Franklin Faulkner laughed, "Alright, then first annul your marriage with Eleanor Sterling to show your sincerity."
"She and I got our certificate abroad using passports, so it doesn’t have legal standing here."
Franklin seed not to have expected this. He was silent for a mont before letting out a quiet laugh, "Announce the marriage news, then, when I see that everyone knows this great news, I’ll give you a third of the antidote."
He knew he couldn’t give it all to Alaric Faulkner at once, otherwise, he might lose his leverage over him.
Alaric Faulkner gritted his teeth, his face ashen, "As you wish."

Giselle Keating received a call from Franklin Faulkner, he told her he would help fulfill her wish, Eleanor Sterling was poisoned, and he had the only antidote.
And his demand was for Alaric Faulkner to marry her, while Eleanor Sterling would be abandoned.
Hearing that Eleanor was pregnant, a pregnant woman being abandoned would have a very miserable outco.
Though Giselle didn’t want Eleanor to give birth to Alaric Faulkner’s child, she couldn’t find Eleanor at the mont, so she had to put up with it.

The man said he would send the antidote, and she indeed received it.

"Giselle, have you seen Faye? She’s gone missing, and I can’t reach her."
"No, how would I know where she is? I’m very busy, don’t bother ." Giselle impatiently hung up the phone.
She had previously relied on Rosalie Ray to deal with Eleanor Sterling, but now she no longer needed her.
As long as she married Alaric Faulkner, she would beco Mrs. Faulkner and wouldn’t fear her identity being exposed.
However, she would also find a way to keep Eleanor Sterling’s identity hidden, so Eleanor would remain beneath her, allowing her to vent all her resentnt.
