Changbai Mountain, Rice Bowl Valley.

The Administrators were probing towards the Demon Race’s territory based on the rough location where the Snake Demon was slain.

After trekking deep into the mountains for quite a while, they could see a tranquil valley.

A light mist filled the valley, creating a dreamy and surreal atmosphere, as if it were a celestial realm in the Mortal World.

Xiang Jiaseng was trembling with fear.

One of the Administrators comforted him:

"Don’t worry, we’ll protect you.

If anything happens to you, we’ll take care of your family."

Xiang Jiaseng secretly sulked.

Take care of my family?

My useless older brother, or that good-for-nothing father?

I don’t even take care of my father, why would I need you to?

"Stop right there! What are you doing!"

Suddenly, angry shouts ca from beside a stream.

The Administrators frowned.

Judging by the tone, could these be mountain bandits?

How could anyone be in a place like this?

As they pondered, a few dark figures grasped vines and swung down from a large tree to the ground.

The Administrators showed signs of shock in their eyes.

Xiang Jiaseng was so frightened that he collapsed to the ground.

Demons!

Talking Monkeys, Monkey Demons!

"Humans! They’re humans!"

"Humans are never any good!"

"Let’s slaughter these bastards, and avenge Master Liu!"

A few Monkeys, brandishing wooden sticks, bared their teeth fiercely.

The Administrators exchanged glances and signaled subtly with their hands.

Combat strategy was communicated in an instant.

These Monkey Demons didn’t seem to have strong combat power and could be dealt with.

"Wait a mont!"

A black Monkey halted the others’ murderous intent, causing the Administrators to cease their covert movents as well.

The black Monkey said:

"The Monkey King has ordered that we must not act rashly when encountering humans!"

One of the Monkeys scratched its head:

"So we just let them go?"

The black Monkey replied:

"The Monkey King has ordered that humans who co here cannot be allowed to leave!!"

The Monkeys were troubled.

What to do now?

They couldn’t fight, but they also couldn’t let them go.

The black Monkey’s eyes twirled as it ca up with a plan:

"I’ve got it! Take these humans to the Monkey King, and let him handle them!"

The other Monkeys praised the black Monkey for its cleverness, jumping and shouting like a bunch of lunatics.

The Administrators exchanged glances.

Were they being taken to the Demons’ territory?

This was good; it ant the mission was being completed.

They had a signal transmitter on them, so they could alert people outside of their whereabouts no matter where they were.

The Administrators raised their hands silently, indicating surrender.

Those who could beco Administrators at the Security Administration were not cowards fearing death; they were all selected through rigorous screening.

Xiang Jiaseng’s face was ashen.

They were dood, captured by Demons.

Next would they be fried or stead?

...

The Administrators were escorted by the Demons, heading toward the interior of the valley.

Initially, the Administrators were very tense, feeling like prisoners taken by the enemy.

However, they found that these Monkeys did not overly supervise them.

Even when they whispered among themselves, the Monkeys didn’t mind.

"What do you think? Where are these Monkeys taking us?"

"Didn’t you hear they’re taking us to find the Demon King? It’s definitely to their lair."

"Look, there’s a building ahead that looks like a wooden hut."

"Could this be the Demon King’s lair?"

"Hiss, why is there the sound of reading in the Demon King’s lair?"

They all looked at each other in confusion.

Could this be the place where the Demons learn human culture?

The black Monkey called out at the entrance:

"Is the Monkey King here?!"

A tall Monkey erged from the schoolhouse, frowning:

"The forr master, the Saint, is lecturing. Be quiet!"

The tall Monkey then noticed the humans and showed hatred in its eyes.

The black Monkey said:

"Monkey General, we captured so humans, for the Monkey King to deal with!"

The tall Monkey’s face turned serious and said:

"Hang on."

Having said that, the tall Monkey retreated into the schoolhouse.

The Administrators began whispering again.

"Now the question arises, who is teaching these Demons to read?"

"To ta Demons and make them obediently read, it would surely take a powerful Extraordinary."

"The forr master, the Saint, just by the title, sounds formidable!"

"Hmph, is it soone like Ye Fan, a disgrace to humans?"

Xiang Jiaseng looked at the Administrators in terror:

"Leaders, can you stop talking about this kind of thing?

Our current problem is how to avoid being eaten by these Demons."

The Administrators showed displeasure on their faces.

On the way here, Xiang Jiaseng’s performance was so poor that he practically disgraced humanity in front of the demons.

