Elijah Hayes was left by Alaric Faulkner to accompany Eleanor Sterling. Standing next to her, he respectfully asked, "Miss Sterling, where shall we go?"

"Let’s go to the pedestrian street for a look."

Just as Eleanor Sterling finished speaking, her phone rang. She took it out and glanced at it; it was a call from Hazel Langley.

She swiped to answer and placed the phone by her ear, her tone lazy, "What does the big star want from ?"

"Where’s the beauty currently at?" Hazel Langley’s voice was full of tease, her laughter as pleasant as silver bells.

"I’m in Lyria, about to attend a dical conference."

"I knew it; I couldn’t have been mistaken. I thought you were in Aethelgard."

Upon hearing this, Eleanor Sterling narrowed her eyes slightly, "You’re also in Lyria?"

"Not only am I in Lyria, but I’m also right behind you!"

Eleanor Sterling looked surprised and quickly turned around. Sure enough, she imdiately spotted Hazel Langley waving at her with a phone in hand.

Hazel Langley sported huge sunglasses, her long hair draping over her shoulders, and a well-fitted dress, looking captivatingly attractive.

Many people turned their heads to look at her, showing appreciation for this Eastern beauty.

Eleanor Sterling put away her phone and walked over to her.

"What are you doing here?"

Hazel Langley stepped forward, sliding her hand around Eleanor’s waist, then hugged her from the front.

The two of them, in this pose, could easily be misunderstood. Beside them, Elijah Hayes broke into a cold sweat instantly. He discreetly took a photo and sent it to Alaric Faulkner.

Along with the ssage: President Faulkner, Miss Sterling encountered Hazel Langley, and the two are catching up."

At this mont, Alaric Faulkner had been invited by Ronan Keating into the conference room. He heard his phone vibrate, and it was a photo ssage from Elijah Hayes.

Unexpectedly, when he swiped it open, it was a photo of Eleanor Sterling hugging Hazel Langley in the street.

In the photo, the two strikingly beautiful won shone like brilliant stars, making it impossible for one to look away.

Catching up? Is this how you catch up?

His eyes darkened, and his thin lips couldn’t help but press together.

Alaric Faulkner’s slender fingers typed on the keyboard, sending a ssage to Jasper Faulkner.

[Stay away from Eleanor Sterling with your woman.]

Jasper Faulkner not only once had a child with Eleanor Sterling, but now he found a woman and still wanted to covet Eleanor.

Does he think I’m dead? How could Alaric Faulkner remain indifferent?

Far away in Veridia City, Jasper Faulkner received the ssage, looking dumbfounded. He could only call Hazel Langley.

Hazel Langley told him she was with Eleanor Sterling before hanging up the phone.

Jasper Faulkner beca even more speechless, realizing Alaric Faulkner held deep hostility towards him. Not only was he forbidden from approaching Eleanor Sterling, but even Hazel Langley was not allowed.

The pair of good sisters were just shopping together, yet his brother’s heart was far too small.

...

After hanging up the phone, Hazel Langley let out an unsatisfied humph.

"Was it Jasper Faulkner?" Eleanor Sterling asked.

She previously learned from Alaric Faulkner’s mouth that Hazel Langley and Jasper Faulkner were together.

Thinking again about Estelle Sterling’s connection to Jasper Faulkner, Eleanor Sterling felt a headache, feeling sowhat guilty looking at Hazel Langley.

"Yes, it’s him, asking where I am and who I’m with out of nowhere. Is he afraid I’ll cheat?"

Although Hazel Langley was complaining, there was a hint of sweetness in her tone.

Being checked up on by Jasper Faulkner seed like a sweet annoyance.

Eleanor Sterling lowered her eyes, letting out a quiet sigh in her heart.

Hazel Langley looked so happy, hence she couldn’t possibly reveal that Estelle Sterling was Jasper Faulkner’s child, or else it would ruin the happiness of several people.
