The words caught Old Master Faulkner off guard, causing him to glare at Alaric.
"Old Master, show Alaric so respect, otherwise, how can he establish authority in the future?" urged Mrs. Faulkner from the side.

Later, it beca known that Alaric Faulkner had not died; his feigned death was rely to cleanse the Faulkner Family of traitors, and his succession as Family Head had spread throughout Aethelgard.
