Hearing the commotion, Faye Sterling turned her head to look.
"Eleanor Sterling! What are you doing here?"
Seeing Faye Sterling’s furious expression, Eleanor’s smile deepened a bit.
"President Faulkner asked to find him, so here I am."
Faye Sterling was ashad and angry. She hadn’t expected Eleanor to be so shaless. It seed her suspicions yesterday were correct. Eleanor was indeed trying to seduce Alaric Faulkner.
Eleanor took an envelope with receipts from her bag and walked over to hand it to Alaric Faulkner.
Then, she curved her lips into a bewitching smile, "President Faulkner, this is the compensation you wanted."
Alaric Faulkner lowered his eyes, a aningful look flashing beneath them.
Faye Sterling looked at Eleanor with suspicion and asked, "What’s this compensation about?"
Upon hearing, Eleanor lazily leaned against Alaric’s desk, slightly loosening her collar, "Of course, it’s President Faulkner’s compensation. My whole body is still aching."
With a roar, Faye Sterling felt her mind go blank.
Did Eleanor sleep with Alaric Faulkner?
So that bite mark was Eleanor’s doing too? She was going to tear Eleanor apart!
"Eleanor Sterling, you shaless woman!"
Faye Sterling’s chest heaved with rage, glaring at Eleanor as if she wanted to devour her.
Just now, Alaric Faulkner hadn’t refuted Eleanor’s words.
Added to the marks on both of them, Faye was convinced Eleanor had slept with Alaric.
Tears kept falling down her face, looking at Alaric Faulkner with a sorrowful expression, "Alaric, how could you do this to ? Eleanor is my sister.
She’s the woman who had an affair with an older man seven years ago and even bore a stillborn child. How could you touch her!"
After she spoke, both Eleanor and Alaric’s eyes changed.
An icy sharpness flashed in Eleanor’s eyes as she glared at Faye without reservation.
Alaric’s deep gaze also showed so displeasure as he spoke in a low voice, "I still have so matters to discuss with Eleanor. You should go back."
Faye Sterling was even angrier!
What could Alaric Faulkner and Eleanor possibly have to discuss? He just wanted to get her out of the way to make it easier for them to do sothing.
Seeing Alaric willing to drive her away for Eleanor, the resentnt and jealousy in Faye’s heart surged madly.
Her eyes reddened, she sobbed, "Alaric, I’m Caleb’s mother. Even if you don’t care about , surely you must think about Caleb?"
Alaric looked at her coolly, "When you were hooking up with another man yesterday, you weren’t considering Caleb either."
Faye took a step back, deeply hurt.
"It’s not like that. It’s all because of that bitch Eleanor. We’ve investigated it thoroughly. She’s the one who called Shane Faulkner. Otherwise, how could I..."
Eleanor’s eyes narrowed, and she sneered coldly, "Miss Faye Sterling, you better have evidence for what you say. I didn’t drug you."
If Faye hadn’t brought it upon herself, how could Eleanor have had the chance?
"You! Eleanor Sterling, I won’t let you get away with this."
Thinking of the humiliation she suffered because of Eleanor, Faye gritted her teeth in hatred.
Eleanor looked at her with a cold smile, her eyes filled with a chilly depth, "Just as well, I had no intention of letting you off either."
Faye erupted in a mad scream, pointing at Eleanor and raging, "Get out right now."
Before Eleanor could respond, Alaric Faulkner had already dialed the internal line, his cold voice sounding, "Co in and see Faye Sterling out."
Faye stood stunned, unable to believe Alaric would drive her out. Grievous tears instantly welled up and flowed down her cheeks, as she cried woefully.
Unfortunately, Alaric didn’t spare her a glance.
After Elijah Hayes showed Faye out, he couldn’t help but ruefully remark.
The Faulkner Group is about to undergo a transformation, it seems. Looks like the madam is about to change. Perhaps Alaric Faulkner might forsake the younger sister for the older one.
