"Ah, attack~!" With Red Hare's furious roar, the large knife-like weapon that it wielded swung heavily and forcefully toward Astolfo. And then... nothing happened.
The sword-like weapon traced a perfectly elegant arc, swinging past Astolfo and Hippogriff, leaving Gudako, who was ready to block the powerful strike, completely bewildered. It was a flawless miss.
Perplexed, Gudako exclaid, "What?!"
Red Hare had already stacked two layers of buffs from Gudako, and there was no doubt that if this attack hit, it would have been a guaranteed kill. But now, it had missed, and Gudako couldn't accept it. It felt like preparing a series of unbeatable retorts during an online argunt, only to realize right before sending the ssage that you had been blocked utterly frustrating.
"Red Hare, what are you doing, Red Hare!!!"
"I'm extrely nearsighted!"
"?!?!"
Fujimaru Ritsuka, paying no heed to Gudako's frustration, saw this as a perfect opportunity. "Aunt Flo, Astolfo!"
In the Singularities he had resolved before, almost every ti he acquired a companion, it involved a brawl with that "companion." Whether he liked it or not, he had beco accustod to it. So, if Gudako wasn't willing to talk and preferred a direct fight, then he would win her over in a head-on battle. Physically, he'd convince her to have a proper conversation.
This kind of scenario had occurred countless tis, to the point that every ti he entered a new Singularity without this phase, he felt like sothing was missing.
"Understood, Master!"
Astolfo, seeing the stiffness that Red Hare had after the weapon swing, pulled the reins imdiately and positioned his lance.
He charged toward the front-right, taking advantage of the mont after the attack misfired and after he had overtaken Red Hare.
As he charged, a golden light started to emanate from his weapon, dazzling like a shining capstone on top of a pyramid.
"Trap of Argalia !!!"
In the mont of Astolfo's Noble Phantasm activation, the tip of his lance accurately hit Red Hare's flank. However, it barely inflicted any actual damage, but instead produced so... unique effects.
As the lance tip made contact, a burst of spiritual particles illuminated the lower parts of Red Hare's two front legs. With the ergence of these spiritual particles, the legs began to appear ethereal, and just before Red Hare could take its next step, they vanished entirely from the world.
Astolfo confidently grinned and said, "Omae wa mou shindeiru (You... are already done for)."
"Nani (What)?!" Red Hare exclaid in shock.
At that mont, Red Hare might not have known exactly what would happen, but Astolfo's tone was enough to make it clear. That strike must have been incredibly powerful; otherwise, why would this beautiful girl be so confident in saying, "You're already dead?"
In the next instant, Red Hare understood the aning behind Astolfo's words. Because... he was stepping on air.
More accurately, the lower halves of his two front legs had vanished. And he was still moving at high speed. There was no need to think too much about what would happen in this situation.
"Oh, no."
After uttering these last words, Red Hare's face hit the ground, and he started rolling forward at a speed of 350 miles per hour, rotating so fast that it seed endless!
Under this extre rotation, Red Hare, Gudako, and Mashu turned into a single red "wheel."
"Splish-glug-glug-glug-glug-glug-glug!!!"
At this speed, Gudako, being a re human, had already started foaming at the mouth, although the foam resembled well-mixed saliva more than anything. "Too fast~~~ Mmm~~~"
Gudako was feeling a bit dizzy, much like having drunk half a glass of beer!
Mashu's condition was much better than Gudako's. She felt like her thoughts were being thoroughly mixed but not to the point of discomfort. But one more round of this, and she'd probably faint!
If Gudako's carried Servant was not Mashu but Nero or Soji, at this point, they would likely have returned to the Throne of Heroes, right?
"Senpai, let's jump off!" Mashu said as she tried to pull Gudako out of the "invincible giant rolling wheel." However, as she attempted to jump out, she found herself unable to move Gudako due to her strength, and that sa force pulled her back onto the horse.
Realizing sothing, Mashu shouted in horror, "Senpai, what are you doing?!"
"I'm willing to share life and death with my horse!"
"This isn't a situation that requires shared life and death! Just hang on, Senpai!" Mashu once again attempted to pull away, but she still couldn't get Gudako to move.
It was as if she was trying to pull not Gudako, but a lump of bedrock that was welded into the void.
"I won't!"
As she spoke, Mashu continued to struggle to escape from this 'invincible rolling wheel'. "In this situation, with your defensive abilities, nothing will happen to you. It's who's at risk!!!"
"Rest assured, Mashu. Everything will be fine!"
"But but but... Then use your Mystic Code to reinforce your defense, please! I'm scared of this situation!"
Amidst the chaos, Gudako took a quick look at her Mystic Code skills and calmly said, "Hmm... Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Mystic Code I'm currently wearing doesn't actually have any defensive skills, huh?"
Hearing this, Mashu scread in horror.
"Senpai, Use your Noble Phantasm!"
During this struggle, although neither of them managed to escape from the horseback, Red Hare's rolling speed started to slow down due to their struggle.
Seeing that his attack had taken effect, Astolfo happily boasted to Fujimaru Ritsuka, "Success, master!"
"Ah... right." Fujimaru Ritsuka turned around to see Gudako and the others, who were slowing down due to the intense spinning.
With cold sweat on his forehead, Fujimaru Ritsuka could only pray, "I hope no one passes out."

But... Gudako had Mashu with her, and surely with Mashu's protection, Gudako would be safe.
