Noah thought he was hearing things, but he knew he wasn't.
The bright figure just called him his heir, so he was shocked
"You must be surprised," the figure said,
"I didn't expect less," he said again.
Noah was still shocked but he decided to talk
"Who are you?" he asked
"You don't have access to that information," The figure said
Noah was taken aback.
"Why?" Noah asked in surprise
"Because you are too weak, you are only a tier 1," The figure said.
"Then when do I have access to that information," Noah asked
"When you are strong enough," the figure said.
"When will I be strong enough," Noah asked bewildered,
"You will know when " the figure answered
Noah didn't even understand what was going on at this point, this person appeared and he couldn't even ask who he was.
"Is there anything at all I can know about you?" Noah asked
The figure which sounded like a man seed to be in thought for a while before answering.
"Well, you can know that I am the creator of the system you use" the man answered.
Noah was on an even higher level of shock, he was in front of the creator of his system, and he didn't know how to reply to that.
After a few seconds, he mustered up the courage to ask a question.
"Why did you choose ?"
"I didn't, the system did, it seed to have found your soul among a multitude of souls wandering in the void, and It chose you because it found sothing in you that qualified you" The man answered almost imdiately.
Noah imdiately began to think, the system found sothing in him that qualified him among other souls, he couldn't wrap his head around that, he wasn't special in any way, so what did it find.
" I know you may be wondering what is found in you, even I am, but I am sure you will find out in due ti," the man said.
Noah was once again surprised, how would the creator of the system not know why his creation chose sothing.
" Why don't you know, are you not the creator," Noah asked, he couldn't keep it to himself.
"Well I am not here, this is just a fragnt of my soul that you currently have access to, sothing happened to the real , but you do not have access to that information" the figure answered.
" Did you die?"
"You do not have access to that information" The figure answered in a chanical voice different from the majestic one.
"You died," Noah said
the man kept quiet without saying anything.
"So what do I get for inheriting your system," Noah asked he had so ideas but he wanted to be sure.
"You get everything that I ever had," the man said in his normal voice.
"Please elaborate on everything you an," Noah asked getting excited.
" You get all my skills, armors, pets, the ability to advance through tiers fast, and even my precious realm" The man replied.
Now Noah's excitent shot through the roof, he was going to get skills and armors, he wouldn't have to worry about buying one, he already knew about the ability to advance through tiers fast, though he didn't understand what he ant "pets" or the "realm" he was talking about, he was still excited.
"You will have to earn so of them at first, but you will begin to get them as you get to the appropriate tier" the man explained.
Noah's excitent was dropping at an alarming rate, he didn't like that he would have to earn so until he was strong enough, he didn't even know when.
" And what is the appropriate tier that I have to get to," Noah asked suspiciously.
" That would be tier 4 " The man replied
Noah's bubble completely popped, " Tier 4!" Noah exclaid, when would he get there. He wasn't even a tier 2 not to talk of tier 4. What sort of joke was this.
"Why?" Noah asked, more of a complaint than a question.
"Because until then you will be too weak to protect so of the treasures you get", " you may not know but you have enemies in this world," The man said.
This ti Noah stopped being angry and turned serious.
"Who are these enemies you are talking about," Noah asked.
"You do not have access to the complete information," the man said looking at Noah's Expression to see it flicker" "But, you have access to the fact that there are a lot of them, and all of them are stronger than you currently are" he continued.
Noah still did not understand,
"Why do I have enemies, I haven't gotten here up to a month," Noah said bewildered.
The man sighed for the first ti, before saying,
"There are those that wanted my power and now you have them, they haven't noticed your existence because you are still too weak but when you do, they will, " the man said.
Noah didn't like where this was going at all,
"What power are you talking about, is it the system," he asked
" The system is just an embodint of my will to get you stronger in a short period, No the power I am talking about is your 'super-speed," The man said.
" Why ?" Noah asked bewildered.
" Haven't you noticed that you are stronger than your tier, that is because of your super-speed" He said
"I know but I thought that it was because of the system and the stat points" Noah replied.
" Yes you can say that the stat points help a lot, but the main reason is because of the super speed, the more you advance through tiers your speed increases drastically, which lets you achieve more power than you currently have, and this Is because the speed force has strengthened your body beyond what your tier allows" The man explained.
" The only reason you see that description about the speed force is that you have not reached tier 4 " He explained.

"Doesn't that an I did not have access to that information?" Noah asked with his imaginary eyebrow raised?
At that, the man's figure flickered before he said in a cold chanical voice.
"[Due to the user learning information that was not in their current access level, the eting will be cut short]".

"Well you heard, this eting will be cut short, I know you have a lot of questions like what souls are or if there are other worlds out there, it would have been better if you were a tier 2 since you would have access to more information, but there is nothing I can do, " The man said in his normal voice
"So let give you a piece of advice, get to tier 2 fast, there is sothing you will get, and try your best to hide the truth about your system and your super-speed, people will get angry, even if I didn't have the luxury that you currently have, so protect it," He said.
Noah nodded and asked," when will we et again?"
" We were originally supposed to et when you got to tier two but the system decided to make it now, so till tier 4" The man explained.
" Oh," Noah said in disappointnt before rembering why he was here.
"What about my Elental Affinity, that was the main reason I ca here," he asked.
" Oh that, your Elental Affinity had been unlocked imdiately you go here. I hope you like what you get" The man explained.
Noah sighed in relief, he wanted to say sothing, but before he could the man and the strange environnt they were in began to fade.
"Well till next ti my heir," the man Said before fading completely.
At that Noah felt his consciousness get pulled, and before he knew it he was back in the bright room.
His palm was still on the crystal,it seed as though the whole eting had lasted only a second,
As he was wondering about what had just happened, the crystal began to glow.
At first, it was just a little, but it increased in intensity before it divided equally into two colors "Green and Ash"
It got so bright that Noah had to remove his right palm to shield his eyes,
During that event, a system notification popped up.

And for the first ti in his three lives, he felt a relaxing sensation of information rushing down his brain, as though he had always known about the two skills.
