Chapter 16: Travelling to China!

Ignoring the ti outside, Tony continued to cultivate. Night has already passed as he engrossed in Heaven Devouring Origin Scripture.

Knock! Knock!

Tony’s eyes opened and turned towards the door.

The interruption was unexpected, especially at a ti when the entire estate should have been absorbed in celebration.

He stood up and walked toward the door, still carrying traces of exhaustion in his movents. The mont he opened it, Mary stumbled inside, her breath uneven as if she had run the entire distance.

"Young Master... your father is calling for you," she said between breaths. "He’s already at the runway. The jet is prepared to depart."

Tony frowned slightly, glancing at the ti instinctively... The reality hit him when he saw the clock. He had completely lost track while training.

The trip to the Frost family-... he had forgotten about it entirely.

"It’s already morning?!" he asked, though the answer was already clear from the urgency in her voice.

"Everything is ready," Mary replied quickly. "I’ve already packed your belongings and sent them ahead to the aircraft. You must leave imdiately."

Shaking his head Tony stepped past her. "Take care of the training room," he said over his shoulder. "Make sure there are no traces left behind. Not a single mark. Understood?"

"Yes, Young Master," she answered without hesitation. But she did not understand what was there to clean inside the training room.

Without wasting another second, Tony rushed out. The mont he reached the open grounds... Tony picked the hoverboard. The device activated instantly, lifting him smoothly into the air as he shot forward like a streak of light toward the runway.

By the ti he arrived, the private jet was already prepared. Servants stood in disciplined rows, bowing the mont he approached.

Tony didn’t slow down. He tossed the hoverboard aside toward servants and ascended the steps in one fluid motion.

Inside, the cabin was quiet, refined, and insulated from the outside world.

The jet lifted within monts.

"So, Father... are you finally planning to hand over so business to ? That’s why you brought

along, right?" Tony took a seat opposite his father, a faint smile forming on his lips as he leaned back casually.

Rion Clark didn’t respond imdiately. Instead, he studied Tony for a brief mont.

"I heard from your brother that you were in the training room," he said finally. "I didn’t believe him at first. But looking at you now... it seems you’ve actually been working hard."

Tony waved it off with a dismissive chuckle. "Don’t take it too seriously. Just passing ti. Nothing aningful."

Rion’s expression didn’t change. "Whether it is aningful or not doesn’t concern . What matters is what you do next."

Tony’s smile faded slightly.

Rion leaned forward, his tone turning serious. "We are going to the Frost family. You will et Lily Frost. From this mont onward, you will conduct yourself with discipline. I don’t want to hear about any of your... tendencies."

Tony raised an eyebrow. "Father, you make it sound like I’m so kind of troublemaker."

"You are," Rion said flatly. "And I know exactly what you’re capable of."

Tony let out a soft laugh, shaking his head. "That’s just a misunderstanding. I’ve always been a very reasonable person."

"Enough," Rion cut him off. "I’m not interested in your explanations. What I need is your cooperation. This marriage... is not optional."

Tony leaned back slightly, his expression shifting to sothing more thoughtful. "You really believe she’ll agree to this? Lily Frost is at the peak of her generation. Why would soone like her marry ?"

"That’s not your problem." Rion replied with a smug look.

"What do you an, father?" Tony asked in confusion.

"I spoke to her personally," Rion continued. "She agreed to marry you without conditions. I’m only worried about your actions... If this marriage breaks because of you..."

Rion didn’t need to finish the line as seriousness was apparent on his face.

For a mont, Tony simply stared at him. Then he leaned back slowly, rubbing his forehead.

"Is she insane?"

Rion ignored the comnt. "You don’t need to understand her reasoning. What matters is that this marriage will secure your position. Once it happens, no one in the Clark family will be able to challenge your status as the next head."

Tony exhaled slowly as he tried to figure out the motive of the Frost family in this marriage.

"Do not ruin this," Rion added, his voice lowering slightly. "If you make her regret this decision, I will personally deal with you."

Tony raised his hands slightly in mock surrender. "Understood. I’ll behave."

Rion gave a small nod before turning his attention to the docunts being brought in by his head servant, Philip. Within monts, he was absorbed in work, leaving Tony to himself.

Taking advantage of the silence, Tony slipped away toward the rear of the cabin. A quick shower later, he leaned against the wall, his expression thoughtful.

"Lily Frost..." he murmured.

Sothing about it didn’t sit right.

[Beijing... China...]

Far away, across borders and influence, the Frost family estate...

Spanning hundreds of acres, the estate was a fusion of modern luxury and ancient prestige. Towering structures stood alongside carefully preserved natural landscapes, and the flow of life energy across the grounds was dense enough to be felt even by ordinary individuals.

The arrival of Tony Clark had already been announced.

And the reaction... Was far from welcoming.

Inside the main hall, few elders sat with expressions ranging from irritation to outright displeasure.

"A waste... Our Frost family is reduced to this?" The 5th elder muttered.

"Marrying into the Clark family is one thing," another added. "But that boy? That so-called ’Black Suitcase’?!"

Their frustration was evident... Only one person remained unmoved.

’Vivian Frost...’

The old ancestor. His decision was absolute and none dared oppose him directly.

Elsewhere, in a quiet courtyard, Lily Frost stood beneath a blooming yellow flower tree.

Her younger sister, Julie Frost, stood before her, visibly agitated.

"Sister, you can still refuse this," Julie said impatiently as she held her sister’s hand. "If you say one word, the entire arrangent will stop."

Lily didn’t respond imdiately. Instead, she looked ahead with a serene smile.

"There are things you don’t understand," she said finally.

Julie frowned. "Bullshit... I know, father is forcing you to marry that Black Suitcase."

"Julie, don’t over think. I am the one who agreed to this marriage in the first place. This marriage benefits our family and our future would be bright. Even the Octopus Generals will think twice to ddle in our affairs."

"That doesn’t an you have to sacrifice yourself!" Julie snapped.

"Sacrifice?" Lily shook her head. "If I were to marry soone truly powerful, do you think they would allow

to remain independent? At least this way, I maintain control."

"Control? I won’t accept this... There must be another way." she said finally before turning and walking away.

Back in the skies, the jet began its descent.

Tony stepped toward the exit, adjusting his clothes slightly as the doors prepared to open.

He had no idea what awaited him.

But as the Frost estate ca into view... A faint smile appeared on his lips.
