Eleanor Sterling saw their expressions and knew they were aware of Alaric Faulkner’s confinent of her.
Of course, Alaric had recently brought Elder Sawyer’s pregnancy-preserving dicine to her; how could they not know?
Eleanor Sterling gritted her teeth and coldly snorted, saying, "If you don’t give a clear explanation today, our relationship ends here!"
Elder Sawyer and Brian Zane exchanged a glance, both showing a hint of a bitter smile on their faces.
Half an hour later, Eleanor Sterling learned about her situation and the reason why Alaric Faulkner did what he did.
The reason was poison.

Next, Eleanor Sterling learned of their progress in detoxifying and, knowing they were stuck, said, "I know soone who might be able to help you."

"Clara Thornton."
As a pharmacist, she deals with dicine every day and understands the properties of these things better than these people.
Eleanor Sterling called Clara Thornton because the previous drug release was in Aethelgard, and she had been active there recently.
An hour later, Clara Thornton arrived at the laboratory.
Without much conversation, she imdiately began her research.
Elder Sawyer looked at Eleanor Sterling and said, "Eleanor, don’t bla us for keeping this from you. You’re pregnant, and the baby is poisoned; either way, it’s a dead end, and we’re very worried."
Brian Zane’s eyes were moist upon hearing this.
So, they were all doing everything they could to keep Eleanor Sterling alive, and even Alaric Faulkner was held back by Franklin Faulkner for her sake.
Eleanor Sterling felt deeply touched and said, "Teacher, Master, don’t worry too much; things haven’t reached the worst point yet."
Neither of them was comforted; instead, they beca more anxious, their eyes reddened.
At this mont, Eleanor Sterling’s phone suddenly rang. She glanced at it; it was Rosalie Ray calling.
She hadn’t seen Rosalie Ray in a long ti.
Eleanor Sterling didn’t think much and directly swiped to answer.
Rosalie Ray’s anxious voice ca from the other end of the phone, "Eleanor, have you seen Faye? She’s missing, and I miss her so much."
Hearing her words, Eleanor Sterling frowned.
Faye Sterling? Last ti, she attempted to kidnap Stella Hawthorne, only to be thwarted by Eleanor and Alaric Faulkner, leaving her captured.
Where exactly she was taken, Eleanor didn’t know either.
"Eleanor, did you capture Faye? Please let her go."
Eleanor Sterling’s face turned cold, saying, "I don’t know where she is."
"No, you must know!"
Eleanor Sterling sneered, "Rosalie Ray, you’re not the only enemy of Faye Sterling. Besides , aren’t there others who might capture her?"
Rosalie Ray fell silent, and after thinking for a mont, abruptly hung up the phone.
"Eleanor, please go ho and rest well; we will definitely develop the antidote and prevent you from suffering."
Eleanor Sterling nodded, "I’ll head back now."
The two thought she was finally convinced and did not stop her.
