Noe didn't know Kain had a Devil Warrior bound to his Conjurer Soul. Noe thought Kain still has Finwe as his Soul-Bound Creature.

Kain asked Tykan telepathically, Watcher Tykan, is he bluffing about such a powerful creature that is much stronger compared to a Devil or an Archangel?
Tykan said, I knew for sure Noe didnt bind his Conjurer Soul to any Devil or Archangel. He could be bluffing.
"What about God-tier creatures?"
"Similar to God Mages and God Warriors, God-tier creatures wont be able to travel to the lower realms, so there is no possible way he can bound his Conjurer Soul to a God-tier creature."
"Noe ntioned a special realm between higher realms and lower realms. Do you know what realm it is?"

It is called Demiplane, a vast planet in a unique realm reserved for children of God-tiers who couldn't advance into God-tier after ten thousand years of training. Demiplane is also known as the realm of the Demigods. Wait, Demiplane has Demigods who decided to stay instead of travel back to the higher realms after advancing into God-tiers. Could it be that Noe Clerico sohow bound a God-tier Demigod to his Conjurer Soul?"
"Watcher Tykan, would you please check the Demiplane to see if any Demigod was bound to Noe Clerico?"
"I can't. No Watcher can get access into the realm of the Demigods. You shouldn't worry much. First of all, you can't travel to the Demiplane using [Astral Projection]. That ant Noe Clerico couldnt travel to the Demiplane and defeat a God-tier Demigod in his astral form, then forced it to be bound to his Conjurer Soul. Rember, a Conjurer Mage's magical power is greatly reduced after traveling to other realms using [Astral Projection]. Unless he can sohow conjure that God-tier Demigod to Toria Continents then ask her to be bound to his Conjurer Soul. That is not possible either. Why would a God-tier Demigod agree to be bound to a Saint Conjurer Mage?"
Kain thought about it and rembered Finwe agreed to bound to his Conjurer Soul when he was still just a Master Conjurer Mage. But Watcher Tykan could be right, no God-tier Demigod would agree to be bound to a Conjurer Mage.
Watcher Tykan continued, "Not to ntion a God-tier Demigod can't be summoned or conjured."
"What about the [Demiplane] spell of Earth Magic?"
"[Demiplane] spell is reserved for Earth Mages and it can only bind a Demigod for two minutes. It's much different compared to summoning or conjuring spells."
A flash of thought appeared in Kain's mind and he asked, "Watcher Tykan, what about if Noe bound a Demigod to his Conjurer Soul then that Demigod advanced into God-tier and refused to travel to the higher realms? That is how he could still have a God-tier Demigod as his Soul-Bound Creature."
Watcher Tykan said, "Not likely. After a Soul-Bound Creature advances into God-tier, the permanent abyss link chained between a Conjurer Mage and that God-tier Creature will be broken. This is to avoid unbalance in the lower realms."
