UK:GSW Chapter 446 – The Soul of Otsutsuki Hamura Appears, the Plan to Lure Away the Otsutsuki Family Begins

Otsutsuki Kaguya, the progenitor of chakra in the shinobi world—in the main world, her existence is the original source of Shippuden. She is a princess from beyond the heavens, the princess of the Otsutsuki, with no distinction between main and branch families. Her existence itself is the most noble in the shinobi world. Even in the Boruto era, among the Otsutsuki who appeared, only Otsutsuki Isshiki could truly fight her; the rest could only be utterly beaten by her. Her power level was already maxed out—it was only her lack of actual combat experience that held her back.

Her divine ability, Anominaka, is a self-created pocket dinsion containing multiple environnts, like a backup copy of the shinobi world. It was also, in the original, the place where she was ultimately sealed.

This power, just like the na Anominaka in the context of Shinto in the Land of Iron, is without a doubt a representation of a "creator god."

It could be said that even in Boruto, where both the lore and power scaling collapsed, Otsutsuki Kaguya's prestige remained extraordinarily high—never surpassed—because she truly bore the status of a creator god.

In fact, if Otsutsuki Kaguya had enough combat experience and could truly wield her own power well, Naruto and Sasuke in the original story would not have been her match at all; she could have easily dealt with them.

It can only be said that Kishimoto set Kaguya's "prestige stat" too high, making her a character impossible to use in the story without nerfing. Her sense of overwhelming oppression even completely surpassed Isshiki's in Boruto, representing a true "rank suppression" presence.

Thus, in that final battle, Kaguya's series of suffocatingly foolish moves ultimately brought about her own demise—a peak example of "plot-induced stupidity."

Kishimoto must have known that when the boss's setup is too high, you have to make them act like an idiot to keep the plot moving.

Therefore, when facing the main world's Otsutsuki Kaguya, Uchiha Kei showed considerable respect toward her, giving her treatnt on par with what he once gave Uchiha Madara.

Moreover, unlike Madara, who had Hashirama Senju as a major weakness, Kaguya's own weaknesses were nurous but not large enough to be easily exploited. Thus, with soone like Kaguya, you either leave her sealed forever… or find a way to get her to willingly or unwillingly join your side.

For this, Uchiha Kei prepared a super "internet addiction" package—as long as he could get Kaguya hopelessly addicted to the world of genjutsu and give her a relatively safe environnt with no outside threats to worry about, then with her personality, she wouldn't keep obsessing over planting the God Tree and turning everyone into White Zetsu.

To achieve this, bringing Kaguya into the ntal network world was absolutely necessary.

In the past, Uchiha Kei couldn't have done this. But now he had awakened the Rinnegan and had already arrived on the moon. The super signal transmitter could now be used to its fullest potential—everything was in place.

Having reached this point, not acting would be a waste of such perfect conditions!

Uchiha Kei imdiately used Divine Descent on a White Zetsu. In an instant, his consciousness descended into the body of a White Zetsu who had found Kaguya. This White Zetsu beca extrely excited—fanatically so—calling out Kei-sama's na with the fervor of a zealot possessed by his god, as if ready to sacrifice himself on the spot to show ultimate devotion.

Uchiha Kei was already used to this. After all, the White Zetsu were truly bizarre creatures, especially after they had created a cult-like belief system around him. It was as if the tone of the world was drifting toward the Warhamr universe.

Fortunately, White Zetsu were still just White Zetsu—they wouldn't turn the shinobi world into that "other setting." Their peculiar nature actually made their fanaticism useful, making it easier for Kei to use Divine Descent to possess them. So he didn't stop them.

After successfully possessing this White Zetsu, its muscular form remained, but its eyes changed into Kei's Rinnegan—it had beco a Rinnegan White Zetsu.

Through the unique vision of the White Zetsu, Uchiha Kei imdiately saw the sealed Otsutsuki Kaguya.

The progenitor of chakra in the shinobi world lay sleeping like a princess in a transparent "cocoon," wrapped in powerful chakra, bound by sealing power composed of Six Paths chakra, keeping her in eternal slumber, oblivious to the outside world.

Yet, while the seal kept her asleep and bound, it also protected her—below Six Paths-level attacks could not disturb it.

Fortunately, Kei wasn't trying to break the seal—he just needed to bring her into the genjutsu world. Normally, eye contact would be required, but he thought this ti he might have another thod.

The person who could provide that thod had now appeared, drawn by Kei's Rinnegan manifesting through the White Zetsu body.

"The younger brother of the Sage of Six Paths—Otsutsuki Hamura."

Through the White Zetsu's vision, Uchiha Kei saw the spirit of Otsutsuki Hamura suddenly appear, looking at "him" with a solemn expression. Kei wasn't surprised.

After all, Hamura had co to the moon specifically to accompany and guard his mother, Otsutsuki Kaguya. Given the special nature he shared with his brother, even after his body died, his soul would not "die" with it. So staying by Kaguya's side was natural.

In the original story, Hamura had appeared after Naruto and Otsutsuki Toneri's battle. eting him now was nothing strange.

In fact, Kei had anticipated his appearance—and even looked forward to it.

