The next morning, Eleanor Sterling was going to take Yvette Ray to the airport, to get her away from Ronan Keating.
Alaric Faulkner ca early with breakfast for the two of them, and after breakfast, they all headed to the airport.
Inside the airport, Eleanor Sterling looked at Yvette Ray and patted her on the shoulder.
"Alright, once you leave, stop thinking about that lousy man."
Yvette Ray forced a stiff smile, "How do you know I’m thinking about him?"
Eleanor Sterling pinched her face, a bit helpless in her expression, "Your worries are all written on your face, how could I not see it?"
She sighed, "Why are my sisters’ relationships all so troubleso? Aside from you, there’s Hazel, Stella..."
Yvette Ray chuckled and looked towards Alaric Faulkner behind her.
The man stood there with his hands in his pockets, exuding a noble elegance, tall and striking, attracting quite a few glances.
"We may suffer, but at least one person is happy. I think President Faulkner is pretty good."
Eleanor Sterling snorted, "n are no good; maybe you’re deceived by his looks."
Though Eleanor Sterling was complaining about Alaric Faulkner, her deanor resembled a woman enchanted by romance.
This ti, Yvette Ray’s smile was genuine.
"Eleanor, thank you."
Eleanor Sterling held her hand, "Don’t say silly things anymore. Once you’re back, forget about that awful man. There are plenty of n out there—there’s no need to waste your life on him.
I’ll find a way to heal little Rae’s illness, then you can start anew."
"Mm, I believe you." Yvette Ray nodded.
Eleanor Sterling glanced at the ti, saying, "The ti is about right. Go quickly and check in for your flight."
She gave Yvette Ray one last hug before sending her off.
Watching Yvette Ray’s lonely departing figure, Eleanor Sterling sighed.
Hope Yvette Ray will find happiness in the future.
"Need my help?" Alaric Faulkner approached from behind.
Eleanor Sterling looked up at him, and retorted, "n are no good."
Especially Ronan Keating!
He didn’t trust Yvette Ray; I really want to punch him to vent my anger.
Alaric Faulkner wrapped her up, whispering, "Other n are no good, so Eleanor, just stick to only."
"..."
Is this man flirtatious anyti and anywhere?
Alaric Faulkner suddenly said, "Ronan Keating is looking for Sally."
Eleanor Sterling opened her eyes wide, surprised as she looked at him, "What do you an?"
Her heart skipped a beat.
The first thought in her mind was, did she slip up? Otherwise, why would Alaric Faulkner ntion this?
Alaric Faulkner added, "In other words, Ronan Keating is looking for you."
"What’s he looking for for?" Eleanor Sterling tried to play dumb.
Alaric Faulkner’s eyes flashed with a hint of helpless indulgence, whispering, "Parker has released news about Sally in his lab.
How could I not recognize my own wife’s back, even if she turns to ashes, I..."
Eleanor Sterling rolled her eyes and glared fiercely at him, "Shut up, you’ll turn to ashes!"
Like flowers from a dog’s mouth.
Alaric Faulkner looked at Eleanor Sterling, her irritable expression was so cute, her bright eyes glaring at him, like countless shimring waves.
"Yvette Ray has a daughter, and her daughter has severe leukemia. If I’m not mistaken, Yvette Ray’s actions last night were for her daughter."
