Noticing Eleanor’s gaze, Alaric stretched his hand, holding hers, hinting not to deny it.
Eleanor felt rebellious, just about to ignore him and clarify their relationship.
Unexpectedly, Alaric leaned closer and whispered by her ear, "Don’t deny it, or I’ll kiss you in front of Grandma, solidifying our relationship."
Upon hearing this, Eleanor gritted her teeth.

Seeing the two whisper to each other, Mrs. Faulkner smiled.

Alaric smiled slightly, "Grandma, Eleanor is so outstanding, she doesn’t need my help."
Though Chinese dicine and Western dicine are two different systems, Alaric believed Eleanor should find it easy to learn.
Mrs. Faulkner laughed, "Great, in that case, I’ll look forward to Miss Sterling’s performance."
She waved her hand, saying, "I’ll let you enjoy your ti alone."
With that, she stood up and walked upstairs.
Having been forced into accepting a certain task, Eleanor Sterling was left standing there, her face filled with despair.
