Jeanette tightly gripped Eleanor Sterling’s hand, a trace of hope rising in her eyes. "Where is she?"
Actually, from the mont they t, Jeanette felt that Eleanor bore so resemblance to Jeanette Jennings, but she always thought it was just her imagination.

Eleanor Sterling is Jeanette Jennings’ child! Her granddaughter?
Jeanette’s expression was filled with excitent, her face flushed with a rosy color, as if she had been revitalized, no longer looking frail and sickly.
"Is it you?" Her voice carried a fragile tremor, as she asked cautiously.
Looking at Jeanette’s hopeful eyes, Eleanor initially wanted to deny it, but she inexplicably nodded.
Jeanette burst into tears, letting go and embracing Eleanor, crying.
"Child, you are Jeanette’s child!"
Eleanor reached out to pat her back, comforting her, "Madam, please don’t get too excited."
Jeanette released Eleanor, and in a reproachful tone said, "What Madam, you should call Grandma!"
Eleanor was both crying and laughing, and could only call, "Grandma."
Jeanette was still sowhat emotional, not expecting that though Jeanette Jennings had been missing for so many years, her daughter would be the first to co looking.
Eleanor hadn’t forgotten the purpose of her visit today, she said, "Grandma, today I am your doctor. You’ve been anxious for years due to missing my mother, so your nerves are a bit strained. I’ll perform acupuncture, and you should get a good rest, alright?"
Jeanette held Eleanor’s hand, "No rush, talk with for a bit first."
"Alright, what would you like to talk about?"
"Where have you been all these years? Are you well? How is your mother? Did you never think about coming back to Aethelgard to find us?"
Listening to Jeanette’s words, Eleanor smiled helplessly.
"Grandma, I grew up in the Sterling Family in Veridia City. My mother passed away when I was very young, and I never knew about the Jennings Family. Aunt Jade told about it so ti ago, so I just learned."
Jeanette, hearing that Jeanette Jennings had passed away, suddenly welled up with tears again.
She had long known this outco, but hearing it again was hard to accept.
Eleanor didn’t interrupt her, letting her quietly process the news, because in the future, she would inevitably have to know.
Jeanette composed herself, wiped her tears, and said, "May I call you Eleanor?"
Eleanor nodded, "Of course."
"Your grandfather was very upset about your mother’s out-of-wedlock pregnancy back then, so I can’t acknowledge you back for now. I hope you can bear with it."
"It’s alright, I understand."
Seeing Eleanor so understanding, Jeanette felt deeply gratified.
With Jeanette Jennings being so exceptional, Eleanor, as her daughter, could hardly be inferior.
"Will you co and see Grandma next ti?"
Eleanor nodded, "Of course, I’m studying at Aethelgard College of dicine now, so I’ll co see you whenever I can."
Hearing the words ’College of dicine’, Jeanette was full of comfort, repeating, "No wonder she’s her daughter."
Eleanor lightly smiled, it seed her mother truly was a very capable woman.
But what kind of woman like her would willingly get pregnant out of wedlock, and then leave Aethelgard with her?
It’s as if she were avoiding soone.
Perhaps she needed to investigate further for the answer.
Eleanor brought her thoughts back and softly said, "Grandma, can we proceed with the treatnt now?"
