Because of your managent skills. Being strong wasnt enough to be a good leader. Running a Mages' Guild wasnt that easy either. After my last Vice Guild Master quitted to join a bigger guild, I was overwheld as my work kept piling up to the point that I didn't even have ti to ditate daily. The sad thing is, besides you, no one stepped up to offer their help in managing the guild.
