El stared at Lucy for a while and then, after figuring everything out, she shook her head and looked at him with an upset look.

Lucy was ready for the beating. He had already embraced himself and made ntal preparations. He was ready for it, and he knew there was nothing that would prevent the ultimate outco that he was destined to have.

He knew she would beat him up like a dog not just for doing sothing so stupid, or for getting himself almost killed only a few days after nearly dying, but she knew he had used up nearly all his Oz for the things that he might have used for this process.
He also had the power of creation now, sothing she liked more than many other things.

He knew he was going to get beaten up one way or the other, but still, there was sothing that Lucy overlooked when he calculated all the factors.

With her bare body before him, the blush was not the only thing that was in full bloom right now.
He did not understand why she was doing this instead of punishing him, but perhaps that was just what she wanted to do.
