At this mont, the Faulkner Family was shrouded in sorrow.
Alaric Faulkner had died from poisoning.
The floor of the hall was a ss of shards, in complete disarray. Just now, Eleanor Sterling had inford everyone of this news, causing quite a commotion.
"Master, Madam!"
The servants, in a flurry of panic, hurried over to support the fainted elder Faulkner couple.
Eleanor was relatively calm as she said, "Let’s send Grandpa and Grandma to the hospital."
Seeing the elder Faulkner couple so devastated, a complex emotion flashed in Alaric Faulkner’s eyes as he stood behind Eleanor, but he couldn’t soften his heart. He had to deal with Franklin Faulkner, the lingering threat.

At this mont, Mrs. Faulkner ca down from upstairs. She heard Eleanor’s words and rushed over with a tense expression, "What did you say, Alaric is dead? How could he possibly be dead!"
She had just seen Alaric not long ago, and he was fine!
How could anything happen?
"Eleanor, Alaric he... how could he possibly be dead, you must be lying to , right?"
Mrs. Faulkner tightly grasped Eleanor’s hand, looking at her with pleading eyes, hoping to hear a satisfactory answer from her.
Eleanor lowered her gaze, "Previously, he had already been poisoned by Franklin Faulkner. In K Country, he succumbed to the poison, and everyone around was helpless."
Mrs. Faulkner sobbed mournfully, overwheld with grief.
She staggered back a few steps, collapsing onto the sofa, clearly also severely impacted. After all, Alaric was her proud son, and this blow was sothing she could not bear.

This was her deliberate ploy to place herself in a vulnerable position and lull her opponents into complacency.
Nobody knew she had already found a way to detoxify.
"Eleanor, you’ve suffered too." Mrs. Faulkner stepped forward to hug Eleanor, silently shedding tears, "I didn’t expect the children to lose their father, and now they might lose their mother too. Don’t worry, I will find the best doctors to cure you."
Eleanor wanted to say that the best doctor was already beside her. They had previously been helpless; other ordinary doctors had no way.
