The sword on Flints left hand had successfully penetrated through Kains heart. Flints emotion remained unchanged as he said, You are strong. I felt bad for using the effect from the Life Potion to defeat you.
Having a sword penetrated through his heart, Kain remained smiling as he asked, That bitch Zorim gave you a Life Potion huh? I wonder how you revive yourself after being killed when that bitch Zorim didn't cast any [Resurrection] magic spell on you. She was right, my stupidity of mistaking her for Iris caused to lose this match.
Seeing Flint nodded to confirm, Kain said in a heavy tone, Life Potion is a priceless item. Whoever drank a Life Potion will have his/her life revive at perfect condition including full health, mana, and stamina within one year after being killed. I just couldnt believe a Watcher would go that far just to get killed.
"I almost didn't drink it thinking how can a Saint Mage defeat a God Warrior. I'm glad that I did or I would have lost to you in this match. You are much stronger compared to when I was just an Eleventh Stage Saint Archer-Warrior."
Flint then pulled his sword out from Kain's heart and stabbed it again into Kain's stomach and asked, "Any last word before I take your life?"
Kain remained quiet because there was only one final thought in his mind, "Finwe, I have betrayed your friendship for a chance to be stronger just to die alone leaving you facing countless dangers in your realm. I'm such a bad friend. You have always had my back but I"
Flint asked again which interrupted Kain's thinking about Finwe, "Any final word? I won't ask again."
Kain smiled and said, "God Warrior, I don't really know you but if I may ask you to do a favor."
"What kind of favor?"
"Next ti when you kill sobody, just f*cking do it. Please don't waste other peoples ti with the 'any last word' or 'any final word' bullshit."
"Noted."
Imdiately after saying that, Flint pulled his sword out from Kains stomach then swung it on Kains neck but a tenth-tier Skeleton Warrior appeared from Kains LYAUR to block it using the shield on its left hand. That Skeleton Warrior was broken to pieces in just one attack but at least it sacrificed could save Kains life for another two seconds. Flint wasnt surprised to see Kain had such a small trick left. He then swung his sword on Kain's neck while shooting a hundred bolts into Kain's torso at close range to make sure there was no way he could have survived after that attack.
All Kain could see was a pitch-black of pure darkness. Two seconds later, a calm voice called out to him, "Kain Bersk, can you recognize my voice?"
"I don't recognize your voice. Who are you? Where am I? Did I die?"
"You are in your head and you're about to die. This is Watcher Tykan speaking to you."
"Are you here to collect my souls to make into one of your demons?"
"You are too valuable just to be turned into a demon. I can save you from dying, under one condition."
"What condition is that?" Anything was better than dying, Kain didn't hesitate to ask using a thrilling tone.
"Because you have used both Tykan Eyes, therefore you have gained tiny access to my power."
"Are you going to grant more access than?"
"I can't do that. But I can temporarily take over your body to fight with that God-tier Warrior. Your body is still too weak but it should be able to use for ten seconds. That is plenty enough."
"Sounds good, let's do it.".
"Not yet. Not until you agree to my condition."
"Wait, taking over my body temporarily wasn't the condition?"
"No. The condition is you are willing to surrender your souls to . Both of your souls. That will allow to possess your body at any ti I wished for just a bit longer than ten seconds."
"How actually much longer are you talking about?"
"Just a little bit longer."
Tykan didn't want to tell Kain how much longer which led Kain to believe it could be permanent.
Kain asked, "Do you an that my body will then just beco a living shell for you to use then? If that is the case, then it's no different from death."
"Sure. You can die here and risk a chance of avenging your parents. About your little chicken friend, Finwe, he is being surrounded by other Evolved Thunder Eagles again. If you agree to my condition, I can even help you travel to the realm of Thunder Eagles without worrying about being punished by Watcher Sivna. Agreeing to my condition is the only way you can save him. Think about it."
Watcher Tykan was right, Kain had no other choice but to surrender his souls to him for a chance of survival. If he dies, no one will avenge the death of his parents. And Finwe, no one will save him. Kain had betrayed Finwe once, he can't just die knowing he had a chance of saving Finwe's life. Kain had to live on. There were a lot of reasons for Kain to live for.
Kain said, "Watcher Tykan, I hereby surrendered both of my souls to you."
"Very well."
Kain's visions beca clear again as he saw Flint's sword was about to chop his head off while a hundred magic crossbow bolts were about to penetrate all over his torso. Kain didn't know what to do in that situation but his body moved by itself without his control. Kain then realized that Watcher Tykan must have taken control of his body so he was just relaxed to see what was going to happen next.
As Flint's sword touched Kain's neck and his magic crossbow bolts touched Kain's torso, a powerful loud explosion aura suddenly released from Kain's body. That loud explosion imdiately reflected Flint's sword and all magic crossbow bolts. That explosion aura didn't stop upon hitting Flint but continued to grow larger and larger until Flint Duril's body was pushed away and finally exploded as well as the whole realm of this Tiless Dungeon was destroyed.
Flying in mid-air in the empty darkness, Kain could see Watcher Zorim angrily stare at him. Kain wanted to say sothing to mock her but he couldn't open his mouth. Using Kains body, Tykan opened the palm of his right hand, and the Magical Diamond Ice Spear that was broken before restored itself as it flew back into his hand. That Ice Spear is a Soul-Bound Weapon, it couldn't be broken unless its owner was about to die. But if its owner survives or is revived, it can restore itself and fly back into its owners hands.
