The soldiers lying in ambush within the trench tunnels would be dealt with by Genetic Warriors leaping into the trenches, while the exposed fire points were destroyed one by one by the Spider cha.
Their cooperation was seamless. The fortifications, bristling with various machine gun bunkers, which a battalion of infantry would struggle to capture in half a day, were breached as easily as tearing through paper with the deploynt of just one Spider cha and a few heavily ard soldiers.
Although the depth of the Kerimu Defense Line was vast, the efficiency of the coordinated chanized infantry assault was still extrely fast, capturing trench after trench.

The Spider cha, with its hundreds of tons of combat weight, had plenty of capacity to supply several infantryn's ammunition needs.

However, while they were en route, suddenly a screaming sound ca from the sky.
A shell landed, blasting a deep crater forty ters away from the Spider cha, and shards of flying rocks battered against the Spider cha's body.
"Artillery!"
"Spread out and take cover!"
"Use the ch as shelter."
Shouts rose from atop the A-180 Spider cha, and Cao Yangchun and the others, well-trained, flipped down from atop the cha and used the body of the Spider Main Battle cha as cover. They grabbed onto the handrails and indentations on the upper part of the Spider Main Battle cha, moving to the area where the cha's belly and long legs joined.

As soon as Hao Guyu had this thought, he controlled the Spider Main Battle cha to quickly move from the spot. Not long after they had moved, several fireballs exploded around their previous position.
From the firepower of the enemy's artillery, it was clear that they were shelling with 155mm howitzers.

These were dozens of 122mm rockets carpet bombing the area, a relentless pursuit by the Siase Artillery born either from determination or deep resentnt to kill the Genetic Warriors.
Logically, such carpet bombing with rockets, given their lack of precision, would rarely hit a moving Spider cha, but coincidences do happen, and this ti it did.
A rocket landed squarely on the Spider cha's main body, the high-intensity warhead bursting open at the top, ripping apart and warping the armor, scattering the internal at tumors.
One of the Spider cha's long legs broke, causing its massive fra to sway. It was severely damaged by the blast.
Below the Spider cha, Cao Yangchun and his companions felt a surge of nausea and disorientation.
Thanks to the Spider cha's strong defense, its outer armor and at tumors effectively countered the shrapnel and shock waves.

When the shell hit the ground, it burst with extraordinary power, typical of a 203mm shell.
The targeted artillery position housed a battalion-sized force with fifteen towed field guns and two 40-barrel rocket launchers.
When the Spider cha's high explosive bomb went off, it directly destroyed one of the rocket launchers. The blast wave flung the artilleryn into the air, blasting a large crater nearly seven to eight ters deep in their place, littering the vicinity with limbs and body parts.
