evilus.
Isao didn't mind since he got quite a good reward for taking down those shady transactions and all the illegal matters that he discovered, and whenever he took down those things, he could also take all the wealth owned by those criminals.