So Kei smiled and said, "Hello, Senior Hamura. Just as I thought—you've stayed by the Progenitor Otsutsuki Kaguya's side."

Hamura stared at Kei, his expression serious and cautious. With his eye for detail, he could naturally see that this White Zetsu wasn't as it appeared—the consciousness belonged to soone else.

"Rinnegan… Are you a descendant of my elder brother? I didn't expect that after a thousand years, soone could still awaken the Rinnegan… So, was it you who summoned the husk of the Ten-Tails back to the shinobi world?"

He was referring to the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, the original Rinnegan summoning target. When Uchiha Madara awakened the Rinnegan, he summoned the Demonic Statue from the moon to the shinobi world—sothing the moon's Otsutsuki clan had been guarding. Its disappearance had caused chaos among them, even sparking the later clan conflict.

Hamura knew of this, but as a dead man, it wasn't his place to ddle in the affairs of the living. His duty was to guard his mother. So he only knew, without acting.

That was why he assud Kei had been the one to summon it.

Kei shook his head. "No, Senior Hamura, I wasn't the one who summoned the Demonic Statue. In fact, I only awakened my Rinnegan recently."

At this, Hamura's face showed visible shock. "You an… there's another person who has awakened the Rinnegan? How…? In the thousand years since my brother, two of his descendants have awakened it?"

This truly stunned him. Even the Sage's own sons had never awakened the Rinnegan, and in a thousand years no one had done so—yet now, in this era, there were two. It was beyond all reason.

And so, Hamura realized—this might be the "era of change" his elder brother had once spoken of.

Yes… after more than a thousand years, the era of change had arrived. But was it good or bad?

He looked at Kei and asked, "So why have you co here? You know who sleeps here, and how dangerous she is. If Mother is released from her seal, disaster will co to the shinobi world."

Kei shook his head. "No, that's where you're wrong, Senior Hamura. Even if the Progenitor Kaguya never cos out, the shinobi world's doomsday will still arrive sooner or later."

Hamura frowned. "What do you an?"

Kei said slowly, "You know, Senior Hamura, the Progenitor Kaguya is a goddess from beyond the heavens—a princess of the Otsutsuki. With that identity, do you really think she's unique? Do you think her clan—other Otsutsuki—won't co to the shinobi world?"

This stunned Hamura. He had never thought of that.

Not because he was foolish, but because of his worldview.

In that ancient era, everything was perceived as myth. To the Six Paths brothers, their mother was a god descended to earth—undoubtedly divine. The title "Rabbit Goddess" was simply how they understood her.

So they had never considered that the Otsutsuki might be a clan of extraterrestrials. Even if other "gods" like her existed, none had appeared in a thousand years, so Hamura's awareness of the possibility had faded.

It was clear from the original that after sealing their mother in the unreachable core dinsion of Anominaka, both brothers retired completely, their concerns and regrets resolved. They never appeared again, not even in Boruto.

In short—they truly had no awareness of such a possibility. They were geniuses of power but primitive in worldview—understanding everything through myth.

This had been the core perception of the Naruto world before Boruto, until Boruto turned the setting into one where alien Otsutsuki were everywhere, shifting the tone toward Western-style science fantasy.

Now, Kei's words planted a terrifying possibility in Hamura's mind.

Regaining his focus, Hamura asked, "What exactly is going on, junior?"

Kei replied, "It's a lot to explain. If you want to know, Senior Hamura, you'll have to enter my genjutsu world. Only there can I give you all the information quickly."

"So, Senior Hamura—will you trust ?"

Hamura fell silent. He understood what Kei ant—that he would have to submit, not resist, and allow Kei to cast genjutsu on him.

This was essentially handing the safety of his soul over to Kei.

Could he grant such trust to a mysterious junior he had just t?

He hesitated.

But soon Hamura set aside his hesitation. His desire to know the truth, and his will to protect the shinobi world, made him eager to learn everything.

Moreover, even as only a soul, Hamura trusted his own strength. Even if this junior was mysterious and possessed the Rinnegan, he didn't think it enough to trap him in genjutsu forever—if he wished, he could still break free.

…Of course, Hamura had no idea about the bug-like nature of Kei's genjutsu—it was a skill backed by the system. Once inside, without Kei's permission, there was no leaving.

Still, if negotiations went well, Kei wouldn't resort to force. For such bloodline ancestors, he would show due respect.

As for the seemingly foolish moves of the Six Paths brothers from a modern perspective, Kei didn't think much of it. In their ti, they were visionaries in a world devoid of philosophy and higher understanding. They may have left many problems, but they were pioneers going from zero to one, not knowing if their actions were right—only able to explore and create, inevitably making mistakes.

Expecting such pioneers to solve everything was unrealistic—you might as well worship gods outright. At least so gods could truly solve everything—though in that case, humans would rely be pets kept by gods.

Thus, Hamura soon t Kei's gaze, completing the process of entering the genjutsu world.

In an instant, Hamura felt the world spin, sun and moon overturning.

When he ca to, he found himself in another place—and an unfamiliar yet familiar sensation washed over him, shocking him into looking down at himself and raising his hands.

Because, in that mont, Hamura felt sothing he hadn't in a thousand years—the sensation of having a living body again.

It was alive—real beyond doubt.