An Administrator mocked:

"If your father were that legendary Saint, not only would we not die, but we’d also be treated as honored guests."

Xiang Jiaseng replied bitterly:

"I wish my father were that legendary Saint.

Unfortunately, I’m not that fortunate."

After he spoke, the expressions on the Administrators’ faces grew even uglier.

After a short while, a golden young Monkey erged from the schoolhouse, looking at the Administrators with eyes full of malice.

The mont the Administrators saw the Heartless Little Monkey, they gave up resisting.

The records ntioned this Fire Monkey was not sothing they could handle, perhaps the Sect Leader of Shu Mountain could.

The Heartless Little Monkey glanced back at the schoolhouse and signaled to the Monkeys:

"Take them to the valley, bury them alive."

Xiang Jiaseng imdiately fell to his knees:

"Great King, please, have rcy on , I’m just a guide."

An Administrator said coldly:

"Xiang Jiaseng, have so backbone, even if you’re killed by the demons, at least die with the dignity of humans!"

Xiang Jiaseng couldn’t listen, crying and wailing on the ground:

"I don’t want to die! I’m just an ordinary person, these matters of the Extraordinary have nothing to do with !"

At this mont, a violent coughing sound ca from inside the schoolhouse, and an old man with a cane slowly walked to the schoolhouse entrance.

The Heartless Little Monkey turned back, bowing respectfully:

"Teacher, just so passing travelers."

Finishing speaking, he frantically signaled to the big Monkeys to take the Teacher away.

Xiang Kunlun said:

"Is it Jiaseng?"

Xiang Jiaseng looked incredulously at the old man at the schoolhouse entrance:

"Father?!"

Xiang Kunlun stroked his beard:

"Jiaseng, why have you co?"

The Heartless Little Monkey’s face changed dramatically.

The Administrators were dumbfounded.

The renowned legendary Saint, is really Xiang Jiaseng’s father?

Xiang Jiaseng was even more bewildered.

How could his father be the legendary Saint of the Demon Race?!

Wasn’t his father just an ordinary blind old man?

The Administrators secretly used Spiritual Power to observe Xiang Kunlun, exchanging glances.

"No spiritual power fluctuations."

"Maybe an ordinary person, but it doesn’t rule out that his Spiritual Power is far above ours."

Xiang Jiaseng no longer cared, urgently calling for help:

"Father! Help! The demons want to eat !"

The Heartless Little Monkey breathed rapidly, his expression flickering between light and dark.

Has it been exposed?

Would exposing themselves as demons in front of Xiang Kunlun be a problem?

Would Xiang Kunlun still want to teach them?

Would he be frightened or panic and want to flee from here?

After being together so long, the demons had long regarded Xiang Kunlun as their revered teacher.

The Heartless Little Monkey dared not imagine the outco if Xiang Kunlun discovered the demons deceived him into teaching a group of demons!

Xiang Kunlun said:

"Heart Monkey."

The Heartless Little Monkey pulled a long face:

"Teacher."

Xiang Kunlun was silent for a mont, then said in a tone carrying a bit of pleading:

"That’s my son, can you let him go?"

The Heartless Little Monkey furrowed his brows.

Xiang Kunlun’s reaction was peculiar.

Did he already know they were demons?

Xiang Kunlun said softly:

"Alas! I’ve taught you for so long, how could I not know whether you’re humans or demons?"

The Monkey tending to Xiang Kunlun inevitably had physical contact with him.

The rice bowl during the day was very hot, and wearing a sweater in such hot weather, who wouldn’t notice the oddity?

The Heartless Little Monkey lowered his head and asked:

"Then why did you still teach us?"

Xiang Kunlun sighed and said:

"To , you’re not much different from children.

You’re all my students, why make a distinction between humans and demons?

It’s my blessing to have you delightful kids accompany this old man to indulge in teaching."

The Heartless Little Monkey fell silent.

The teacher is the best human in the world, maybe Ye Fan cos in second.

The Heartless Little Monkey glanced back, giving the humans a cold look:

"Let them go."

The Monkeys imdiately followed the order.

The Administrators felt dizzy, just like that they were released?

"Wait!" Xiang Kunlun spoke up.

All the demons and humans obediently stopped moving and looked at Xiang Kunlun.

Xiang Kunlun leaned on his cane, taking a shaky step forward:

"Are you the Sheriffs?"

An Administrator cupped his fists and replied:

"Yes."

Xiang Kunlun said:

"The Demon Race are kind-hearted, can you promise not to disturb their peace?"
